Property was new and centrally located for restaurants and attractions.

Newer hotel that is close to Downtown, 10 minute drive away, but 1/2 of the cost as downtown hotels. And without a daily parking fee that can be $40. a day!

Home2 is by far our favorite places to stay outside our home, and this location did not disappoint. The room and staff are excellent. The pool was our girls’ favorite part

We really enjoyed the pool. The pool towels were big and fluffy. The building is relatively new and located close to shopping as well as restaurants. The staff was very friendly.

This hotel was really nice, the staff was great, the room was clean, there was plenty of space, the gym was nice, the coffee was hot. The only downside was we chose this hotel partial for location, free parking and free breakfast. There was no food by the time we got down to eat. We arrived to breakfast at 8:50 and breakfast was 7-10. There was 1 muffin, english muffins, bagels and white milk and cereal. No eggs, no meat, no chocolate milk. We don't eat carbs like most obese american's. We try to make healthy choices but there simply weren't any. The yogurt was plain sugary no protein yogurt. We aren't picky. some form of egg and meat would have been suffiicient. Instead we chose a protein bar that we brought ourselves. We could have spent less money on a hotel that didn't include breakfast.

Appeared to be a very new facility. Everything was in fine shape and very clean. It was in a convenient and easily accesable location.I would stay there again.

The bathroom on the 1st floor of our room was really dirty mainly the shower (needs a good cleaning). But loved the location and breakfast.

The location was great, lots of restaurants near-by, nice breakfast. However, our room had a smell of cigarettes that couldn’t be removed. Bedding was changed, a special odor killing spray was used - smell persisted. Staff was very responsive to our requests for help to get rid of the smell.

This is a very nice, clean hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Besides the smalls hairs I seen in the bathroom, overall pretty good. Bed comfortable and breakfast was pretty good.

Everything was nice and new. Large rooms and full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Could have been a little cleaner. Stray hairs throughout and some crumbs on the floor.

We got an upgrade because the room I booked (a King) wasn't available when we checked in. Our new room was like an apartment. Very spacious, plenty of places to sit, loved the sofa. The beds were comfortable and had enough pillows. Lots of towels and bars/hooks. I know that sounds crazy but I have stayed in places with no place to hang a towel. We spend a lot of time in the room on this trip and having that full sized kitchen was amazing. Loved being able to fill the fridge and eat off plates like I was at home. I can't say enough nice things. One more, love the breakfast options.

Bed was extremely hard made it impossibe to sleep. Person did not show up to make breakfast so there was no breakfast one morning, terrible.

Several issues during our stay Overrun by middle school children who were loud and rude and very little monitoring by the adults. Breakfast was extremely poor especially due to the unsupervised children running amuck and items were not refilled Housekeeping knocked on our door 3 times before 10am to see if we had checked out yet Microwave did not work. Here the breaker was tripped which i ended up fixing myself

The property was immaculate. Friendly service. The rooms were spacious, lots of outlets and the beds were comfy. The only thing we were disappointed in is no Christmas decorations !

I liked the space and the quietness. I don’t like how we booked for a studio king suite and received a queen suite.

My only issues stemming from this property is first off I had booked the King suite months in advance and on arrival was told I was being downgraded to a two queen, had to get a manager involved to get the king room. Second issue was one of the dining room chairs was broken before I arrived and collapsed on me when I sat down which could have injured me. Everything else was fine.

The hotel was very clran and modern, we enjoyed the full kitchen. We reserved a king bedroom through Expedia but since we weren't rewards members we were "bumped" to a 2 queen bed room. So, although the hotel was nice we didn't get the bed we wanted!

This was actually an amazing hotel room. So spacious and had a full sized fridge, microwave, and dishwasher!

My check in took a long time. Apparently a guest had the same last name as my first name and was checked in under my reservation. It was very annoying.

Awesome staff, nice rooms, great breakfast

Front desk staff was super helpful, especially Stephanie and Tracy. I showed up to see that my booking on Expedia was marked as ok but the hotel said it was cancelled. They helped to work through it with Expedia to make sure it was sorted out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and amenities were excellent! Everything about our stay was on point. Will come again.

The staff was great. Very helpful in finding activities. Very friendly. Rooms were nice, and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having a refrigerator and microwave.

Upon arriving at the hotel around midnight we were shocked to find police officers walking the premises. They stated casually “Yes, you can go in, but there is no one to check you in”. The entrance doors opened, but no staff were present at the ft desk or anywhere on the premises. Multiple families were left w/o assistance for ck-in. Those who were already checked in were unknowingly staying in an unsecured facility w/out any hotel staff present. Given the complete lack of on-site staff, the family waiting upon my entry contacted Hilton Customer Care. They were unable to provide a solution or contact number for a GM. Attempts to seek help from other H2S area hotels were futile as they stated they were not connected. I spk w/ Trisha from H2S in Eastgate who kindly stayed on the phone w/ me offering guidance on where I may find a # as I searched around the check-in desk & into the open office. Out of concern for the safety and well-being of a missing employee, guests, including my own family, I was compelled to call 911 at 1:05AM. I spk bk to the CPD.@ 1:30 AM, they stated they had already cked out the premises & there was nothing they cld do. Luckily, some of my family had ckd in early so I woke them to accomodate family w/no room. Next morning, GM Angela & Travis, apologized but had to self-advocate to get 2 of 3 rooms comp for nt in question when I felt that was a no brainer, GM declined comping my 1 rm out of 3 for current day stay. Serious legal implications and no care

I have stay here a few time. Very pleasant stay This time a few vehicles was broken into this morning 6/1/2025 ( no matter if a very nice area ) My only Reminder anyone stay here or anywhere. Lock your vehicle And Remove anything that would get temptation brake a window. Be safe

The location was great as it was only 10 minutes from Great American Ballpark, our destination for the weekend getaway. Food options and quick shopping stops nearby. Plenty of room for a family of 5, which is not always easy to find. Clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Rally nice staff and large rooms. Breakfast buffet was nice with good variety. The coffee served in the lobby could use an upgrade, it’s pretty bad.

Close to alot of restaurants and shops. Alot to do around this area. This is a brand new hotel but found a couple items already broken or not attached correctly when built. Breakfast was just okay. Cold eggs and sasage and it was a little unorganized on how it was set up.

Was the breakfast fresh? Absolutely not.
