Located close to Aveiro, plenty of free parking, large room, helpful and friendly staff. Had a welcome port drink at checkin. Older hotel but kept up, very good spa and indoor pool, excellent breakfast, large room, overall a great value. Close to beaches too.

El hotel sinceramente no es para cuatro estrellas. Yo diría que para tres como mucho, la habitación algo anticuada al igual que el baño, pero pasable, pocos enchufes para conectar móviles, ordenadores, etc. La piscina exterior muy bonita y bien, sin embargo, la piscina interior que incluye spa. Sinceramente he visto acuarios más grandes. El gimnasio es compartido con gente de la calle y siempre está lleno. En cuanto al menú excesivamente caro 28 € por persona para los huéspedes, el desayuno buffet tiene muchos productos industriales, tanto dulces como salados y como he dicho al principio no para un hotel de cuatro estrellas. En cuanto a los trabajadores del hotel, simplemente correctos, nada de cordialidad y acercamiento, no digo que me den un abrazo, ni me rasquen la espalda pero si una sonrisa. Y por último al final de la estancia que coincidió con el fin de semana llegaron una serie de huéspedes ruidosos a más no poder alojados en habitaciones contiguas y pasando de una a otra haciendo ruido hasta la 1 de la madrugada o si no en la zona de la piscina, dando gritos y parece que nadie del personal. Les recuerda el sitio donde están y que tienen que mantener un tono de voz y no molestar al resto de huéspedes. No volveré y no lo recomiendo

Excellent stay and value. Rooms are a good size. Nice comfortable beds. very clean. Friendly staff. plenty of parking. Garage is small, but there is plenty of space around the property to park. pools were nice, good selection of gym equipment, a spa, etc. restaurant on site was cute and a decent value. continental breakfast included was excellent. overall a great place to stay in the aveiro area.

Ruime kamer met balkon. Gratis parkeren in de garage. Het ontbijt was heel goed en uitgebreid. Het hotel heeft een buitenzwembad maar ook een binnenzwembad met spa. Op 15 minuten van Aveiro. Er werd gewekt aan een uitbreiding van het hotel, maar heb daar geen hinder of overlast van gehad. De bouwvakkers begonnen niet zo heel vroeg en het boorwerk deden ze pas na 9.00 uur.

Le mobilier date et on ressent les ressorts du lit. Pas de machine à café ni de bouilloire. Présence d'un réfrigérateur avec plusieurs boissons payantes. Le parking en sous sol offert suivant les disponibilités est appréciable. Les repas dîner et petit déjeuner sont tout à fait corrects.

Accommodating, friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Clean and good location for our needs. Construction going on during stay, however, wasn’t disruptive at night. Our jetted bathtub did not work and one day we did not have hot water. Otherwise, happy with stay.

Excellent place to stay. We had a car so we could easily drive into Averio from the hotel. Hotel provided underground parking which was also a bonus. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The included breakfast was fantastic. They provided an assortment of meats, bacon, eggs, pastries, fruit, coffee, tea etc. The croissants were to die for!! Highly recommend staying here. If you don't have a car you can easily travel to Averio via Uber for about $5 Euros.

There is nothing special about this hotel. Staff could be more friendly, considering it's a small city and 4 star hotel ranking. The buffet supper and breakfast, the food was good, however the staff was working like robot, not smiling or acknowledging clients, or making eye contacts. A bit weird for a 4 star hotel.
