Clean rooms smells brand new and they use hospital grade cleaning supplies the beds were so soft!!! No pool or hot tube but your 7 minutes from the mall! Breakfast is from 6-9 am just a super great experience all around would def stay again

Very well lit parking lot, checking in was fast. The beds ,floors and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was good for a quick bite. The front desk staff was always friendly. This property is a good choice.

A near new hotel, well constructed, very tidy and clean. Staff were helpful, and always available. Our room was spacious with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of variety at breakfast, lots of places to dine within easy walking distance, and the laundry facilities were very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

What I liked about Clarion Pointe is that it was very close to the highway, this property was very clean and the facilities were very clean as well, like the fitness center and the washer and dryer area.

Overall a nice stay. Rooms are a bit small and breakfast could have a bit more variety but it was fine. Also no elevator. But the hotel is super clean and service is friendly.

Overall decent property. But my biggest qualm is that they dont have elevators. I came with my 9 month old and initially they had me in the second floor, but my partnet talked to them and gave us a first floor room. They have luggage trolleys, but its useless if you stay on the second dloor

Everything was fine except the hotel does not have an elevator. Keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Only stairs but it’s also only 2 floors so it’s not that bad if you don’t have a lot of luggage. That was the only issue, everything else was clean and good.

This was my second time staying at Clarion. Once was for a 5 night stay and this was a weekender. Newly built, thin walls for sure, but overall things were good. I’d double check the bedding and hand rails for random hairs (I’m not a fan of random hair), but for the price and location you can’t beat it!

The bed was very comfy but the walls are so thin we were kept awake all night by snoring, arguing, stomping in the rooms above us. The AC was loud and would make popping sounds every time it would kick on and off. I am a heavy sleeper and would be woken up every hour by noise. Left exhaused

The hotel is nearly brand new which was reflected in the rooms and condition of the interior. It felt fresh, clean and cozy. The ac was cold, the black out curtain would satisfy any vampire, and the lemon water in the lobby was tasty. There was a small snack purchasing area in the lobby with a microwave and fridge in the room. My only ding was no coffee maker in the room, you had to go down for breakfast time. I would definitely stay again but hope they have coffee makers next time.

Love this place.This was my second stay. It has great amenities. The only issue this stay was the bed was super super squeaky with literally every move. But i love the fact the tv had app options such as YouTube and Netflix. Everything was very clean and very beautiful.

We loved the hotel, super modern, clean and new. However, don't stay in Room 101. It is the first room and where it's convenient, we all were awake since 5 am because it butts up to the breakfast bar and kitchen. The loud banging from the kitchen and slamming cabinets was awful. We would stay again but never in a room by the kitchen.

Hotel wouldn't change our room type. We were told the hotel could only issue one extra blanket to us & I watched the night-time front desk agent walk into a laundry room full of clean blankets. Cheap! Cheap! Cheap management!! Wouldn't give me the owner's name. Properly has the bare minimum of everything. Cheap room amenities, short breakfast hours, cheapest food items, and the man at the front desk was GLUED TO HIS CELLPHONE. Will never stay there again! It's definitely not run well ~ not up to United States' hotel/motel standards.

This hotel charged $50 for a deposit in order to book a room. When I checked my bank statement to see if I was refunded after checking out, I noticed $25 was missing and when I called the hotel, they said it was because the hotel pillow was missing. how in the actual hell can I even prove my self or even start to understand what happened when I live 15 hours away and didn’t notice until it was too late and I was gone. This is only happened to me one other time when I got accused of smoking in a room at a hotel that I definitely didn’t.

When we arrived the young man gave us key card to room 114, I walked in the room there was a big man laying on the bed naked. The man yelled at me. I went to the front desk and he apologized and gave us room 112 right next door to the man I walked in on. The room was good. In 48 years of traveling with my husband that has never happened so it did give me some anxiety. The breakfast was horrible. Breakfast started at 6 AM. We got there at 615 and we were the 1st ones there. The eggs were cold but they were also gross. Waste of money to put food outvthat no one eats. Several people threw their eggs and sausage away. They had one apple set out for all guests and it was bruised really bad, the sausage tasted like a mouthful of gristle. The only thing that was decent was the waffle, syrup and the milk. The water to make the herb tea was cold had to put that in the microwave. The breakfast experience was NOT a good one. They should have done bacon you cannot go wrong.

While the hotel was easy access on and off the highway, the area was not great. In parking lot of Home Depot Only a few restaurants and none felt safe to walk to. All were fast food The hotel itself was very clean and staff was ok not overly friendly but efficient.

Very quiet place and breakfast was very good! It was close to dickies arena (only about 10-12mins) which was the reason why we were in town so it was very convenient! Room and hotel was clean soo in the future we’d stay here again!
