Rooms were nice, location great. Night staff Karen, wonderful. Morning staff Tom's customer service, horrible. They came to my room twice and called twice before check out tome, then harassed us while taking our things down to our car. 8 minutes after 11am he complained about. . It takes time to get up and down the stairs and to make sure you dont leaves anything. He was disrespectful towards me and my wife. He has horrible customer service. Other than that, San Jose was nice. Jokoy shpw was amazing.

Review para Brasileiros: Se tem muito receio de ser "low cost" de ser em area perigosa, etc... Nada disso! O hotel é ótimo custo benefício, quarto simples, porém com tudo que precisa, a localização não tem nada de perigoso e para quem é do Rio de Janeiro está acostumado com região muito mais feia que realmente é perigoso, o que não é o caso desse hotel. Recomendo para todos que querem economizar em hotel sem passar perrengue.
