Great place with great staff that were happy to help us with all of our travel needs such as ferry tickets and dinner suggestions. The rooms were immaculate, breakfast was wonderful and the fridge stock was included which was also very great. 3 minute walk to the main strip in town, could see the Duomo church from our rooftop where we also shared breakfast every morning. Would stay here every time!

We particularly enjoyed our breakfast every morning. What could be more peaceful than sitting on the roof under the canopy watching the gulls glide about with church bells in the background. What a way to start the day! Our choices were great, and the staff were so pleasant and attentive. You will be a positive part of our YouTube channel.

Great service provided by staff. 24/7 front desk service. Breakfast provided every morning on the roof was delicious and had a wonderful view! In the heart of Amalfi and easily accessible by a few stairs. If you have a lot of luggage there is an elevator that you can take instead of walking up the stairs. Bus and ferry’s are a few minutes walk. If you need help with booking ferries, bus information or booking excursions the front desk is happy to help. Definitely worth the stay!!

The location was perfect. Just off the Main Street so you didn’t deal with noise but also it was so close. They have an elevator which is nice after all the steps in Italy. Spotlessly clean and the staff was very helpful. They helped me get the shuttle to Ravello so I wasn’t stuck waiting in a long line for the bus.

Loved the location. Being in the city center was so convenient. Just minutes away from everything. Parking was a blessing but being from another country it wasn't explained properly until we arrived so it was confusin to find.

Hotellet ligger tæt på alt i Amalfi. Skøn udsigt fra terrassen hvor vi spiste morgenmad. Der var rent og pænt på værelset. Vi benyttede hotellets hyggelige have til slappe af. Service var super! Venligt personale.

The best part of this stay was the location- not difficult to get our luggage to and from here and made it easy to explore Amalfi town. Unfortunately I felt that the cleanliness could’ve been better for a 3 star hotel and the linens/ shower quality were also a let down.

Location was good. Breakfast on the terrace was okay, staff were kind. Only one front person provided great customer service and provided great recommendations. The entire place was dirty and old, I do not recommend staying there again especially for the price you pay.

Es un hotel encantador en una ubicación excelente , pero ha sido un tormento no tener cobertura de datos ni teléfono , y una wifi que solo funciona el 10 por ciento del tiempo. Hemos estado incomunicados. La limpieza regular , un día simplemente hicieron la cama y cambiaron las toallas pero no se hicieron los suelos ni se vaciaron las papeleras. Nos ha gustado el desayuno , en una terraza muy agradable y luminosa , variado y rico. Pero no disponer de wifi para hacer una reserva de un traslado o restaurante ha sido tercermundista.

Staff is some what lazy and on the very first day we found flee under bedsheet. Upon complain, answer was very unsatisfactory. When we extended our stay and got very nice, clean upscale room. Rest was all excellent.

No lift provided on the street level and we walked up about 20 steps with two big suitcases and one small suitcase. Some hair found out on the floor nearby curtain, it seems like housekeeping not clean up properly. At 10 am, we asked for hotel to booked a car from Amalfi to Napoli on our last day check out. A lady, no idea is a boss or staff? She said that she will book for us once confirmation is ok then WhatsApp us. However, no reply after 3 hours then we booked through another transportation provider. While we returned to hotel around 1 pm, she bumped into us and confirmed booking was made. Again, we booked though another one. She was angry to us and it wasn’t our fault because she didn’t reply and WhatsApp us. Anyway, unpleasant stay in Amalfi this time and hotel is pricy. We are all the way from Australia to here and have a bad feelings this time in Italy.

Great stay, hotel is in the central location, just a little walk to the beach and the main square, lots of shops and restaurants, staff is friendly, breakfast is great, very quiet and super clean, everything looks new, like it was just recently renovated. We will definitely stay in the Hotel Amalfi again.

Almalfi hotel was great choice because location was great because when you get off the ferry you can walk to the hotel easy access in and out. We stayed in the first floor and it was great. The only thing didn’t work is the Wifi in the room.

The room we were given was poor quality; Old and not updated unlike all their photos on website, I felt scammed and very disappointed when we walked into our room! Shower door would not close Beds hard and felt like sleeping on box springs Bed spread felt like a hard thin old curtain Very disappointed in room, expected more from their website photos, never would have booked this hotel knowing our room quality Plus side: Front desk staff very kind and good breakfast buffet included The hotel perfect waking distance to everything including waterfront, buses/ferries, shops and restaurant

We stayed at Hotel Amalfi four nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were great, professional & very helpful. The location was very convenient and easy. They have a nice terrace on the top floor (5th) where they serve breakfast which was very relaxing and the staff there are very polite and attentative. The food is good too. While I would recommend this hotel, I will say that our room was very small and had little to no storage for clothes, so we basically lived out of our suitcases. But the bathroom/shower was excellent. So overall we did enjoy it.

Fantastic location close to the ferry terminal! Room had everything we needed and was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly in letting us know where to go and what to see in Amalfi! Our room was on the smaller side but ok for our needs. The only downside is we were right beside the back entrance way by the staircase which was loud at night and we could hear the guests talking next door to us.

Great stay! We had issues with our lights and no AC for the first couple nights but eventually was fixed and good. Great staff, very clean and breakfast was included and delicious! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful too, would recommend staying here any time.

The location was really good. Close the beach but a very small beach. The hotel is located exactly in the center close to shops. Breakfast was a bit boring. Staff were nice. Wifi was really bad. Almost no connection in the rooms

The hotel itself is fine. Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast. We stayed in a "standard room," and you get what you pay for. The beds were horrible! Mattress was way to hard. Bedspreads were ancient, and the room was dated. There seems to be an older section and a newer section so if you select a standard room, you'll get what we got. Bearable for one night, but not for three.

Only stay in the 4th floor .. rest of hotel is old and tiny rooms . The new part is great . I had to pay an extra 100! For every night I stayed . Decent breakfast but I will not return

We stayed at Hotel Amalfi four nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were great, professional & very helpful. The location was very convenient and easy. They have a nice terrace on the top floor (5th) where they serve breakfast which was very relaxing and the staff there are very polite and attentative. The food is good too. While I would recommend this hotel, I will say that our room was very small and had little to no storage for clothes, so we basically lived out of our suitcases. But the bathroom/shower was excellent. So overall we did enjoy it.

Great stay! We had issues with our lights and no AC for the first couple nights but eventually was fixed and good. Great staff, very clean and breakfast was included and delicious! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful too, would recommend staying here any time.

Everything at Hotel Amalfi was wonderful! Our rooms were always clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. The staff for breakfast was great, and always available. There was a large variety of items for breakfast! From all types of fruit, scrambled eggs and bacon, amazing selection of pastries and dessert items, granolas, yogurts, fruit juices, and the cappuccinos were a special treat in the morning!

All Hotel staff have been brilliant at reception, all breakfast and dining staff. People helping for parking in congested space have been so polite and amazing. Except one lady on reception on our check out day (02/06/2023 - Friday - Room 406), we just asked for bottle of water on our way out and she said she dont have, I believe she may not have it there but she could at least try to get us some water, instead she opened the lift for us and directed our way out. We only had couple interaction with this reception staff and I noticed she was bit rude every time. Other then that every staff member gone extra mile to help us have lovely holiday.

No lift provided on the street level and we walked up about 20 steps with two big suitcases and one small suitcase. Some hair found out on the floor nearby curtain, it seems like housekeeping not clean up properly. At 10 am, we asked for hotel to booked a car from Amalfi to Napoli on our last day check out. A lady, no idea is a boss or staff? She said that she will book for us once confirmation is ok then WhatsApp us. However, no reply after 3 hours then we booked through another transportation provider. While we returned to hotel around 1 pm, she bumped into us and confirmed booking was made. Again, we booked though another one. She was angry to us and it wasn’t our fault because she didn’t reply and WhatsApp us. Anyway, unpleasant stay in Amalfi this time and hotel is pricy. We are all the way from Australia to here and have a bad feelings this time in Italy.

It is a GREAT location in Amalfi city-village, 2 min walk to piazza, church, restaurants, shops, and 7 min walk to Amalfi ferry port. Breakfast included has lots of varieties that includes cafe, coffee, tea, juices and etc. Ciro and his team are Fantastic! They helped us celebrate our kids vacation birthday and also organized transfer from to Salerno train station for additonal charges. I would stay here again when I return.

It's a slight walk from the circle as cars can't go up the road to the hotel entrance.. there are two ways to enter; one that has twenty nine steps and one that has five so choose wisely of you have a lot of luggage! You can walk straight up the street past the duomo. And you will have twenty nine steps to climb with luggage. if you go through the arch to the left you will only have five steps and an incline...

Super good hotel. Just in the heart of Amalfi. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast on the rooftop. Hotel provides beach towels to use on the free beach, so there is no need to rent chairs or buy towels in the store, and then carry them around. Hotel is just on the main street with all the restaurants and shops.

We particularly enjoyed our breakfast every morning. What could be more peaceful than sitting on the roof under the canopy watching the gulls glide about with church bells in the background. Um bom hotel mas com uma escadaria enorme para subir e descer com malas é horrível. A cama era duas de solteiro juntadas, o que é péssimo. O banheiro muito bom se não fosse a pia minúscula e de péssimo manuseio para alojar nossos pertences. O Wi-fi é o pior que já vi. Não funciona nada. No quarto muita luz stand-by a noite atrapalha demais o sono. Café da manhã fraquinho com poucas opções. No mais o hotel é bom, silencioso e muito bem localizado.

We loved staying here. The location is very convenient, the staff was very helpful, the room was cute, comfortable, and very European feeling. Nice bathroom, plenty of space, and we had a cute balcony overlooking an interior alley. We enjoyed the public spaces upstairs for breakfast and the view.
