Déco récente et agréable Salle de bain récente et bien concue, avec vaste douche (pas si fréquent à Paris) Prises de courant et chargeur USB aux tables de nuit et bureau ...etc... Personnel très agréable et serviable Bref, un très bon séjour...

The room was very snug for 2 people. The bathroom sink was clogged but the cleaning staff must have figured it out the 2nd day as it was cleared. The soap holder in the shower was coming off from the wall and the toilet seat was sliding and noisy when sitting on it. I’m assuming it was broken or needed adjustment. We appreciated the convenience of the location. We purchased the breakfast 1 morning, which was limited but tasty.

This hotel provides excellent value for the price, which is hard to find in Paris. The property is fully renovated and spotlessly clean. The central air conditioning actually works well. For those who don\'t know, Paris gets very hot in the summer and many hotels provide very poor quality A/C well below international standards. The staff is very professional. There are two metro stops within a 5 minute walk. Neighborhood is quiet and residential. Don\'t expect "old world charm" here; just a perfectly functional hotel experience at a reasonable price. We will definitely return to this hotel and are recommending it to friends.

Die Zimmer sind klein, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und erfüllen ihren Zweck, das Personal freundlich. Etwas unangenehm war der stinkende Abfluss der Dusche, sowie, dass der Abluftventilator im Bad rund um die Uhr läuft.

Overall decent property and very attentive staff. The rooms were very tight though and needs better upgrades. Shower floods the bathroom easily unless you angle the shower head toward the wall. The room keys did not work correctly and you often need to swipe it 6-7 times for it to register. The area was nice though and very quiet

This small family owned hotel is wonderful. Many hotels in Paris claim to be air conditioned but are unable to handle the now super high summer temperatures in Paris. This hotel's AC is PERFECT. Your room will be a quiet and cool oasis from the global warming that is plaguing France. Yes, the rooms are small. But they are decorated very efficiently. High end bed.

sengen var meget dejlig. god madras og puder. badeværelset var lækkert med bløde, tykke håndklæder, men en af dagene svigtede rengøringen. Da jeg kom tilbage til hotellet ved sengetid, var intet gjort. De andre dage var alt ok. morgenmadsbuffeten var ikke prangende i betragtning af, at den kostede € 15,00.

The hotel is easy walking distance from Segur Metro (Line 10) and convenient for UNESCO conferences. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, hotel very clean and modern. The price was reasonalbe, but it would have been nice to have a larger dining room, and there are no drawers in the rooms so I lived out of my suitcase. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you

The perfect location in Paris,a 2 minute walk from 2 metro and train lines,about a 15 minute walk from Eiffel Tower,loads of services nearby including restaurants cafes and corner shops. The room was small for perfect for a city break and was very clean and catered for us perfectly, would definitely stay again in the same hotel.

Everything was good. But, the subway sound is a bit loud than that I expected and the first floor is too close with the outside so always the curtain should be used.

My wife and I had a great stay here. The staff was extremely kind and helpful in navigating a city that speaks a different language than we do. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

The hotel is easy walking distance from Segur Metro (Line 10) and convenient for UNESCO conferences. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, hotel very clean and modern. The price was reasonalbe, but it would have been nice to have a larger dining room, and there are no drawers in the rooms so I lived out of my suitcase. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you

Virkelig god beliggenhed med metro udenfor døren og 20 min. Gang til Eiffeltårnet. Hjælpsomt og venligt personale. OK værelse, dog ingen skabe eller skuffer til opbevaring af tøj.

The perfect location in Paris,a 2 minute walk from 2 metro and train lines,about a 15 minute walk from Eiffel Tower,loads of services nearby including restaurants cafes and corner shops. The room was small for perfect for a city break and was very clean and catered for us perfectly, would definitely stay again in the same hotel.

Pros: The people who worked at the hotel were generally quite friendly and helpful. Cons: The room we stayed in was about the size of a shoebox. The bathroom had a glass panel in it to the bedroom - thus rendering a person unable to use the bathroom light at night while the other person is sleeping for fear of waking them up. The towels were small and of poor quality. The breakfast was overpriced considering it only had cold options and the dining area was very cramped with a couple tables uncomfortably close to people getting their food.

Da jeg kom tilbage til hotellet ved sengetid, var intet gjort. De andre dage var alt ok. morgenmadsbuffeten var ikke prangende i betragtning af, at den kostede € 15,00.

The room was very snug for 2 people. The bathroom sink was clogged but the cleaning staff must have figured it out the 2nd day as it was cleared. The soap holder in the shower was coming off from the wall and the toilet seat was sliding and noisy when sitting on it. I’m assuming it was broken or needed adjustment. We appreciated the convenience of the location. We purchased the breakfast 1 morning, which was limited but tasty.

The hotel is quite convenient. The room was small but cozy, and the optionof having breakfast in the hotel was quite useful and nice. It was very close to UNESCO where I had my meeting. And the staff was absolutely nice and collaborative.

Bonjour, l'hôtel est proche du métro et bien situé. Le personnel est aimable. Chambre propre et moderne. Petit déjeuner est médiocre pour le prix. J'ai payé à l'avance mais ils m'ont réclamé le taxe qui apparemment n'était pas inclus donc surprise.

Ruhig gelegenes gutes Mittelklasshotel, sauber, Klimaanlage, gute Betten, sehr freundliches Personal. Kleine Zimmer, etwas eng, typisch für Paris, dennoch hatte alles irgendwie Platz. Das Frühstück mit warm und kalt ist absolut ausreichend, frisch. Kann es emfehlen.

Everything worked well, feedback to questions via hotels.com chat was instant. We got early check-in and we felt very welcome. Room was a bit smaller than we assumed but very clean everywhere so happy with that also. Breakfast felt quality based. Location of the hotel was very good, 20min walk to eiffel with good lightning and metro station was in front of the hotel. We found hotel’s recommenndations about nearby restaurants very usefull.

This hotel provides excellent value for the price. It's a small, privately owned hotel, in a quiet residential part of Paris. The building has been completely upgraded and is well maintained, The staff are thoughtful and helpful. One extraordinary feature of this hotel is that they have EXCELLENT air conditioning. Paris hotels claim to have AC, but other than in the most expensive places, the AC is usually inadequate. Global warming has made Paris a very hot city in the summer. Being certain of finding a room with good AC is an absolute must. This is my third summer of staying in this hotel and the AC has been consistently great. The only downside to this hotel is that most of the rooms are very small.
