This is a pretty grand hotel in the center of Ljubljana. You can easily walk from the train and bus station here and easily walk to the main attractions. The lobby is massive and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that we had. The room was also spacious with a big bathroom and tub. The one downside was the pool area, which was crowded even with reservations.

Hotel was lovely. Staff were great and very professional. Description of "Parking Available" is a little misleading as for our entire stay we didn\'t manage to het into the car park once as it was full so we had to park at the expensive commercial carpark. Pool is nice but again far too small for the size of the hotel and you need to book the day before.

I used the pool each day and really enjoyed the swim. Breakfast was good. There was plenty of choice on the buffet. We did use the cafe and the cakes were lovely but it is a shame that the restaurant doesn’t have a better choice of evening meals. Our room was very clean - the chairs were not comfortable for us to use for a long period of time.

Superbe hôtel, tout proche du centre. Tout est accessible à pied. Grande chambre, nous avons dû être surclassés, nous avions une terrasse avec vue sur la ville et le château. Jolis espaces. Le personnel est souriant, attentif aux demandes. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Seul bémol pour le petit-déjeuner, il faut prévoir d'attendre un peu, le samedi, si ob y va vers 9h45! Énormément de monde! Espace piscine assez grand. Prévoyez par contre de réserver un créneau.

Incredible hotel with a perfect location. In the middle of the city center and close the most interesting spots in the city. Quite clean and the spa was amazing. Even though the steam sauna was not working, the pool was quite relaxing and clean. Completely recommended.

Eurostars was a nice hotel with great rooms, windows to look out at the city skyline, and nice amenities. We had two kids with us (12 and 9) and we were disappointed to learn that the pool has a max capacity of 20 people in two hour shifts. On a hot summer day the kids were very bummed out to not be able to cool off for a bit. The parking garage also has a small capacity for less than 40 cars so it was full when we arrived at 4pm and had to park and walk to the hotel. The front desk team was amazing - super helpful and friendly. And the breakfast buffet was impressive. I felt like royalty with the wide range of offerings and large dining room to enjoy a meal with my family. Extremely close to the river and restaurants, location is ideal! Would book again. Great stay. Thanks to the great staff.

Poor house keeping. I Left a note and tip for extra towel, she took the tip but there was no extra towel!!! For our 3 nights stay, she didn't tidy up the room. Only bed was done. Ao frustrating.

Lovely staff and really central location but just pay extra to stay somewhere nicer. Decor is extremely old and tired, cockroaches near lift on 2nd floor and the design of the shower made no sense. Doors need slow close hinges, all you can hear is doors slamming all morning and night. Don’t recommend

The hotel is in an excellent location and close to everything, the service of the front desk is very good and is right to help with everything. The hotel is very clean but the furniture is old and the bed is uncomfortable, in addition the curtains do not block the light and this is a problem

Staff was unfriendly from the first moment we walked in the door, broken toilet in room with broken parts left in bathroom. Front desk made it seem like I inconvenienced them by asking for a room with a working toilet. They gave us a new room which had mold throughout the bathroom. There was nothing nice or welcoming about the staff or hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect for our stay in Ljubljana. The hotel is not super-new (the room felt a bit old), but everything was very well organized. We liked the breakfast. The room was very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and if we need to go back to Lubljana again in the future, we will stay here again

We loved the little cation and our room had an amazing view of the castle and the center of town. Our only disappointment was the dated nature of our room. While the massage chair was a cute touch, it was worn and not inviting. Our balcony had only plastic uncomfortable chairs so we didn't spend anytime there. The breakfast was a surprise with a wide variety and local flavor.

The hotel was on a perfect location and had cosy beds and delicious breakfast with lots of choice. The swimming pool was nice indeed. Our room was on the 8th floor with a wonderful view to the town with the castle. The only negative thing was that you really need air plugs as the church bells ring not only daytime but all through the night several times!

I had requested for air conditioning but hotel air conditioning was turned off. We had to leave our balcony door open for air circulation but that didnt help as the church bell woke us up every time.

Generally excellent hotel close to the centre. The buffet breakfast is ample and very good. The television in my room did not work and could not be fixed during my short stay. The tub/shower arrangement is a bit treacherous getting in and out.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Eurostars Uhotel. Its located in a prime position for Ljubljana centre. The facilities were always very clean. The reception staff were very accommodating with any queries. The breakfast choice and quality was excellent.

Hotel is dated, but nice. Think clean 70s vibe. Location is good and very easy walk to both train/bus station as well as city center. If you are there on a Friday, be sure to take advantage of Open Kitchen. On a negative note, the hotel had difficulty locating our full reservation (2 rooms, not one) and we were passed off to another service member. This pass off was poorly done and the situation not fully explained. As a result, the new member again attempted to check us into 1 room. This is a small hiccup, but as this billed as a 4-Star hotel, this first impression of the hotel was not as strong as it could have been.

The staff is extremely helpful and very polite. I had a double booking issue and the manager, Zorzo, solved the problem expeditiously. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s located within 100 feet from a super market and about 100 yards from the city center. The breakfast is great. Food is fresh and there are a variate of it. There is also a small gym and a pool. I highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful hotel with rooms with many amenities. Very high end, 4 star hotel. The staff was very helpful with directions and pointing the way to a store for specific items I needed. Very central location - within walking distance to town square, great shopping, and tourist sights. Their buffet breakfast was amazing, one of the best I have been to in years. Parking on site was available, but I got one of the last spaces - was very tight. I highly recommend this hotel - you will not be disappointed.

Great hotel with friendly staff located near the center of Ljubljana. Breakfast was amazing! One of the best, if not the best, of my entire trip, that had 9 hotels in it. Hotel furniture and design seems a bit dated, but all is cleaned and looking well, so I don't mind that at all. Only downside was the car park, that is quite small and often does not have any parking spots available. For this I have two suggestions for the hotel: implement a reservation system and forbid staff from taking free parking spaces, by directing them to other parking spots. The alternative parking garage that the hotel staff recommended me was extremely expensive, costing more than 30 euros for little over 8 hours, so I'd say parking is definitely the main issue with the hotel. Nevertheless, if we exclude the parking, this was a flawless stay.
