Quiet, clean and spacious. Only problem which will be fix im sure was 1 elevator working for such a busy weekend..otherwise great place to stay

Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. I like the hat there was a kitchenette in the room. Room was spacious for my family of 4. Only negative was the pool was not heated and not very clean. My daughter always looks forward to swimming at our hotel pools.

this property was a bit on the neglected side.Pool was cloudy.One of two washing machines was always out of order. Front desk out of quarters and laundry detergent.There were at least 3 full baseball teams staying there. Trash stacked up in hallways every morning.Dirty windows.

Nice and new! Great pool area! Nice and clean

Stay was great. Only issue was only one elevator was working and hotel was very busy.

The gym was not open

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved having a gym and the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The staff were pleasant. The overall stay was a great experience.

The hotel was nice. We got there late and when we went to the pool there were no towels. The barn door to our bathroom got stuck and 2 very nice employees came and fixed it. Breakfast was great.

The pool was super cold and there were looks of bugs in there.

We were in Atlanta for an event, and this hotel was an excellent choice. Our suite was roomy, very clean, and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. Would stay here again.

It was close to truist park, the hotel staff was friendly, clean, and breakfast had a decent selection. The room was not as spacious as most Home2 Suites, the room would not cool off, and the carpet felt damp bc of the hot humid room.

Room smelled moldy. Shower wall inside was smashed in, like someone had hit it with a hammer and cracked it. Not a pleasant stay.

The property was fine. The person behind the counter wasn't super friendly, but also not rude. The food service employee was working her butt off and very kind, though. She deserves a raise! The bad part about the stay- bathroom was not clean (dirty shower and hairs on the counter and floor), the tile floor was very sticky, and the carpet felt greasy, which is super weird. The chemical smell in the room was so strong, it was almost unbearable. It did not fade during the entirety of the stay. The a/c in the room did not work. The air was not cold and our room stayed around 80°, despite it being set on lowest temp and highest airflow setting. I definitely would not stay here again.

Bed did not have mattress cover - gross! Room had odor - flowery spray meant to cover up something worse. Bathroom not so clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast the usual chemically induced fare. Overall not as good as other Home hotels we’ve visited.

Room had lots of fruit flies

Great place to stay. It was clean and spacious and close to what we needed.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked into our King Studio Suite. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and convenient. Right down to the delicious coffee and easy to use coffee-maker in the room. The shower was excellent, lots of hot water and strong water pressure. The bedding was pristine and the bed super comfortable. A wonderful respite on a long road trip.

Our room want clean when we checked in. We had two queen beds. One of the beds (pillows and covers) had a musty smell the other bed had long strands of hair under the cover that I woke up to on my body. We didn't have paper towel, tissue, or kleenex. The pool area was out of towels. No hot water for hot chocolate or coffee. No hot chocolate packets. We had to ask for the above items to be refilled. The guy at the front desk was SUPER nice and apologetic which was appreciated. The sign says that if you’re unhappy with your stay, the room is on them. That wasnt the case at all whatsoever but we did get a credit. I asked the lady at the front desk for full service. We got back thinking our room would be clean and that wasnt the case. Again, they were apologetic at the front desk. The breakfast is advertised in the elevator that they have over 400 options. That wasn't the case either. But it was edible. I frequent a lot of hotels. I expected more being that it was Hilton. I understand that many of the businesses are understaffed. But it should be mandatory for the rooms to be santized. No one wants to smell another persons body odor. Thats disgusting. Last thing, there was a heavy rain storm. The power went out and came back on pretty quickly. My sisters room filled with water from the rain.

The room stunk of cigarette smoke. The carpet carpet was disgustingly dirty. The sheets weee threadbare.

Clean, spacious newly built feels to it. Quiet and comfortable.

Nice property, quiet location, not far from Truist Stadium, amenities in the room were nice. Had issues with our room - VERY loud bed, sink not draining - told the team at check-out. Hopefully those things were taken care of before the next guest.

great kitchenette -perfect for my needs. Refrigerator was larger than i thought - included a microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware and glasses, pots, sink. I loved the desk area and the table that could roll out so that i could work at the desk or roll it to the couch and sit there to work on my laptop. good workout room - 2 treadmills, peloton bike and some weights, breakfast was decent. Very quiet hotel at night, no issues at all with noise.

King suite room smaller tha. Ither Home 2 Suites. First floor smelled of dog urine. Rioms dont block out light under door or at window. Noisy teuck traffic all night, windows not soundproof. Pillows super lumpy. Breakfast buffet not available til 630. (So forget that for early risers who have to hit the road....)

Beds were comfortable, room was clean and modern, spacious.

Property and room was extremely clean and comfortable. With the hotel being right off the highway it was very loud in the early morning hours and throughout the day.

The staff exceeded my expectations. Dara, at the front desk answered any questions. She was professional, pleasant & respectful to everyone. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and nice. The breakfast food was very good and the staff was friendly. I plan to return to the hotel on my future visits to this area and will be recommending to staff, friends and family members.

Everyone at the hotel was rude. No one cleaned our room, replaced towels, or trash! I had to go ask for trash bags because there was none in our trash cans. I was told to put trash in a bag and sit in hallway and someone would pick it up. No one ever came!! I spent over $600 for 2 days and it was a horrible experience!!! I would not go back to this hotel ever again. The pool was full of leaves we had to clean it out ourselves. I asked for a receipt and was told since I prepaid I could not have one! Every hotel I’ve been at has provided me with a receipt.

There was only one customer service rep and the desk during high-traffic check-in. This hotel stays busy, there should be at least 2 people helping customers. Children were running up and down the halls, beating on other guests' doors. There was only one entrance. I had to park in the back parking lot and walk all the way to the front to enter the facility. I had to keep getting my key reprogramed.

There was a power outage and we were unable to check in therefore the manager sent us away stating that we would not be charged for this stay as he could not even check us in. Needless to say I see we have still been charged even after being turned away by them.

I had a hassle checking in. It was an issue with their system and they swear it was my bank. My card was ran, I entered my pin, I removed my card when the screen said to.. it said approved & the money was pending out of my account but on the hotel computer it said declined 😒. So this went on for about an hour trying to figure something out. So instead of only paying $448.. that weekend I was basically out of $896. Talk about upset! I didn’t not appreciate the front desk service at all. I was told that maybe I could wait until the money post back into my account. Like seriously you said that to me on a Saturday (a holiday weekend at that). And management was no better. I would probably never stay at this location again.

This property cancelled our reservation without notice and we were left trying to find a hotel After arriving to their facility! Manager has yet to return my call!

First time staying at this property and it was very comfortable and clean. Even though we were near a highway, the noise was minimal.

Everything was really good. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, I had a sausage-egg-cheese biscuit and some small waffles and cereal and hot coffee.

We have stayed at this chain’s facilities in several states while traveling. This particular location the bathroom is tiny, the toilet was inches from the shower door. The bed was inches from the A/C. No A/C venting in halls. Weekend breakfast very limited. For this price point. Disappointed.

We arrived after midnight, yet the staff at the front desk was kind and quickly checked us in, which was MUCH appreciated! Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good.

Service at front desk was very friendly. I would like to point out that the lady at the reception during check-out deserves a shout out. System was slow and she just gifted us the $5 bottled water I wanted to purchase to not make us wait that long. Breakfast is ok, but not great. Coffee was very thin and streched. Tasted like water. Selection of food very limited.

Disappointing stay. They failed before check in to “upgrade” us to a lower quality room. Great, thanks. Smelled cigarette and pot smoke in our room through the fan. Bathroom dusty AF on top of the shower. Breakfast out of items. Won’t stay at this location again.

Home 2 Suites are great hotels all around. This one was sub par only as far as breakfast. The bar was messy, styrofoam plates, and breakfast items were not filled quickly when emptied.

Stopped here while driving through and had a wonderful experience. The gentlemen at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spotless, smelled fresh, and had very comfortable beds with soft sheets. Plus, the free parking and breakfast were nice added perks. Breakfast had so many options! I wish we could stay longer to enjoy the pool, but unfortunately, we had to get back on the road. I felt right at home here and would definitely stay again!

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The property is well maintained and the staff was nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing bad was the breakfast; bad quality and no choices.
