Montecristo 158 · Unique Renovated Montecristo 3 BR at Quivira

While we enjoyed our stay and the services of The staff and Jade, we were disappointed with the lack of quality linens, the poorly equiped kitchen and the amount of cockroaches. Many outlets and the telephones did not work. Transportation arrangements weren't fully disclosed so we were left to find our own way around. The out door grill was not functioning and needed repairs. For the daily amount we paid paid we did not feel the value equal.

Our stay at the Monte Cristo is always amazing and we will be back! Our Villa was clean and exactly as described.

Arsen and his team were awesome to work with. Excellent communication, friendly and helpful. We loved the villa, which was topped only by the views. Lots of hours spent just watching the waves roll in. We will definitely be back.

we stayed here with 2 families and it worked perfect. the location in phase 2 was great, we could walk easily to the market. We did the all inclusive which worked out great, the kids loved ordering room service:)

We loved the Montecristo, we have already sent information to our friends. We had 4 adult couples, throughout the stay we would just say " this place is fabulous". We have been to Cancun several times it is easier to fly to from Indiana. We have never rented a car and drove around due to safety concerns. We always stayed at a all inclusive. In Cabo we rented a car at the airport, drove around went in to town and had dinner several nights. We have Cabo on our list to return. Sorry we did not find sooner. The extra flight time is worth it. Thank you Arsen for your assistance, happy I found you also!
