Very old motel. Wall between rooms must be thin because I could here loud voices from rooms on either side of us. Tight parking. Property of the motel and property all around very run down. But the price was very reasonable so you get what you pay for.

Ryan at the front desk was both patient and kind. The room was very clean. The lights outside shined through the curtains, but I felt safe as a woman alone. As a budget friendly motel, I was pleased. I would stay here again.

Filthy stained carpet. Inadequate air conditioning. Sun rotted drapes. Poor lighting--ceiling light and small desk lamp only in bedroom. NO light over sink. Inadequate outlets for electrical devices (hair dryers, phone chargers, curling irons.) No side tables or lamps by the bed. Old mattress with a plastic mattress protector! Rotten floor joists--squeaky spongy floor. Train track with trains runs next to property. Back side of doors and door handles were dirty. Spacious room. New carpet and updated electrical would make this a $100 room which it currently is not (but that is what I paid). I will not stay here again.

The facility was very well maintained and clean. It is a well preserved and maintained 1920-30s era quaint motel. There is a very distinct lack of lighting in the room with NO lighting in the “kitchenette” area. The toilet paper holder is inset in the wall DIRECTLY BEHIND THE TOILET. Only a contortionist could acces it. The faucet in the kitchenette area sprays all over.
