Anchorage Inn and Suites

Lots of construction, which may just be short-term

Hotel under construction and there was little amenities. Morning coffee had no milk, etc.. no staff around to ask for any. In the room, toilet paper on the roll, had feces on it!! Pink mold on the tub floor.

Property was under construction but still serviceable and with a comfortable bed and nice bath and shower amenities/fixtures. Convenience to food and highways.

My stay was horrible and staff didnt care. It took 15 minutes for night clerk to tespond to my calls to check in. He told me he was helping a guest in a room but came down hallway chewing a mouth full of food. Room was filthy. Lights didnt work. Bed linens were not changed. No coffee or breakfast as advertised. When i requested additional coffee packets night clerk told me i got was in the room. Front doors were locked after i checked in. That was super scary. Desk vlerk in morning was on phone on a personal call when i went to check out and continued conversation with me standing in front of her. The parking lot is full of debris and poor lighting. Overall i pretty.much would have been more comfortable and safe if i had stayed on my car instead. I seriously advise you not to stay there!

Clean, comfortable room and beds. Lacking available, working outlets for devices. Had advertised breakfast but was actually unavailable - wished that had been updated on the listing due to renovations. Staff was friendly and we did feel safe. Short drive to downtown and good value for the price.
