Recoomend this hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Room fair size, clean and with large rainfall shower, bed very comfortable. Comes with fridge and free safe. Had issue with our fridge light and reception girl couldn’t be more helpful. Great location, Duliex metro opposite hotel and easy to walk to Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was limited but had the usual pastries and had scrambled egg, bacon, baked beans, toast and cold meats and some fruit. Staff super friendly. There is no actual bar in the hotel, but alcohol is in fridges in breakfast room if required. Overall, we couldn’t fault it.

Manque d’insonorisation, on se croirait dans un hôtel de passes !!! Et l’ascenseur doit être remis à niveau, il passe sans s’arrêter à votre étage et les portes mettent au moins 15-20 secondes pour s’ouvrir ou se fermer !!!

3 night stay , the hotel has a 4 star rating which in my opinion is not worthy. The breakfast is poor , the staff in friendly and rude. The bed and pillows very poor quality. The bar shut yesterday and never any staff to get a drink.

This hotel was very nice. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and always endeavoured to assist when asked. The lobby was pleasant and inviting, the room we had (a premium room with a view of the Eiffel Tower) was very nicely furnished. The elevator that we were required to use (in order to access the 4th floor and above) was frustratingly slow and seemed to work randomly. The other elevator that had access to the 3rd floor and down to the gym was much more modern so hopefully the hotel are planning to upgrade the poorer version to match this. The gym itself was small and mainly cardio focussed with working and modern machines, some free weights or bars would have been a good addition. In our room, the television was large and modern. Frustratingly it was a smart TV with all the smart features disabled. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and fitted with a combination shower and bath. The complimentary soft drinks provided in the room’s fridge were a pleasant surprise and the selection of teas were good.

Location is very close to the Eiffel Tower and walkable distance to many touristy places. The room was small but of an acceptable size. However, the condition of the hotel is visibly very worn and would not hurt from a refurbishment. The worst part was the elevator (the hotel has just one), whose door was constantly malfunctioning -- not closing on the first attempt and sometimes took up to 8 attempts to close, given we were with a baby stroller, which made it frustrating and impossible to use the stairs. Overall, I'd say decent choice if you only spend the night in the room and just need a place to sleep.

This hotel is perfect for what we needed. A short walk towards the Eifel Tower and its surrounding area. Had a lot of great restaurants including the Boulangeries ( Bakeries) that are popular in Paris! They cleaned our room daily without any extra fees. All in all a great experience.

The location of this hotel is second to none, all personnel are helpful and very nice they always try to make your stay comfortable, but the room the carpet was very dirty with a lot of stains, the door of the bathroom did not work and there is no closet space to put anything, a few hangers but no drawers or anything.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Tem metrô praticamente na porta. As ruas do bairro são tranquilas com excelentes serviços ao redor: supermercado, farmácias, bons bares e restaurantes. A suíte 801, Privillege, que ficamos é bem espaçosa e bonita. Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. O café da manhã é servido em um salão muito bem estruturado e com produtos variados e de qualidade. A equipe do Hotel é sensacional. Todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa.

We had items taken from our luggage and the hotel has refused to take any responsibility This is not about the value of the items but the principle and we were able to illustrate where our items were because we had an air tag in the bag that was stolen and could show an address in Paris! They did not accept responsibility

3 night stay , the hotel has a 4 star rating which in my opinion is not worthy. The breakfast is poor , the staff in friendly and rude. The bed and pillows very poor quality. The bar shut yesterday and never any staff to get a drink.

Amazing hotel and staff, forgot my passport & some money in the locker, housekeeping gave the passport & cash to the receptionist (ileina) , hope I have the spelling correct, kudos to the staff and appreciate every bit

Staffs were very friendly, helpful and pleasant especially the young girl that works at the check in desk in the mornings and the asian girl that works in the breakfast area. They both deserve a recognition for putting the guests at ease with their beautiful personality. Train station is right in front of the hotel and it is literally a 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Great place to stay.

Perdieron nuestra ropa, por una confusión de ellos que se debía mandar a la tintorería, el personal de la noche literalmente dijo que ellos no harían nada, mi hermano se quedó a esperarla y casi pierde el vuelo, fue terrible como manejaron las cosas, en mi vida volvería a ir, personal grosero, cero amabilidad, terrible experiencia

Nice property in a handy area and would recommend. Just be aware shuttles and taxi's are a nightmare because of another Mercure in the area. Staff were very helpful when we had such an issue..... twice

A suíte 801, Privillege, que ficamos é bem espaçosa e bonita. Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. O café da manhã é servido em um salão muito bem estruturado e com produtos variados e de qualidade. A equipe do Hotel é sensacional. Todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa.

Amazing hotel for the price!! Such good location, 10 min walk from Eiffel Tower and metro line across the street. Such great eating places next door and we got a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from our room without request in a standard twin room. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Place was so clean and smelt amazing like a spa as u walked in. Staff was so friendly and super helpful!!

This hotel is perfect for what we needed. A short walk towards the Eifel Tower and its surrounding area. Had a lot of great restaurants including the Boulangeries ( Bakeries) that are popular in Paris! They cleaned our room daily without any extra fees. All in all a great experience.

The location of this hotel is second to none, all personnel are helpful and very nice they always try to make your stay comfortable, but the room the carpet was very dirty with a lot of stains, the door of the bathroom did not work and there is no closet space to put anything, a few hangers but no drawers or anything.

Recoomend this hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Room fair size, clean and with large rainfall shower, bed very comfortable. Comes with fridge and free safe. Had issue with our fridge light and reception girl couldn’t be more helpful. Great location, Duliex metro opposite hotel and easy to walk to Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was limited but had the usual pastries and had scrambled egg, bacon, baked beans, toast and cold meats and some fruit. Staff super friendly. There is no actual bar in the hotel, but alcohol is in fridges in breakfast room if required. Overall, we couldn’t fault it.

Usman at the front desk was outstanding. He blew me away with his hospitality training. It was 5 am in the morning ready to check out and I asked him where could I get coffee and he told me come down and I’ll get you some coffee. He went above and beyond and even offered me croissants. He turn on the lights for me at the breakfast area since it was not even open. He gave me a tray to carry my coffees. Thank you so much

침구류의 콘디션은 아주 좋았습니다. 다만, 1층 엘리베이터 문이 열고 닫힐 때 소음과 진동이 끝방까지 전달되어 힘들었습니다. 와이파이가 느리지는 않았으나 유투브는 홈에서 선택하고나면 나오지를 않아 2박동안 보지를 못했습니다. 이런 불편함에도 직원분들은 아주 친절하셨고, 6호선 역 바로 앞이라는 것도 좋았습니다.

Très bien situé juste en avant d'une station de métro, a proximités de plusieurs bistros, boulangeries, etc!!! Super calme également. La clim était très bien considérant la canicule. Je recommande vivement!

Ricardo was excellent! He worked night shift and was always pleasant and very helpful. The room was nice and had a beautiful view. The only complaint I have is under that the plastic cover under the bed sheet on the mattress had a lot of hair stuck to it. Seems like that would be changed out and it clearly wasn’t.
