We decided to turn our friends Bday dinner into a couples 1 night staycation away from the child. The location was perfect. So we were excited. Presentation and decor was awesome. And guest services were great. Im not sure how I feel about the key cards being electronically accessed on our phones. The possibility of loosing my phone or the battery dying is very possible and not fun. Nevertheless, the idea is cool. The 3 issue I did have with this hotel is that the one night we and our friends stayed and decide to have drinks and enjoy the amenities, is the 1 or more days that the hotel amenities are closed for a private gathering. Very upsetting. Second, the bed was not very comfortable. And because the walls are decorated with a felt like material, used as wallpaper, im not sure if people realize but the fibers come off and circulate through vents and get intonthe lungs which can cause people to have coughing fits, which I did. Its actually very unhealthy for that material to be put on the bedroom walls and worse to be in such a small space. Very unhealthy.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is surprisingly spacious for what it is and is very cute. Only downside was that we weren’t aware of the parking situation. They offer Valet (not sure how much) and a $30 overnight garage situation. We decided to opt for street parking/ meter parking and ended up spending less than $30 on parking for our whole trip. Overall, I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Atlanta!

We called numerous times for early check in, leaving messages and never got a response back. Finally when we arrived we were able to get early check in at no cost but we definitely took a risk being as it was a long drive. The room has no TV which was no big deal but be mindful if you’re traveling with children. It would have been nice if they supplemented the lack of TV with maybe a small radio. The hallway to our room which was on the fourth floor, smelt of fish. So bad they even had a fan blowing down the hallway 24/7. Overall for the price I expected a bit more better service and cleanliness.

Very nicely appointed property in a great part of town for walking and dining. The room apartment was large and quiet. I just advise that it is a very tech-oriented hotel so if apps and such are not your thing it can be a challenge. I am in my 60's...it was a little.

Tiny but mighty. A small space but exactly what we needed. The separate “bedroom” is literally just that. The bed is tucked away in a small space with pocket doors. But that’s all you really need when you have an early riser and someone who wants to sleep in! Amazing rooftop space with a great view.

The room was very clean and great to have a kitchen. Be ready for the bed, which is basically in an alcove with a wall at the foot of the bed. There is no TV in the room, so you will have to ask for one. When you get it, it's basically a computer monitor on wheels. You'll only have streaming services to watch. Staff at check-in was great. During our stay, the toilet backed up. When we called about it, we got a plunger to use ourselves-not hotel staff helping. We ended up needing extra towels because the toilet overflowed. We went to the front desk and had to argue to get towels- we were told we had to ask housekeeping for those. Finally got them, but shouldn't have had to basically beg. Last of all, we had a VIP stay that was supposed to come with free drinks. The hotel didn't give us anything to receive those.

Needed a hotel just before a large conference i was attending last minute. Checked availability, ratings and costs and found Scout Living. The stay turned out exceptionally well. My checkin experience was great as i arrived late and needed to get to my work dinner. The gentleman checked my in quickly and arranged all the info i needed for access (they use a unique digital key system which requires a smart phone, it worked great). He then offered to take my bags up to my room which was unnecessary but very appreciated. Later when i checked into the room i found i had a small apartment with a small bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The room is very European (think Ikea) but very nice and exceptionally clean. I stayed two nights and it was a great experience, thank you. One item that may matter to some is there is no TV in the room. You get free wifi and i carry my tablet so i rarely watch TV so it wasnt an issue for me. Definitely recommend and will stay again next time in ATL.

Front staff was excellent. One woman was especially nice. She wouldn’t let anyone walk by without her selling “hello, welcome back, have a good day,” or something. It made me want to come back and I already booked my Aden stay and I’m having all my employees stay there too.

We honestly loved every aspect of our stay! The check in process was easy, we could open all the doors to the hotel using a link texted to our phone, we could text the concierge desk if we needed anything and got very prompt responses. 10/10! Clean, cute, great location and amenities. Will stay here again!

The area and building are beautiful. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. My only complaint is about the staff and service. If you need anything, good luck getting a hold of anyone. No one replies to the text messaging system. I went down to the valet area and there was no one to take your car so I went to the lobby to ask and there was no one at the lobby either. I was forced to park in the garage for $30/day. The lobby continued being empty several times for another request since there were no replies to the texts. The staff that I did encounter was very friendly and helpful. PCM itself is phenomenal with multiple choices for food all of which are fantastic. A great gym is available inside the mall called Forum as well. Cool place overall but needs proper staffing. Don't expect a hotel experience when it comes to service.

My experience here was amazing. My family and I evacuated from Florida due to being in the direct path of hurricane Milton and this was one of the few properties that were still available. It is brand new and has only been opened for one week the staff were extremely nice and welcoming upon arrive and the check in was seamless! I had the opportunity to meet with the hotel Manager Afi during breakfast she gave me a tour of the amenities of the 22nd floor. Which was equipped with plenty of space for entertainment, remote workers, and great views! When I had an issue with Expedia extending my stay she took care of it immediately. The property is extremely nice and modern. Although I was there under stressful circumstances, the staff made my experience feel like a vacation. The location is plus as it is in walking distance to food and shopping. I also have a fur baby and he was welcome as well. I didn’t get a chance to take picture of my room but if you look on line the pictures there is exactly how the room looks with no exaggeration! Thank you all for making us feel at home during a stressful time! I look forward to traveling again in the future for an actual vacation!
