The price you pay on any reservation is not the total. In addition, you have a $33/day "resort fee" even though it's not a resort (no pool, spa, etc). For that fee you get to use their guitar and you get 2 hours on a bicycle. You can't use their parking lot to park your own car, there's an $81/night valet parking fee plus the valet gratuity. They charged me for 3 nights even though I parked for one night. But the bar, restaurant and patio are right on the water, very nice and great views. Unique property, built on a pier over the water.

Not much available (in the shops) in the way of food or drinks in the hotel lobby. The onsite restaurant is okay but not the best. Our fish dishes were pretty dry but the tuba tartare was perfect! Picture is from the shop in the lobby. The Beatles stayed here way back when!

needs brewed coffee in the lobby served complimentary every morning . Instead you wait for a little gift shop to open and the line is slow and tedious . People ordering speciality drinks and breakfast . It’s Seattle . I want one steaming cup of coffee. Yes coffee brings my stars to 2 . Little plastic coffee pods in room ( 2 pods for 3 adults ) is laughable at this room rate.

I liked that it was located on the water and within walking distance to alot of places. I did not like that we were charged everyday for amenities and the hotel did not have any amenities. It would have been nice to have a pool and or hot tub.

Everything was perfect and amazing from the room with a water and city view, to the food at the restaurant, to the very helpful and friendly staff, and the relaxed but very nicely appointed atmosphere. We loved every minute of our stay, including the free use of bikes for enjoying the waterfront.

I had a fantastic experience durning my stay. I have stayed at many hotels downtown Seattle and this is now at the top of my list. The room was spotless with beautiful views of the bay, comfortable bed, and I could walk to most everything we wanted to do on the trip. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everything was great! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel!

We were initially so excited. The place looks great, its right on the water, the rooms are comfortable, but it is ***filthy***. We checked in, dropped off the bags, and went to use the room's bathroom. Nothing had been unpacked. There was a dirty, red tinted q-tip in the middle of the floor and a dirty toothpaste cap under the toilet. The towel i opened for my shower had black smudge finger prints in the center of it. The q-tip sat there, but moved around, for 2 days until my husband picked it up. Absolutely disgusting. I would never stay here again. And none of the staff asked about our stay.

I love the location. Right on the waterfront and in walking distance to Pier 66. This property is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful if needed. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable.

Overall the only thing that was good about this hotel was location. Certainly didn't feel like a four star hotel and definitely not worth the price. (Unless you are going on a cruise, and even then, I still wouldn't recommend staying here). The room was tiny. Trains kept passing by all day/night and were loud if you are on the back side of the hotel. Hotel was showing its age, with everything looking old and smelling musty. The staff was friendly though.

I was sorely disappointed with the Edgewater customer service especially from the person behind the front desk named Nick! I called twice in advance to explain that it was my wedding night which is why I booked the Edgewater and I asked to have the hotel room decorated with flowers and for something special planned in terms of a non alcoholic drink. Nick said his computer was having issues and he would call back to discuss the details…no call back!! Nothing! The evening of the wedding when we arrived there was no greeting, nothing in the room in terms of flowers and a small note wishing us a happy wedding anniversary! Epic fail by a hotel with poor service! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately! Certainly didn’t live up to even a minimal standard!

The staff is wonderful! They are attentive to your needs and your wants. From the guys who work out front to the people who clean your room, you couldn’t ask for a better crew. The restaurant is excellent (especially Allie who always had a smile). The front desk ladies were very helpful and patient and kind. You have a fabulous hotel!

I had a fantastic experience durning my stay. I have stayed at many hotels downtown Seattle and this is now at the top of my list. The room was spotless with beautiful views of the bay, comfortable bed, and I could walk to most everything we wanted to do on the trip. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everything was great! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel!

I loved that this property is right next to pier 66. However the entrance and where my room was created a LOT more walking than anticipated. But, convenient and close walking distance for the city, dinner and stunning sunset. Location is great! What I didn’t like, to the point that I was disgusted by even being here, was the check in experience. I didn’t receive any VIP upgrades as Expedia advertised. And the young man was cutting me off, answering my questions (questions he thought I was asking) before I could finish my sentence. It was awkward, unprofessional and his attitude gave this place a trashy fast food vibe. He must think customer service is the customers job. I still have no idea how to access the whopping $25 VIP food credit, where the restaurant is, what time breakfast is and a few other questions but I will figure it out. I just knew I had to get away from him before I started showing him bad customer service (lol) Overall thoughts are.. half a thousand dollars per night? Nah, next time stay further away at a hotel I like and uber.

Called to reconcile and got runaround after runaround. Finally left a message to contact me. Crickets. Am now disputing via my cc company. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HOTEL!

Perfect location--right on the water next to so many attractions, Pike Place, and great restaurants. We didn't even have to get an Uber or taxi to see great parts of the city, and were able to take a quick walk to our cruise ship after we checked out (the hotel is right next to the Norwegian dock). The hotel itself is so unique and amazing--a beautiful place that I'd love to stay at again. I loved everything but the size of the elevators (though the elevators are quite lovely and swanky otherwise).

We picked this hotel because it was conveniently located next to the FRS Clipper ferry that takes you to Victoria. We also wanted something with a great view because we had a couple days before we left on the ferry. This hotel was exactly what we saw online - as pictured! Beautiful views of the harbor and Mt Rainer. Super close to all the places you want to go and close to cruise docs, ferries, etc. The hotel has been around awhile and has fun history about the Beatles staying there during their US tour. It certainly has been kept up nicely. The decor had a modern rustic feel that knocked it out of the park for us. The room was absolutely perfect. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and very large. We really enjoyed watching sunset and ships coming and going while sipping cocktails on the private balcony. The restaurant had delicious food and stunning views. The staff was wonderful and over the top helpful. The hotel is also walking distance to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Great location. Wish we could have stayed longer.

One of the best locations to stay when visiting Seattle. This is possibly the only hotel ON the water - with excellent water views on Pier 67, dining next to the water; Walking to Pike place. space needle, olympic park etc. Staff was amazing - welcoming and helpful. I plan to go back and visit this property soon.

Excellent restaurant. The location to Pikes Market and waterfront is great…easy walk. We booked a basic room that faced the lot and heard the train at all hours. Also, I found the room to be tight once one piece of luggage was placed out for use. Staff was exceptional.

Waterfront dining was very nice, walkable to Pike Place Market, aquarium and gondola wheel, single king room was large and comfortable. Nice shower pressure and complimentary toiletries.

Not much available (in the shops) in the way of food or drinks in the hotel lobby. The onsite restaurant is okay but not the best. Our fish dishes were pretty dry but the tuba tartare was perfect! Picture is from the shop in the lobby. The Beatles stayed here way back when!

Beautiful view from the room. Bathroom only had a walk in shower with rock tile. Kind of cold. There's amenities in the room but you'll get charged for each thing if you eat or drink any of it. Tons of seagulls flying around. One almost ate out of my hand. I hadn't checked out of my room and the cleaning lady cleaned the room and took my stuff to the office. I was very upset and the manager made it more then right. Very happy with the service there. Went to their restaurant. Really spendy, not super impressed. They offer room service but like I said, it's really spendy with automatic gratuity, and a $5 fee.

Everything was perfect and amazing from the room with a water and city view, to the food at the restaurant, to the very helpful and friendly staff, and the relaxed but very nicely appointed atmosphere. We loved every minute of our stay, including the free use of bikes for enjoying the waterfront.

The place is very charming. We had a room over the water. View was stunning. Staff were nice. Just two matters of complaint. We were in a King room but pretty sure that bed was a Queen. Not a bid deal. The WiFi was horrible and kept disconnecting. If you want reliable WIfI, this is not the place. I did complain and was given a number to call. Tried it twice and nobody answered. Left a message and nobody called back. Also texted the front desk again and no reply. Quite disappointed.

This is a great hotel, everything was 5 star. I literally have nothing negative to say. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant has great food and a spectacular view. This is a great place to stay if you are taking a cruise leaving from Pier 66, they willl help you and your bags get to a pier porter. it will be my go to for seattle trips going foward.

This place is fun! Enthusiastic and helpful staff. View from the restaurant bar is lovely, and the food was fantastic. We took the ferry to Victoria from there and it’s right next door.
