Ich habe das Hotel gebucht, da es in der Nähe zum Zoo ist. Dann eine Sauna und einen Pool hat. Beidedwsr jedoch nicht verfügbar. Ich glaube, daß ich bei der Buchung auch die 4 € für den Wellnessbereich bezahlt habe fand ich das Hotel zu teuer. Ich könnte das aber nicht mehr nachvollziehen, da ich eine Prämienacht eingelöst habe.

This hotel saved our trip to Cologne. After an awful stay elsewhere the night before, we were able to get a late booking. Our apartment was spacious and cool - in the oppressive heat outside - clean and well equipped with its own small kitchen area and a nice bathroom. Massive thank you to the man who allowed me to check in super early after my 5:45am flight, and for storing my luggage in your staff office when I went to the spa (you really are an angel). Exceptional breakfast (croissants, breads, jams, hams, cheeses, porridge/muesli, eggs, fruit and so much more). Lovely spacious room. The bed lights were a little strange - came on sporadically but that was a little blip. Hotel surroundings is quiet as it's about 15 min walk from Central Cologne station but as a woman, I didn't necessarily feel comfortable walking back to the hotel at night on my own. It was thankfully okay but most likely better in the summer months when it's not dark around 6pm. Loved the 24/7 bar/shop where you can pay as you go for items. Thank you all, but especially to the young man on the morning shift of 14 Nov and 17 Nov. Highlight - the spa, and only 4eu!!! Day made!

Scharniere von Balkontür und Fenster ausgeleiert, Man musste aufpassen, dass einem die Tür nicht entgegen fiel. Spinnweben und Wollmäuse an der Decke. Klimaanlage machte in unregelmäßigen Abständen störende Geräusche. Unterwäsche eines vorherigen Gastes lag noch im Schrank. Wäschewechsel regelmäßig. Wasser und Nespresso wurden ebenfalls nachgelegt. Das Gästehaus empfand ich außerdem als hellhörig. Entschuldigung U-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe vorhanden.

Stayed 3 nights, easy check in but rooms not ready till 3pm, cam back for my bag a lot later on. No fridge, no safe and no wifi, without these I would only rate it a 3 star. Very comfy and very clean. 15 mins to the Dom or main station. Quite peaceful location too and I definitely recommend it.

Bâtiment ancien et très vieux. À ma surprise séparé du bâtiment principal (ce n ai pas clairement mentionné ) on doit sortir dans la rue pour allez au petit dej et faire le Check out. Pas de possibilité de black-out car les rideaux sont détachées sur les extrémités qui fait rentrer beaucoup de lumières. Travaux très bruyants à proximité immédiate de l hôtel. Lit confortable. En résumé Très cher pour le service rendu. Il y a mieux et beaucoup moins cher.

Hotel was within walking distance to most places. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Room temperature was warm but cooled down with air conditioning and opening window. Window had no child lock and opened very wide quite dangerous from the 4th floor. Shower was very nice, hot water and complimentary toiletries. TV mainly all German channels. WiFi quite intermittent Only a coffee machine in room but was provided a kettle as my fiancé only drinks tea. Lift out of order but was offered a lower ground floor room which was nice of them. I managed to make it up the stairs finally!! Staff very attentive and the food was very nice in the restaurant. Would stay there again.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was ultra clean and bed was comfortable. They booked my reservation not in the main building so i had to walk to the building everytime. It is a four star hotel and they don’t have fridge inside the room. The AC is so noisy and it doesn’t work well, thank God the radiator in the wc was working. The water flow in the shower is not good. They have a big TV but you can’t connect to Netflix or Youtube bc there is no internet connection. And the most funny thing is the phone in the room is always busy so you can’t contact room service or reception. When you ask they give slippers. I don’t think that I will stay at this hotel again.

Vom Hotel bis ins Zentrum, incl. Bahnhof, ist alles mit Fuss erreichbar. Das Einchecken in das Hotel war schon sehr angenehm, das Personal war höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr umfangreich und vielfältig. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und gepflegt. Trotz Bauarbeiten im Hotel und auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite war es sehr ruhig. Hinweis: Kleiderhaken wären auch sehr schön gewesen, da die die Tür vom Kleiderschrank nur wenig geöffnet werden konnte, weil sie an der Automatik der Eingangstür anstieß.

I actually liked all the staff but I was a bit upset at check out when they tried to make me pay the city tax again. I’d already paid with a different person in cash on check in but this person seems not to have recorded the fact and I had no receipt. It was very embarrassing to have a row with the other receptionist with a large queue of people behind me. I stay in many different hotels in Germany, often in Köln. This is the first time this has happened and to be honest I was made to feel like I was lying. My 9 year old son was next to me and I really don’t need to be undermined in front of him. All staff, including the receptionist I was arguing were nice but I probably won’t stay there again, it’s put me off.

Most staff were very friendly and helpful, however, when I needed to get internet access (after my phone broke) to confirm my return flight (it was the day after the computer fallout, so I needed to do this urgently), they wouldn't help. Luckily the very helpful Koeln Tourist Office directed me to an Internet Cafe nearby. Overall a good stay.

Great clean, modern hotel. It is a bit off the beaten path, but there's a train station a couple of blocks away that takes you to the Hauptbahnhof, so very convenient. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time.
