Some minor bathroom door closures issues and some chipped paint and mold in bathroom. No other issues in the room.

Stayed 4 nights

My experience at this hotel was horrible. I reserved a four-night stay but ended up leaving after only two nights. First, there was black mold in the shower and covering the ceiling above it (see photos). This was completely unacceptable and made me very uncomfortable staying in the room. Second, when my room key card stopped working around midnight, there was no on-site night staff available to help. I was given a phone number to call, but the person either didn’t answer or told me, “I don’t speak English.” Absolutely ridiculous when guests are locked out of their rooms in the middle of the night. There were many other problems with this hotel—far too many to list here. And, as a final annoyance, even the toilet paper was those tiny individual square sheets. After everything else, I simply couldn’t wait to leave. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely never stay here again.
