Stayed here on the final night of our France holiday.whilst the location is very good for Le shuttle.My sons bedding was covered in hair and blood on the sheets.He tried to complain the next morning but was met by an accusation from the manageress that it was him.The manager then spoke to him and apologised but then having spoke to the manageress went on the attack stating he should have reported the issue via a phone number advertised at the reception despite it being 10:30/11:00pm when we had an early morning crossing. My son removed his bedding to get some sleep and complainedfirst thing the next morning but to make things much worse the manager chose to go to the room and rubbished by throwing the bedding all around the room and then photographing it accusing my son of trashing the room.All because he complained. We ended up going back to the room to make the beds to protect our integrity.we believe it’s not unreasonable to expect the bedding and rooms to be clean and well presented unfortunately in this case the hotel fell short and the management response to the complaint was unprecedentedly bad but much worse was the deliberate attempt to push the blame back to its customers.If you do decide to stay here be it at your peril and I would definitely recommend you carry out a full check of your room, facilities and bedding on your arrival.keep clear there are other hotels near by.
