Cerviola Hotel

We had a great stay at the hotel. The employees are excellent friendly they made our trip special. The bus stop is right there in front of the hotel and it takes you right to Valetta. The breakfast was excellent. We looked forward to it every morning. Very nice swimming pool on the roof with a view of the ocean. The hotel is very close to the ocean and there’s a boardwalk where you can take a walk around the bay with a lot of restaurants. St. Thomas beach is close and very nice. Highly recommended.

We stayed fr 3 weeks and was amazing. Staff were very helpful and amazing. Hotel was always clean. Bus stop just a few steps away from hotel. Breakfast was good. The pool a bit too crowded with local people but okay. There is no shopping around area. Lots of restaurants and pubs down by the promenade about a half an hour by walk. We would stay again!

Vi fikk ved innsjekk beskjed om at vi fikk en leilighet et par kvartaler unna hotellet siden vi hadde et 14 dagers opphold. Stor og fin leilighet i 5.etg. med 3 soverom, 2 bad, stor balkong (for Malta) på begge sider. Det var også vaskemaskin og tørketrommel samt oppvaskmaskin. Alt var nytt og fint og ble rengjort 6 dager i uka. Vi spiste frokost på hotellet, det var en grei engelsk type frokost med det meste av det man kan forvente. Restauranten på taket av hotellet lager god, variert mat med store porsjoner. Bassengområdet er litt slitent, men fungerer fint til sol og bad. Både restauranten og bassenget er populære blant de lokale og det er spesielt i helgene veldig bra stemning. Vi brukte bassengområdet mye i løpet av vårt opphold. Det er veldig komfortabelt med alt du trenger innen rekkevidde. Folkene i baren og restauranten er veldig hyggelige og prisen på mat og drikke er god. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 nesten voksne barn på tur.

Buon Hotel, ma con 2 punti critici. Camera 106 Letto scomodo, materasso scadente ed al posto della rete un pannello di truciolare. Bagno pulito e moderno ma doccia che lo allaga ogni volta. Plus: 1 di acqua al giorno offerta, macchinetta del caffè con capsule in camera, cambio biancheria giornaliero, personale gentile e disponibile ad anticipare l'orario della colazione, il giorno della nostra partenza, ben prima delle 7,00. Piscina e ristorazione sul tetto: ambiente piacevole, personale simpatico, qualità dei cibi discreta e costi nella media.

Das Hotel befindet sich in zentraler Lage zu Shops, Restaurants und Strand. Der Gesamteindruck von Lobby und Zimmer ist sehr gut (wirkt neu und sehr sauber). Die Leute im Hotel sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bietet genug Auswahl. In der Hochsaison kommt es ev. zu Wartezeiten, aber das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Der einzige Bereich mit Verbesserungen ist am Pool zu finden. Das Wasser wirkt sehr trüb und schmutzig bzw. wird der Schmutz wie Haare oder Blätter nicht abgesaugt. Wir konnten auch keine Dusche finden oder war das wirklich nur der Gartenschlauch?! Zum Glück gibt es auch noch das wunderschöne Meer. Ansonsten kann dieses Hotel weiter empfohlen werden.

Rummen var fina och frukosten var god. Hade gett 5 stjärnor om inte man hade hyrt ut hela poolloungen med bar/restaurang till privat sällskap under högsäsong

La habitación bastabte bien, no era amplísima pero no era hiperlimitada como en otros hoteles. El baño mas que decente, el aire funcionaba muy bien. Los colchones de muelles, segun te sentabas parecía que iban a ser lo peor del mundo, pero luwgo no se dorm>a mal en ellos, no te clavabas nada. El desayuno bastante completo y variado. La piscina muy bien pero con un horario muy limitado, cierra a laa 18h así que como vuelvas de las excuraiones un poco tarde, no la hueles (y no tiene socorrista). Esta es la principal pega que le pongo. Tienen bar y puedes cenar en la misma piscina si no tienes ganaa de moverte. Nosotros nos movíamos con coche y para aparcar nos dijeron que mal, pero la verdad que había bastabte sitio hacia la parte de atrás del hotel así que no tuvimos ningún problema ningún día. Se puede bajar andando al puerto (10 minutos).

Arrived at the hotel near midnight and was given a room that was like a basement! I booked a deluxe double with balcony. We complained at the time but were told there was nothing he could do that night, so we just had to sleep there and then see manager in the morning. Awful night. Noisy hum all night. And when morning came no daylight in the room. THANKFULLY we were moved the next day to a lovely room with massive balcony and sea view. Lovely and clean. Only slight complaint was things were a bit 'tiired' and bed spread was threadbare and furniture on balcony was bady damaged and couldnt sit on it. Breakfast was lovely. Friendly, efficient staff waiting on. Roof top terrace, bar and pool was great, the food was fabulous and very well prices. Mega portions so beware! Drinks very reasonable priced. The pool was, again, a bit tired and felt a bit unkempt. Was rather dirty. I would love to return to this hotel but would want the same room and that makes me nervous to rebook, as i truely believe we wouldnt get it. It seems a bit random when you book. Although you book specific room, i think you are basically given what they have got when you get there!!! And arriving at midnight to a tereible room, is not my idea of a holiday. Its a shame as it could be a little gem.

stayed at cervoila for over 3 weeks, i booked it has it had a pool , but the pool was always full from people the ain’t staying at the hotel the pool opens at 10 am you go 5 min before and all the sunbed was always fool with people who stay by the pool for the day , i found it not fair people who stayed at hotel couldn’t even get a sunbed, every night when i go to hav ed a shower there was hardly hot water , and cervoila needs to change the mattress on the beds they are bad so unconfertable the breakfast after a week got sick of it it was the same thing everyday

Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une seule nuit. Malheureusement l'odeur de moisissure de la chambre nous a beaucoup gêné. Nous avons dormi fenêtre ouverte pour ne pas respirer un air vicié. Nous n'y retournerons probablement pas. La piscine ne nous a pas semblée aussi belle que sur la photo. Lors de notre passage, il y avait un habillage en sapin. Une mise à jour de la photo de l'annonce serait respectable.

Good and clean

Le lit était fait tous les jours, les serviettes changées si nécessaire. L'aspirateur ni le lavage du sol n'ont été faits en dix jours. La chambre n'était pas finie à notre arrivée, des cheveux restés au sol, y sont restés pendant les dix jours de notre séjour. La bac à douche gardait les traces d'ADN...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived, especially the front desk staff. The room was also very clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to local transportation. One minor issue worth noting is that there was some noticeable noise from the hotel renovation. However, the renovation was almost done on my last day. Moreover, it did not overshadow the positive aspects of my experience at the hotel. Overall, I found the hotel to be a delightful place to unwind, and I would recommend it to others seeking a convenient and hospitable accommodation option.

Had reserved their top room but was given something less. It worked out okay as one of our party did not stay. Was given a refund of the difference of the cost of the rooms once I spoke with a manager. I would expect that to be the minimum in terms of service and they met that expectation. Nice clean rooms with air conditioning. Did not get to use any of their amenities. Ran out of toilet paper and could not find a spare, which is odd. Other than that, nice place.

La chambre que l'on nous donné n'était pas propre. Nous avons trouvés des cheveux dans 2 lits/4, il y avait de la terre au sol. Faisant de l'asthme et des allergies nous avons dû batailler pour avoir une autre chambre. La 2ème n'était pas mieux avec à nouveaux des cheveux qur les lits, des infiltrations dans les murs, le support de douche cassé, l'eau qui s'infiltre sous la séparation vitrée inondant la salle de bain et l'aération remplie de poussières. Malgré le ménage fait quotidiennement, nous avons retrouvé des cheveux partout dans la chambre y compris dans la nourriture. Les personnels d'accueil masculins sont très désagréables et hautains.

Very nice and clean hotel

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich sauber und geräumig. Ich kann es zempfehlenswert. Personal war sehr freundlich. Klimaanlage und Heizung funktionieren. Wasser ist heiß.

Nice hotel was not happy with balcony as was facing walls and no sun. School children on same floor very noisy through the night banging on our door was reported but not done about it

A lovely hotel breakfast a really good choice. Bedroom was lovely with bathroom. Would be beneficial with new mattresses as the one we had wasn't very comfortable. Over all a fantastic place to stay.

the hotel Cerviola was the only one we could find with single beds. it was comfortable eventually after 2 changes of room. the breakfast was superb - the best bit. i would like to see an option in the filters for 2 beds on the booking form

Erneuerung der Aussenfassade sind im gang. Erste nacht war okay, Zweite nacht lärm bis nach Mitternacht. Hatte Zimmer ohne freie Sicht. Nur in einen art Schacht.

The staff are humble and nice, but the room and property conditions are not good. The sink is clogged and the water does not drain properly. I booked a single-bed room, but they gave me a three-bed room, and each bed is too small for even one person. The most disturbing part is that the beds are very noisy whenever you move during sleep.

Posizione tranquilla, personale cordiale e gentile. la nostra camera era poco spaziosa, con 3 letti invece che solo uno matrimoniale e l’aria condizionata non funzionava.

A middle-of-the-road hotel that is ideal for an overnight stay. The beds were very comfortable and conveniently located on a major street. The room itself was utilitarian in nature - nothing good or bad.

Hotel was good,but was disappointed to be informed that we had been moved across the road to the apartments without any prior notice,separating us from the rest of our family.also check out time is 11.00 and not noon as stated by yourselves.

Sejour agreable ,chambre grande .nous avons eu un probleme ,a 8h50 quelqu un a ouvert la porte de la chambre ,alors que nous dormions .

I booked my my stay at the cervolia hotel and when I went to check in they told me there was no rooms and I would have to stay at the boutique hotel 500 meters down the road which belongs to them but when I said that i didn’t book the boutique there reply was it’s still the same. But doesn’t have a pol or bar I’ve stayed at the cervolia several times in the past and I won’t be staying again the customer service was disgraceful.they offered me a discount as I was going to book 3 extra nights it was actually cheaper to book online which was an insult.

Wonderful hotel with bus stop out front. We bought the seven day bus pass at the convenience store next door. Easy to make connections to the rest of the island. Great price for the inconveniences of location. Fair trade.

Sotto al materasso vi era un pannello di truciolato, cuscini altissimi e duri, in pratica dormivi seduto. Macchinetta da caffè in camera presente, peccato per L’insetto che è fuoriuscito da essa insieme all’acqua calda, per fortuna volevamo prendere solo un the anziché il caffè. Colazione con prodotti industriali di bassissima qualità e poca scelta, le bevande da colazione solo da macchinetta.

Staff were very helpful, room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast had a good selection of food which was all very tasty.

Fint hotell - deilig med nyoppusset bad, men veldig enkel frokost.
