Hotellet har en helt fantastisk beliggenhed med betagende udsigt fra alle værelser og fællesområder. Det er pænt, rent og har alle de faciliteter man forventer. Service og maden var også god. Nogle af fællesområderne er dog lidt forsømte, særligt omkring tennisbanerne. Poolen er rigtig lækker men vi savnede bruser ved poolen og at det er generende at folk “reserverer” de begrænsede antal liggestole der var. Der blev lidt rodet. Godt vi havde en ekstra rulle toiletpapir med selv, for de glemte at sætte en ekstra på værelset. Produkterne var dog gode.

Wow. Awesome view. The spa is amazing and at the infinity swimming pool you can't tell where the pool ends and the Mediterranean Sea begins! The rooms are large and modern with upscale bathroom fixtures. Breakfast is standard, no fresh omlettes or eggs benedict prepared individually. Coffee is aweful. Wish they would return to fresh brewed instead of the automic expresso machine version.

This place has a spectacular view and the most interesting arrival of any hotel I’ve ever seen: You drive down a helix-shaped ramp, essentially down a cliff, to the parking lots. The infinity pool was wonderful, and though we didn’t get to try them, the grass tennis courts and gardens were quite appealing. The staff seemed a little annoyed compared with other places we stayed, but the location more than made up for it.

Das Hotel hätte würde 5 Sterne verdienen. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend schön und einmalig in der Gegend um Monaco. Die Suite ist extrem geräumig und äußerst gepflegt mit bester Ausstattung. Zum Baden ist ein traumhafter Pool mit Blick auf Meer und Tal vorhanden. Selbst das parken für Supersportwagen ist dank der breiten und flachen Zufahrt hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Abends ist das Restaurant zu empfehlen. Die Speisen sind sehr lecker und der Ausblick grandios dazu.

The staff was amazingly attentive. The room was fairly small but had great views. The entire hotel had great views. We especially loved the endless pool with (once again) spectacular views of the sea. There was one caveat: some of the large tiles on the patio and pool area came loose when stepped on. I almost tripped on the room patio and my friend just about lost her balance in the pool area. But would we come back? Definitely!!

Vue magnifique mais la chambre laissait à désirer poussière taches multiples rideaux et draps! Le repas du soir cher pour la qualité trés déçus et ne correspond pas à un 4* ! Accès difficile depuis le parking et mal indiqué difficile aussi pour les handicapés pour descendre que des marches…. Le plus il accepte les animaux! Petit déjeuner correct.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of July. Housekeeping left MY ROOM OPEN ALL DAY/NIGHT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Someone started to clean my room and left. Leaving THE DOOR OPEN ALL DAY/NIGHT. I cam back at 2am or so and my room was 100% open to everyone who wanted to enter. The room was a mess and my bracelet is missing. This is terrible!! I have never had anything like this happen to me The hotel said they were doing an investigation. It's been three weeks. NO NEWS. Although this is a lovely spot I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience: sheets on the bed were not clean, refrigerator was not there and the safe was not working. Additonally during the night there was a group of guests making very much noise, no refund was provided for this inconvenience. All in all: we won't come back. The hotel is living from its views.

Amazing unobstructed view of the sea. The hotel is quiet and beds are comfortable. The restaurant was also very good, runs a 60€ pre-fix menu with a starter, main and dessert. It is better to have a car if you stay at this property so you can freely explore the surrounding areas. The property is less than 5 mins drive to Eze village, 30 mins away from Monaco and 10-15 mins away from nearby braces.

It’s a beautiful property and the staff is lovely but there were some sound proofing issues. For some reason we could hear all sorts of noise from above us. Something about the construction. But maybe if we had a different floor it wouldn’t be an issue. Other than a few bad sleeps, it’s a lovely hotel with breathtaking views.

Terrible water pressure … such an awkward bathroom … my guess we got placed into a room with handicap access - no bathtub … the second bed was made from a foldable couch, very uncomfortable and noisy … for 1 night - it did the job .. would I stay there again - I don’t think so.

精算の際に100euro以上も高額な金額でカードを切られました。抗議し予約している金額との差分を返金してもらいましたが悪びれるそぶりもなくで不信感が強かったです。 また、電話でビアオープナーを頼んだ際も、持ってくよと言われてから一向にこず、手に入らずでした。 Wifiも弱く、4つ星にしては、、？という点が多かった印象です - They charged over 100 euros more than the actual fee at check in - Reception call never do what you asked for - Wifi is weak Not a 4 star hotel

Very disappointing experience. The amenities were extremely limited and far below what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Even worse, the staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and at times outright rude. There was no sense of hospitality or care for guests. Definitely not worth the price or rating—would not return or recommend.

The view from this hotel is incredible, but it is very remote from everything. Someone sent me a package at the hotel for the day I checked-in, and no one ever told me. I found out after I checked out. I hope the hotel sends it to my next destination.

Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. Finding blood and foreign hairs on the bed and pillows does not make it a $1000 per night hotel. Christine at the front desk was extremely helpful and service oriented, however hotel policy should include providing the guests who had an issue as we had, a little something: bottle of wine/ free drink at the bar/ spa treatment to make up for the housekeeping error. It’s not like we need it, but it’s the right thing to do. We do understand errors happen, but it’s not the fault of the patron. Suggestion: change hotel policy to be more accommodating when hotel stuff make mistakes.
Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. Finding blood and foreign hairs on the bed and pillows does not make it a $1000 per night hotel. Christine at the front desk was extremely helpful and service oriented, however hotel policy should include providing the guests who had an issue as we had, a little something: bottle of wine/ free drink at the bar/ spa treatment to make up for the housekeeping error. It’s not like we need it, but it’s the right thing to do. We do understand errors happen, but it’s not the fault of the patron. Suggestion: change hotel policy to be more accommodating when hotel stuff make mistakes.

This was the perfect spot to spend the night after a very long day of travel. All of the staff members were extremely kind and helpful. We had a wonderfully romantic time. The property is spectacular. We also enjoyed a spa evening and nice dinner on the balcony. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the hotel was very good overall. The views are truly world-class, with every balcony facing the sea. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—made even better by enjoying it on the deck overlooking the water. We had dinner at the hotel twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The food was average at best, and on the second night, the service was sloppy and inattentive (particularly Philippe). Fortunately, Florence stepped in and helped improve the situation somewhat. If the food and dinner service was better I would give it a perfect rating.

We’d booked this 4 star spa hotel on the premise that it would have met our expectations of similar 4 star hotels we’d visited in many other countries. Our initial greeting was warm, friendly and accommodating. Since we’d arrived late afternoon we decided to relax and use the bar and restaurant. The hotel is also significantly out of range for any other options (Eze Village was 1.2km down a busy road). • waitress wiped our spilled drink onto floor in front of my chair • menu options limited and expensive with no nearby restaurant options. Even snack were not snacks. • shuttle service not available (their Summer may not be yours!) Meaning a costly taxi (€20) to go 1km into village. • Hotel NOT RECOMMENDED if you have mobility concerns. • the lift/elevator broke down one day and we were expected to climb the 4 floors of a winding road to the top. They had no Plan B. Thankfully a staff member took us in his own car to the top. Terrble strategy for a 4 star hotel. WHERE’S THE SHUTTLE? •flimsy paper cups for coffee and only 1 pppd. • a complimentary voucher was provided on arrival. But we were a bit annoyed with the services overall that we chose not to use it. This place has a spectacular view and the most interesting arrival of any hotel I’ve ever seen: You drive down a helix-shaped ramp, essentially down a cliff, to the parking lots. The infinity pool was wonderful, and though we didn’t get to try them, the grass tennis courts and gardens were quite appealing. The staff seemed a little annoyed compared with other places we stayed, but the location more than made up for it.

Amazing views , the rest of the hotel felt a bit soulless, and the breakfast was not good . Cold eggs , cold bacon from a buffet that looked like it had been there for hours . Not great value for €22. Ate in the restaurant for dinner which was ok and would eat there again , but not for breakfast!

Everything was superb! Location, Service, the room. And waking up and going to bed, enjoying breakfast, savoring dinner..all with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean. The chef even indulged me by adding a bed of chocolate for the tarte au citron.
