Property was excellent, modern and stylish. Was in a great location for as we were close to all the locations we wanted to see. Rooms were clean, large spacious shower & bedding was comfortable. The Main Downfall was the lack of spa, pool or gym. Shortly before our stay, We found out these facilities had been closed since the 11th of November but we were only informed on the 26th which is a real shame. Upon emailing about this prior to our visit, we were met with no response. We wouldn’t have been so disappointed if we were informed earlier or some sort of a ‘gesture of good will’ had been offered. Overall, a great experience though besides the facilities and we would likely book again.

We had a very pleasant stay at pullman berlin. Everything was great besides spa closing time which is set at 9pm. Could be extended to 10-11pm so the guests arriving late could use the amenities to get some relax after a long trip. Breakfast was great, also a cook on the shift making dishes as requested on the spot. I advise everyone to come and check it out. The elevators are really slow tho.

unsere Vorstellungen von einem 32 € Frühstück wurden leider nicht erfüllt,es war Durchschnitt die Hotelgarage von 35 € für 24 Std.ist sehr sehr eng wir mussten mit unseren Ford Ranger 2 Parkplätze in Anspruch nehmen, Ein und Ausfahrt war problematisch,da der Pickup etwas breiter und länger ist wie ein PKW, das Dampfbad war leider defekt, geschlossen der tolle Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur zum Schwimmen das Hotel,Zimmer,Restaurant, Bar,Poolbereich überdurchschnittlich sauber Personal kompetent, freundlich und aufmerksam wir hatten ein Abendessen-hervorragend

Der Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet, die Sauna war auch fein, allerdings abweichend vom Aushang im Aufzug allerdings erst später im Betrieb. So konnten wir sie vor dem Frühstück nicht nutzen. Es ist eben ein riesiges Hotel, entsprechend war viel los im Frühstücksbereich und leider ist gerade auch ein Aufzug kaputt, so dass man ziemlich lang warten muss, bis einer der anderen beiden kommt. Aber das sind Feinheiten.

Værelset var fint. Stolene i spiseområdet ulækre, trænger til rens. Vinhandel glæder os til spa med mulighed for massage mv men det var der ikke mulighed for, på trods af at hjemmeside siger det og de selv har plakater med det i elevatorer mv. cykelparkering perfekt.

Die Bewertung fällt mir echt schwer, denn das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen wunderschönen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind schön und gut ausgestattet, der Spa-Bereich außergewöhnlich und das Frühstück prima. Trotzdem habe ich mich dort nicht wohlgefühlt, denn mein Zimmer war nur ungenügend gereinigt. Das Hotel mag noch so schön und die Ausstattung üppig sein. Wenn man sich im Zimmer nicht wohlfühlt, weil man den Eindruck bekommt, hier wird von Gast zu Gast in aller Eile immer nur das Nötigste gereinigt, hilft das alles nichts. Das ist dann einfach mangelhaft und keineswegs das, was man "Premium-Hotel" nennen kann.

The lobby and spa is beautiful but the rooms are not maintained. There is no quality control. The first room I had the air conditioning didn’t work and there was black mold in the shower. The second room the air conditioning worked, apparently black mold in every shower, and now to find the shower didn’t drain and the room nearly flooded due to a shallow basin. The third room had a working air conditioner, the shower drained but still black mold in the shower. Also, when you use a glass housekeeping doesn’t give you new glasses. Why would you want to use the same glass day after day? Also there is a room service menu but no actual room service. I was told to pick it up at the bar. You can call any department on the room phone but they won’t answer. So you have to go to the front desk yourself. It is a 4 star hotel nothing higher.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und fiehlen, da sehr spät angekommen gleich in die bequemen Betten. Das Zimmer zum Hof war sehr ruhig. Am nächsten Morgen zeigte sich bei Licht betrachtet, dass es leider ziemlich an Sauberkeit mangelte. Auf den Ablagen waren noch Wein und Saftspuren der Vorgänger und der Staub zeigte sich fast überall. Ablauf in der Dusche putzen? Wohl schon sehr lange nicht mehr. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ein no go. Wäre das nicht, wäre das Hotel durchaus empfehlenswert.

Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade aufgrund des geschlossenen Spa. Das Zimmer haben wir nach dem ersten Tag gewechselt, da dort nicht richtig sauber gemacht worden war (Zahnbürstenglas vom Vorgänger etc) und Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Safe nicht funktionierten. Das neue Zimmer war sauberer, hatte aber leider auch ordentlich Schimmel in der Fugen in der Dusche, wie das erste Zimmer. Der Safe funktionierte auch dort nicht. Die Zimmer sind okay. Langweilig und nicht gemütlich aber okay. Die TVs sind scheinbar etwas älter. Netflix & Co. geht dort nicht. Finde ich persönlich schon ziemlich schlecht, wenn man sich mal ne Stunde ausruhen möchte. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage perfekt. Der Frühstücks- und Barbereich passen optisch gar nicht zu den Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind wahrscheinlich um einiges älter. Alles in allem muss ich sagen, dass ich es nicht empfehlen kann. Den Preis finde ich dafür zu hoch. Dass das Hotel sich selbst 5 Sterne gegeben hat, naja…. Unser Profil: Wir waren zwei Nächte in Berlin (meine alte Heimat) um zu shoppen und eigentlich im Spa zu entspannen um Abends dann in Bars und Restaurants zu versacken. Wir sind 34 und 39 Jahre alt. Wir waren ohne Kinder dort. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir wohl das Motel One oder das Mandala wählen.

The staff was lovely but the area was not the best, there are much better neighborhoods to stay in. The pillows were supremely uncomfortable, the shower had a small glass divider so water was all over the floor and they had no movies to rent, no streaming TV services just 1 English news channel. Very corporate vibe with conferences daily. Not chic at all as I expected. You can find better options.

It was a nice hotel to stay for a long weekend. The description says the rooms are sound proof but I disagree with this, the traffic noise from outside was really quite loud in our room, it woke us multiple times during our stay. Similarly the description also suggests there is a ‘pillow menu’, not sure what that is, we had a choice of a harder memory foam pillow or a soft one, that was the extent of the menu. Finally on the negative side, some areas of the hotel and the surrounding area had a sewerage smell during our stay which was quite unpleasant. Other than these negatives the room was good, a nice size with a very comfortable bed, the hotel itself had everything we needed along with the restaurant. Berlin hasn’t been our favourite for Christmas markets so we won’t be back, but our stay was a good one with the hotel in mind.

Major issues at check-in. We had to change rooms up to four times, and on two occasions, the rooms were already occupied. Really enjoyed our six nights in the Pullman and they seemed to have taken on board my request for a nice view as our room overlooked the Tiergarten and was on the top floor. Only issue was they absolutely would not book a taxi to airport for us but they were right in saying we would get one outside. They also had our address completely wrong on the invoice and had Ireland down as 'Great Britain'!! I explained that's probably not a great way to impress Paddies like us!! But overall, lovely staff, great comfort, lovely food and we really enjoyed our nights in the bar checking out the cocktails. The maitre d' at breakfast was especially helpful and friendly. But the rest of the staff could be a bit 'softer' - smiles are never wasted on the customer! The location was great - a lovely 40 min walk though the park into the Brandenburg gate or plenty of subway and bus options. Lovely Christmas market nearby and the zoo was an unexpected treat - being across the road. Value was good too, for food and B&B and the breakfast was fab. Had 4 swims in the lovely big pool, even though sauna was out of action. But no matter, the pool in itself is worth the visit to the basement. All in all, would highly recommend.

My first stop in Berlin didn’t start as pleasantly as I’d hoped. The hotel’s location is great, close to everything, and the room was clean, though the coffee machine didn’t work. The front desk staff seemed to be frustrated and rude. We paid for breakfast, and I highly recommend it—the buffet was excellent, especially at a discounted rate, the service though was poor. I’m glad I didn’t stay at Pullman for my entire trip, as I found much better service elsewhere in Germany.

2nd time staying here. Excellent hotel with modern amenities. Love the pool and spa in the basement. Mahmet at the front desk really saved the day by providing me with a universal converter free of charge. Excellent customer service and so appreciated. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Great central location for our Berlin visit and stay. The zoo and the tiergarten are literally next door, and both S and U lines are about a 10 minutes walk. Takes about 10-15 min by train to get to all major tourist attractions. Lots of food options around. Hotel’s breakfast spread is pretty good, sets you up for the day. Hotel staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. Our stay was very comfortable and will highly recommend them.

My stay here was excellent as far as the actual hotel itself. The amenities were nice, they were super quick to come clean our rooms each day, and bring anything we needed. The hotel is cool looking, very modern and classy and in a safe area. However, we were visiting Berlin for leisure for the first time ever, i wouldn’t say Pullman is necessarily that close to the best areas of Berlin. The bus stop is super close to the entrance of the hotel, and it seems the bus and trains are free? We paid for bus tickets but not once did anyone ever ask us to see them or verify, so we stopped purchasing tickets and used the busses to get everywhere for free. BUT personally I think Berlin is somewhere you should rent a car or drive to if you can. The Pullman hotel seemed to be located in a more business oriented area, there were a lot of work conferences going on and clearly this was my own mistake booking here, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again just because of that. Not anything the hotel did wrong, great stay, just not close enough to what I wanted to see in Berlin. While the busses were inexpensive, definitely not an ideal way to get around, you often have to make transfers and sometimes the bus wouldn’t come at all and it’d be cold/rainy. Just not ideal.

My first stop in Berlin didn’t start as pleasantly as I’d hoped. The hotel’s location is great, close to everything, and the room was clean, though the coffee machine didn’t work. The front desk staff seemed to be frustrated and rude. We paid for breakfast, and I highly recommend it—the buffet was excellent, especially at a discounted rate, the service though was poor. I’m glad I didn’t stay at Pullman for my entire trip, as I found much better service elsewhere in Germany.

Great hotel with spacious room. The most comfortable bed and pillows, had the best sleep! Breakfast choice is brilliant! Staff are helpful and friendly. Easy access to parking - better to book it.
