The first room junior suite assigned to me was not that new , some doors need to be fix and the heater is not working properly also the tv. And then they moved me to much newer junior suite which I appreciate it. One concern is that the hot tub is way far away from the swimming pool. The pool was located in ground floor of another building and the hot tub is located in the next building located in 8th floor

The room was very clean. The bed and bedding were wonderful!! The staff were very nice 🙂. I would definitely stay here again! Also, the shuttle runs every half hour which is extremely convenient.

Great location for air travel stays…. Clean, quiet and easy parking….. down side was the last 2 shuttles leaving the airport had been booked for airline stuff and had to take an Uber back to the hotel

My recent stay at this property was highly disappointing due to a Room Quality & Noise Issues: The receptionist assigned us a room located directly behind the elevator shaft, resulting in extremely poor soundproofing. Whenever someone used the elevator, the mechanical noise and vibrations were directly transmitted into the room, making it difficult to fall asleep and causing me to be woken up multiple times throughout the night. The front desk staff did not consider this issue when assigning the room, severely impacting the quality of my stay. I do not recommend this particular room type for light sleepers. Parking & Value: Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that parking—which was previously included in. And, now a separate $15/day charge rather than being included. With the 29% regional parking tax and GST, the actual cost is over $20 per day. Overall Experience: When combined with the sleep disruption from the elevator noise, the overall value of this stay was very poor."

The room was nice enough but other than the parking lot our room had no view. The toilet was so low best suited to a pre-schooler. The airport shuttle could not be used as it starts late at 6:30 adding $20.00 to $30.00 taxi to the stay. No fast food in the walkable area and hotel dining not cheap.

I was reading some of the negatives reviews and hesitated if I should go ahead and book a room with them. However, I went ahead and booked a two bedroom suite for 3 nights. As we were wondering around inside the parking structure and find the entrance to our room, a very nice housekeeper showed us the way, which gave me hope that the hotel has addressed previous concerns. Untill we went inside the room, I totally regretted booking this hotel. I didn't have a good night sleep since day one. I could hear doors slamming from outside. There were bugs on the bed and bedrooms. I called the front desk and reported the bugs. We switched to a higher floor, we noticed the same bugs found earlier and some small insets crawling on the stove top and inside the closet. When I talked to the front desk, I didn't see any empathy about my situation from them. Thanks for reading this review. I am hoping you think twice before booking with this hotel. I truely don't want your stays in Richmond being ruined like mine.

Los muebles estaban sucios, con polvo que parecía de mucho tiempo, los techos con grasa y telarañas en la habitación. El baño tenía moho y suciedad en la puerta de la regadera. En las instalaciones habían hormigas gigantes en las paredes y en la habitación de a un lado tenían la puerta abierta y olía todo el pasillo a pescado que estaban cocinando ahí. Parecía que vivían en esa habitación. Los carritos para transportar las maletas muy viejos. Lo único limpio y con olor agradable fue la recepción y los recepcionistas muy amables.

Our room (PH 5 on the 18th floor) was right next to the elevator mecanism. We could hear the motor start and stop all night. No sleep! The hotel must have known about the noise and yet they still assigned the room to us. This is unacceptable.

my room faced westminster Hwy - on the other side of the hwy was the Richmond Hospital - which kept it noisy with the ambulance all night - tough to get good sleep. Next time I will stay around the back of the hotel which hopefully will be less noisy. very nicely appointed rooms though verry comfortable

Hari at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. I stay often at this hotel as it is convenient to the airport (with free shuttle service) and the price is always very reasonable. However, the rooms, at least on the Courtyard side, are very much in need of updating and soundproofing. The room I stayed in this time, was incredibly noisy, and construction was happening in the room beside mine. Not only could I hear all the hammering, etc., but I could hear the workers voices as if they were in my room. Also, I could hear every step the guests above me took until they finally stopped around 2 am, not great if one has an early flight the following morning. If anyone is staying in this hotel, I would recommend not taking a room on the Courtyard side, especially on a lower floor.

For being an airport hotel, I especially found the windows to be too thin as I could hear cars outside throughout my stay. Further the blackout blinds didn't completely cover the windows so light from the parking lot was shining into our room all night.

The air conditioner did not work. It was right next to the bed, very loud. I think the hotel is sinking because our room was on a slant. The bed was too small. Nice tv.

First off I waited for a shuttle that is supposed to arrive 15 and 45 every hour i waited from 9:45pm until 10:55pm just to get to your hotel and be turned away because I misplaced my credit card. Then I’m in a city I don’t live in with no place to go or stay at 11:15pm. Worst experience of 43years using hotel service

Excellent service at the front desk. Very early arrival due to cruise ship schedule. They stored our luggage so we could explore the area and provided early check in for us. Much appreciated! Very nice accommodations. The hotel is convenient to many restaurants and public transport. They also provide a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. Our flight wasn't until 5pm and they stored our luggage again after checkout so we might enjoy the day in Steveston. The only negative was the jacuzzi tub didn't work:(

I had a 12-hour layover in Vancouver before a 16-hour trip late in the evening. Hotel was very accommodating to get me in early, and I checked out around 8pm. They could have had me wait till 3 pm but took care of me. Harry at the front desk was super helpful. Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Hotel was very nice, even a nice Restaurant. Shuttle service was good. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Booked 2 Double Beds as we were 4 people and they have us 1 dou be and 1 single. When complaint, the staff just brushed off. Moreover Airport Driver was too rude as we were 1 minute late to come out pf hotel as we were talking to front desk staff about the issue.

The entire hotel property was very well-maintained, clean, and looked fancy enough. The hotel rooms were larger than those of some other hotels I have visited. The hotel rooms were well cleaned, and the lobby looked good. It is also only a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro, and is right beside a bus stop.

The property is across the street from a lovely city park. Restaurants and drugstores are within walking distance. The hotel did allow us to store luggage before check-in, which was nice after a morning cruise arrival. Staff were wonderful. Our room was in the 'tower' part of the facility which I believe is the more spacious accommodations.

Clean & very comfortable bed. Complementary breakfast, ordered fom menu. Very friendly & helpful people at desk. Very pleased to have a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. Biggest complaint was no complementary coffee & water in the lobby for my husband who gets up really early & works on his computer.

I would have liked to stay in the newer part of the hotel. Instead we had to walk around to the back. Not an easy walk for 2 older women with huge suit cases. AND the restaurant closed at 10pm. We didn't arrive until 930pm and we didn't get a meal on our flight

Check in was a breeze, having done it before we arrived. It seemed like our room wasn't available so they "upgraded" us to a condo which had a nice living room with a big tv and the blue jays game. The bed was comfy. The bathroom fan in the upstairs bathroom didn't seem to shut off, and that was the only complaint. Airport shuttle was great and we also loved the restaurant.

Master bedroom has a larger walk-in closet, but there is no lighting in the closet. Living area included a pull-out sofa. Wi-fi was good. 3 TVs in the unit. Large balcony. Lots of windows that make the living area bright. Very spacious for a 2 bedroom unit. Hot tub and fitness gym available on the premises. There is a pool on the premises, but we did not visit the pool. The unit has central heating/air conditioning which was very nice, however, it was a bit loud. If you have a car, there is an additional charge for parking that is secure/gated. There is a restaurant and cold beer/wine store on the premises. Richmond Centre mall is just a few blocks away.
