Clean, new and for the most part quit property. Would stay again, with one caveat. We took the suttle from the airpower and back again. While checking in I made a "reservation" for the morning shuttle back. But in the morning, there were too many people. To their credit they scrambled and got a second one running. But it was a moment of mini chaos. They only one the shuttle once an hour, so not making the shuttle you need, can add a little excitement to your stay. On the way positive, our shuttle was a 5 am, and breakfast was already out. That was a huge benefit... and much appreciated. It was a warm breakfast as well... so kudos to them on that point.

The hotel was fine. My son and I had a brief stay from late at night until 4:30 AM in order to catch our flight at Denver International, so we didn\'t get to enjoy breakfast. The disappointment was that I returned my car rental at Avis and was shuttled to the airport for a 7:00 arrival. I walked over to the hotel pick-up island and waited for the 7;25 PM shuttle on Friday, March 10. and the shuttle did not show-up until 8:00PM. I spoke to another couple that told me that they were waiting since 6:30 PM. This shuttle is scheduled to pick up at the airport twice per hour (at 25 and 55 minutes after the hour. The driver obviously took a couple hours "off" as there was no traffic or obstruction to impact service. I suggest that you monitor the driver and fire him if this continues.

The lady at the front desk was good and on Monday afternoon she handled a not so nice customer very well. The customer was rude to her but she held her ground and did a great job. The gym was horrible. Pictures were way superior to what reality was. There was one set of weights on the rack of weights. Other than that the property was nice.

We booked this place for the free shuttle to the airport, when we got here the shuttle was full and we were told to figure out our own transportation. They do not allow you to call ahead to book the shuttle, we tried and they also confirmed when we checked in.

We checked in first room smelt terrible. Food was on the kitchen wall that hadn’t been cleaned. Moved to a new room which was better. Went out for food came back and it smelt like smoke in the hallway and it was permeating out to our room. The manager came up said no one was in the room but the tv was on. We asked again and then they said they can’t help what other people do in the rooms. They moved us to the a different hotel on the property altogether.

There was a urine stain on the sheets when we arrived along with hair. The bedding definitely had not been changed. The front desk did offer to change rooms for us, but it was after 10pm and we had already unpacked and settled in. They did bring up new bedding for me when I requested it.

The property is old, but seems clean. The kitchenette is great except for the roaches in the cabinet and microwave. My room (220) had some very poor repair work to the tiles around the tub/shower combo. The bed, sheets and pillows were very nice.

Window was stuck open 4-6 inches. Didnt discover it we went to sleep. Could not close it. Too tired to call desk. Went to sleep with the sound of traffic and police sirens. But room was really nice.Would definitely stay here again.

Nice room for the price: separate bedroom with bathroom and a sitting area with kitchenette. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was decent with several choices of hot food. Shuttle was efficient and easy to find at the airport. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. A good choice for an airport stay.

We arrived after making a reservation, and had to wait over 30 minutes to check in. There were quite a few people there with united vouchers and there were no rooms but it seemed like take the two employees forever to get that sorted out while those of us with reservations had to wait.

The two ladies I dealt at the desk were very rude. I checked in at 3 on Wednesday and was told even though I paid online and had an itinerary to show I still needed to pay in person. She told me I couldn’t get receipt until check out. Upon check out at 8am the next lady told me she couldn’t print me a receipt after I tried to explain that I was charged twice she told me to do what I needed to do. There was a gentleman there at night that was friendly and helpful. While he was there I was able to get assistance without looking for someone at the desk, he was the only one ever standing at the desk. Any other time house keeping has to find someone or I has to knock on the office door.

Overall the stay was good. The continental breakfast was great and the room was fairly quiet. The only complaint I have is that one of the male staff members manning the front desk was rarely there when we were at the counter. Myself and other hotel patrons waited for several minutes on more than one occasion for this staff member to make his way to the desk. Once he got there he was helpful and coureous. It's not a huge deal, but I've never been in a hotel where there wasn't someone always available at the front desk.

They oversold and could not honor my prepaid reservation. They did not help with transportation to the hotel they bumped me to…which turned out to be a huge upgrade. The desk clerk was put in an untenable position but was not particularly professional, pleasant or helpful. Will not book here again, ever.

The front desk was useless. I called asking about shuttle service to the airport and they said it comes every 30 mins and is 24 hours. Nothing about scheduling a time and slots. I check in and the man doesn’t even say we need to put a card on file for damages or anything. He doesn’t say anything at all actually. I ask about the card and the shuttle service. He confined the card is for damages and says there is a shuttle. The morning of our flight the lady at the front desks confirms we are waiting for the shuttle and tells us to have a seat. We wait 45 mins for the shuttle to say your name is not on the list and I can’t take you. We end up having to pay for an Uber and now are late to our flight. They really ruined this experience and made me pay much more than expected.

The child at the service desk had no name tag, would not give his name, wouldn’t get a manager or give me corporates number, also said he couldn’t provide me with the notes i left on my own account within the system. Had to pay for room twice.

The stay is fine but only one restaurant nearby. The shuttle will bring you there from the Mainstay but not pick you up. You can walk to another Choice hotel after eating at the Moonlight Diner but you will have to take that shuttle all the way back to the airport before arriving back to the Mainstay

Loved this hotel. Large, quiet rooms. We were delighted at how quiet its was. Great location. Close to DIA (we had a rental car but they do provide a shuttle) The hotel is in a new area so all the hotels, shopping areas, restaurants are new. They provide a nice breakfast buffet. Our only disappointment was the young woman who checked us in. She acted as it was a bother to do her job. We asked which direction was best to find restaurants for dinner & she just pointed. Very unpleasant.

We´ve never seen anything like that. We loved this place, room was perfect, transport and check-in was smooth, but then we came to have a breakfast and we could believe our eyes. Everything was single use plastic. Why? Is it normal in USA? Why would I produce so much trash just for having a breakfast in fully-equiped hotel? Who wants to ruin our planet and eat a breakfast with plastic cutlery. It was a shame!!!
