The breakfast was great, but the gym was small and didnt have an elliptical. The treadmill seemed old too. Update the gym and this is a great place with very nice staff!

Parking on this site is ridiculous, each night the staff has to help stack cars in the lot to fit everyone. The entire hotel has a smell of deep mold within the walls. It is musty, damp, and smells of chemicals trying to conceal the issues. The staff was very nice though.

The second floor was under renovation and a mess. Construction debris and wet paint as soon as you stepped off the elevator. Contractor had paint spilled on floor. Poor workmanship. No one should have been allowed on that floor while it was under renovation. Also another customer has the window broken out of their truck. Area is not good.

Would not stay here again. Service was poor, and we were charged an unexpected liability fee of $150. Rooms were okay and breakfast was fine, but not worth it. Pool was closed, there was nowhere to put any of our hygiene items in the shower, which was only a shower, not a bath option. Room wasn't very clean.

Shower water is cold, I got goose bumps after showering and staff said they could not fix it until after I check out. Elevator was broken for a bit. Common area was very cold. The hotel listing and availability online is different from what was offered on-site. Turned out I overpaid for what I did not need. As a choice hotel member I have to say this stay is not worth what I paid. Hair dryer was cracked at check-in.

Elevator got stuck going to the room and the hotel staff working said “too many people” when he let us out instead of apologizing. Very rude and it’s clear the staff knows the hotel is unsafe. Will never in my life be staying at this location again. The recommend sending the winter staff to a hospitality class to teach them what hospitality is all about. Absolutely horrible service. The woman at the front desk was hospitable, friendly and did her very best to make right the issues with our room. The first room we were given had innumerable, visible fluid stains in both queen bed box spring covers. There was (what appeared to be) streams of urine stains on the wall behind/beside the toilet. The inside of the lampshade was splattered with dried red liquid. It was NASTY. The woman was very apologetic and found us a room that was acceptable, and seemed clean—but after the first room, I had lingering cringe that prevented me from feeling comfortable

It was so gross and dirty. The shower head was black with mold, my husband’s socks were black after walking around in the room. The bathroom floor was all sticky and there were dirt and grime everywhere. The parking was awful. The toilet seat kept coming unsnapped and moving.

Overall wasn't bad, but the floor was nasty and the towels had stuff stuck to them when they were supposed to be clean. We brought our own towels thankfully. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good.

Staff was friendly but the facility was filthy. Mold and mildew all over the shower. Brown stains on the walls. Shades had an unknown stain all over them. Breakfast area wasn’t clean. There are homeless camped out all over the surrounding area Would not recommend staying here especially for the amount charged.

Our first room had a toilet with a broken flush handle, so they switched us to a second room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The polite staff then switched us to a third room which seemed much better, but a couple hours later we realized that the sliding shower door was not aligned and had a 3" gap near the top of the door, and a lot of water sprayed into the bathroom while taking a shower. The helpful staff gave us many extra towels to soak up the shower water, as realigning the shower door was too big a project for the janitor. On the plus side the included breakfast was good and the staff were polite and friendly.

The curtains didn't close, we had to use the hangers with clips , the air conditioner sounded like a Mack truck, we had a room with a king & a pull out couch no bedding to be found for it. I went to the desk all she wanted to give me was a sheet set, no pillow or blanket, i did manage to get a blanket

A couple of the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. Unfortunately the interior of the hotel is very dark, dated and looks dirty in places. It does not look like the pictures on the hotel’s website or on Hotels.com. A lightbulb was out in the ceiling fixture in the bathroom and the small sink by the mini-fridge moved around quite a bit when you turned the faucets on. Overall we were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel and will not stay here again.

My husband and I were traveling with our 3 yr old grandson. We were so very happy with the staff at the Comfort Inn. They were ALL so very sweet and kind to our Benny. Terisa, the general manager was very welcoming, fun, just a feel good person all around. She definitely went out of her way to make Benny happy and feel special and which in turn helped us, the grandparents. We would also like to acknowledge the P.M Attendant who was so friendly and always smiling and found a way to make Benny squeal with a very special treat. We returned from our trip, my husband told everyone how “sweet the staff” was. Please acknowledge your staff by thanking them for us. It is experiences like these, that will have us returning while we are traveling. Kudos to your Staff.

walked into a cooler a free booze for happy hour, that was very nice on a hot day! the gentleman checking us in was rude and super slow. the lady working with him was awesome, wish i had gotten her name. we were only there for a Reds game, so in and out, quickly.

Not in a safe area at all. Make sure to watch your surroundings. Nothing happened to me but I didn’t go out at night either as I didn’t feel safe to do so. Room was nice but tub was filthy. Staff was very nice.

The location was exceptionally neat, clean, well maintained and seems to have been recently updated. The common areas were comfortable and well appointed, the breakfast was more than ample, and the rooms were comfortable and modern. My only negative, and this is no fault of the management, because of the where the property is located, turning left out of the parking lot is pretty much impossible. I was there for business and would definitely stay there again for both business and pleasure.

Just fine for a one night stay. Not great, but not terrible either. The price was right. Property is old but up to date. It’s clean but not immaculate. Bed was comfortable. The area isn’t great. It’s in a weird spot and easy to drive right by it. Both of my Uber drivers said they had no idea the hotel was even there. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The soda machine had zero diet options (other than water).

I felt alittle unsafe with the people that check in after midnight. Many were high and smelled like pot. The place is alittle run down . The staff was nice. We had cops and firetrucks show up and no clue why. Breakfast was gross, and there was moldy pumpkins on the counter. Will not stay again. Nice to have water in lobby for guests.
