Confortable room. Outside door locks so cannot get in from outside which is great to load and unload car however it was not in good shape. There is whirlpool. Jets dont work and handrail was wobbly and no safety tread on steps. As an older patron the wobbly handrail and tread worn off in steps was a concern but grandchild enjoyed. Breakfast room small but was adequate.

We found this hotel to be as good or better than most reviews we looked at. Staff was helpful, room was clean and was a little stuffy from being closed up with heat/air conditioner off. We opened the screened window for a few minutes and room was fine. Dryer in laundry room didn’t dry the clothes very well but dryer needed air duct cleaned. They were aware of the issue. Breakfast was adequate. Layout oh hotel was great with inside room access but also an outside door directly to our paroled car. We will stay there again.

A representative at the front desk was very professional. He alerted us of options to enter our room from either the hallway or the outside. This has been the first for me at any motel I have ever visited. We were able to park right outside the exterior door and move all of our belongings right into the room, making it a quick and easy task. As I type this review I am sitting in the hot tub. This place is loaded with amenities that I have not even taken advantage of as of yet. I would definitely recommend The Beartooth Inn.

We request a lower floor room. Got there to check in and was told we had an upper floor room. No elevators, had to use stairs. I have bad legs so that was a Challenge. Was told there was nothing they could do. The attitude was not great on this. I am not sure I would use this place again

Friendly staff. Had everything I needed. Great proximity to the things I wanted to see. Only complaint is that I'm physically challenged and my Dog is paralyzed and has a wheelchair. I was told that the only room available was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I had someone else make the reservation for me and they forgot that I told them to reserve a first floor room. I requested that after the first night that I would like to be moved to the ground floor when one of those rooms opened up. I was there for 5 nights and no attempt was made to switch me to easier accommodations. I rate a star higher for being pet friendly.

Good choice for basic accommodations; not fancy but more affordable than many others in the area. Clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast consists of pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches to heat in the microwave, yogurt cups or packaged muffins and granola bars. Fruit bowl with the usual bananas, apples, etc. Friendly staff.

This hotel is used by pet owners. As a result there is an odor in the hallway. A wall by the sink area had some dirt splashed on it. The bed was comfortable with silky sheets

It was clean in the hallway and room was very clean and comfortable. the bed was comfortable. Hard to get in front door with luggage and broken hot tub greets you. Breakfast was modest, but better than some. The memorial next to the motel and the lake made it pretty and inviting.

The hotel is older but clean. We had our dog so it was nice to find a pet friendly place. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was all prepackaged but had a lot of options. Overall a good place to stay for the price! Oh and staff was very friendly and helpful!

This room was filthy inside and smelled like a wet dog. The carpet had all kinds of stains and dirty looking areas. The bed also had what appeared to be light stains. The entire room and the bathroom was a pigsty. The Manager was rude and very inconsiderate. I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

The property was very outdated a run down. Peeling paint in the bathroom. The room had a very funky smell to it. Smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. Air conditioner unit hadnt been cleaned looked like since the place was built. The hot tub broken down for a long time and ice machine uostairs was broke and taken out. The doors on the bottom floors some of them looked like they had been broke into. Very unsettleing feeling about leaving our stuff there while we were out and about. The only pluses were clean bedding and towels . The staff was frendly. I would say buyer beware!!!! I wont be coming back to this place.

Just ok. Our door would not lock without slamming it. Told manager and he worked on it but it still was not right. Breakfast was packaged food. Not even any cereal. Out of town a bit so had to drive to a restaurant. Overall it was ok for a short 2 day stay.

A great value … I’ll stay here again absolutely! Comfortable and adequate and rooms are large. Nice continental breakfast. Friendly staff and pet friendly. Very small pet deposit … very nice. The larger rooms were very welcome … don’t get that often even at supposedly more upscale locations. The location was perfect as well.

The stay was fine. Twenty years ago it was a nice hotel, but there has been little upkeep and things are falling apart. Eg. doors were difficult to shut, toilet not always flushing properly, holes developing in tub.

Unable to access to my room from outside. Have to go thru front desk lobby to my room. Room had door to outside but is not functioning work. Ceiling peeling in bathroom. All doors except bathroom securing chain to the door is no good.

My husband took our van to go to the rodeo with our older kids and accidentally took the babies formula. I called the front desk to see if I could have 6 ounces of milk that they served at breakfast and they refused. Not customer friendly. They claim they have a SPA but it looks like it’s been broken and out of service for a long time! The first floor room face outside look very run down.

Crystal was absolutely amazing. The best hotel host I’ve ever had- and her staff follow her lead! Our dog blue was so welcomed, and they were accommodating including a room change for my dad and an extended night. I can’t wait to stay here again

The staff was very pleasant and professional. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator and I was in the second floor. He offered to help with my luggage which was very nice, however I was able to handle it myself. Room comfortable, only complaint was there was popcorn under the bed, I’m sure an easy thing for housekeeping to miss. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, a nice stay and easy 2 minute drive to airport. I would stay there again. Definitely a good price.

Property was older, but clean and perfectly suited for the dead of winter hunting trip we needed it for. Facility is older, but was clean and warm. Appreciated the outside door (it had an interior hall as well) to move gear and luggage easily. And it was hard to beat the price as well!
