Best Western Manassas

Decent hotel and fine for one night. Definitely a dated facility that needs major improvements but again, for one night, it was fine.

Good location, easy access to old town , needs a few updates

Comfortable and a good price! Free breakfast was decent. Unfortunately no elevator to get to the second floor but the stairs were fine for me. There were no outlets near the bed to plug in electronics which was a bit inconvenient. The room was clean though and staff was friendly!

There was construction going on in the parking lot and we were not told at check in that about which area not to use for the next morning, Somebody had to wake us up to inform was to vacate the parking area and move the car to the other side There is odor inside the room being masked by a freshener

Everything was great except for the inconvenience of two power outages, one for an hour after my early evening check in during a storm on 6/16, and a longer one the next evening without explanation from the staff.

Outdated structure but clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was good and varied.

The staff was friendly and helpful but we had to switch rooms because of a broken toilet seat and no one to fix it. The next room had a loose toilet that I was able to tighten myself but the bathroom could have used a thorough cleaning and updates. Then we found a flea on one of the beds.

We just needed an affordable stay for our weekend to nova. This hotel served its purpose. Free breakfast was standard and convenient. Bed was comfortable and clean. Hot water never ran out. Carpet pretty dingy but we didn't care.

The 1st room we were given had a terribly moldy bath mat in the tub that had never been cleaned under. Yuck. Toilet top did not fit the tank. Moved us to a clean room

It was ideally located for the places we needed to go and a very clean and well-kept property.

I was in for an extended stay, 11 nights. After the first day I asked that the shower head be replaced. I had to stand against the wall under the shower in order for it to drip down on me. The refrigerator on the lowest setting froze everything solid, I asked for a replacement. On the third day I asked for some extra towels as I had puddles in the bathroom, the toilet was leaking. They finally moved me to another room, which was not pleasant as I was there a while and had unpacked everything for a long stay. Everyone was very pleasant and nice.

Everything was fine for my two stays on 6/11 and 6/13 except that on the the morning after the first night I could not get the shower to work because the part that converts the spout water to the shower was missing. I had to take a splash bath to be in time for my morning appointment. On the morning after the second night I had to really pull hard on the handle that converts the water to a shower and the cold was hot and the hot was cold. On both occasions I pointed these problems out to the desk and they apologized and said they would fix them.

Rooms need some updating. Need to add usb outlets. Rooms were clean.

The TV didn't work at all and the shower never work for my one and only night stayed.

There was a good selection on breakfast and hot. The desk clerk that checked us in went above and beyond to help me correct an online booking error. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

I called and checked into my hotel drive four hours the day of the reservation. I called because I was delayed and could not make it that evening said I would be there in the morning. The front desk said everything was good and that I was checked into my room. When I arrived I was told my reservations were canceled and they gave my room to someone else. The manager on the phone was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in the hospitality industry. Wouldn’t help because I didn’t know the name of the person I talked to a the phone desk, even though I had the exact time of when I placed the call and spoke to the front desk. There’s only one employee at the front desk. He could have easily checked to see who he had working at that time if it was truly that important. He was just being an extremely rude and unprofessional. How do you check someone in, charge them the entire stay and then cancel the reservation and sell the room all in the same evening? Then make derogatory remarks and have an attitude towards the people you just put out of a place to stay even though they have already paid and checked in over the phone. This was by far the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, not just as a hospitality issue but throughout all of my experiences as a consumer. Under educated, poor use of words, prejudice remarks, and childish temper tantrums… The property was not well maintained, it was gross. We stayed at candle wood suits and it was fantastic!

The front desk was so rude!

Staff was super accommodating, most notably Durrell who went out of hisxway for us.

New employee working front desk could not find the reservation, therefore was not able to check in. Supposed to get a refund after talking to manager about the problem today. Don’t see it yet?

They turned us away, at 11 oclock at night, because their internet was down and they could not verify our reservation. Bad, bad, bad!!! No apology, no nothing. Had they given away our reservation?

Convenient location

The property was in a good location! Lots of restaurants near the area

Hotel was OK, but there were a bit too much of activity around the property, that did not contribute to the feeling of personal safety, or safety of the parked vehicle. To be fair, nothing had happened to the vehicles, so it was just a feeling of being unsafe. Otherwise, clean, nice hotel.

Very nice accommodations for 1 night. The provided breakfast buffet was far more than we imagined and it was obvious the hotel's manager gave considerable thought into ensuring the quantity, quality and variety met every dietary need. Thank you for a most pleasant surprise.
