Such a beautiful place to stay accommodating all of our needs! So close to downtown, plenty of parking and plenty of space for everyone! Will recommend to anyone with groups of 8 or more. Host kept everything simple & let us check in earlier! There wasn’t a long list of clean up duties which was wonderful!! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Traveled to Dubuque for a family reunion at Eagle Point Park over the weekend. We had 10 people so with the fold-out couch in the lower level, everyone had a bed. No excuse not to go to church Sunday morning - Cathedral right across the street! Had a great stay in this older townhome floor plan that has been updated and equipped with modern appliances. Very clean and would stay again.

Loved the stay here! Got a little nervous on the stairs going to the main bedroom since I’m very clumsy. One of my friends screamed at a centipede lol. Overall beautiful place to stay with friends or family, the outdoor seating is wonderful! Super cozy and wonderful place to stay! Would stay again!!

Enjoyed our stay in a very historic home in Dubuque. We enjoyed the location as it was close to many breweries and restaurants. We enjoyed downtime in the basement it was very quiet and inviting.

Very convenient location to the river museum and water park plus downtown Dubuque. Beautiful old townhouse that has been updated and could easily accomodate 10 plus a porta crib for the baby.

We had a great stay! The house is well decorated with good amenities, clean, and in a great location. Parking was easy with plenty of space. There are a lot of stairs, which wasn’t an issue for our group but could be for some. Hosts were gracious and easy to work with.

Spent a weekend here to celebrate our family Christmas. Plenty of bedrooms, included everything we needed in the kitchen, smaller living room but we made it work. The owner’s suite bed was super comfortable with plentiful pillows. Nice updated bathroom, too. One-of-a-kind shops are just two blocks away. Heads up that the bells of St. Raphael Cathedral will ring at the top of the hour between 7 am and 9 (?) pm. This is across the street so you will hear them. Me and the 3-year old enjoyed it immensely.

We quite enjoyed this VRBO. The downtown location was wonderful, providing easy access to good restaurants. The property was quiet as street noise was minimal. The four bedrooms accommodated the seven of us perfectly. Luckily we had one young, fit couple with us who was able to climb up two steep flights of steps to the spacious top floor bedroom suite. The communal areas were most inviting, both the main floor living room and the basement TV area, where we watched several Christmas movies on the DVD player that the owner most graciously purchased to accommodate us. My suggestions would be to add a handrail on the stairs to the basement and shoe trays at the entry doors for wet shoes.

A nicely redone Victorian row house! We will likely stay again in the future. Lots of room for my adult family. Easy check in and check out. Parking spaces were appreciated. The cathedral’s carillon across the street was playing Christmas music which was was charming. If I may recommend a couple things, perhaps a bedside reading lamp in the king suite. Maybe body a body wash sample because I forgot mine—oops!

Second time we stayed. It has what we need and it's close to a grocery store and an easy walk to a couple of coffee options. Watching TV in the basement on a hot summer day was a nice option.

Great experience. This was our second stay with the property host. Our previous stay was at a different property (also a great experience). The house is a perfect location for enjoying downtown Dubuque. The beds are comfortable, the place is clean and plenty of room for a large group.

Chose this house because it was close to the family members we were visiting. Situated in a nice neighborhood, the home had a very well stocked kitchen, clean and modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds with superior linens. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and highly recommend this property.

Easy to get to and close to HyVee and downtown Dubuque shops and the elevator, Shot Tower Pizza and other places to eat. It was super clean, the beds soft and tastefully furnished. Lots of stairs, but also more spacious than expected. Owners checked in and were responsive. We loved it!

Easy to get to and close to HyVee and downtown Dubuque shops and the elevator, Shot Tower Pizza and other places to eat. It was super clean, the beds soft and tastefully furnished. Lots of stairs, but also more spacious than expected. Owners checked in and were responsive. We loved it!

Awesome!!! unique 3 story townhouse plus finished basement, decorated with some cool local art, clean, well equipped, lots of room, comfy beds, nice linens and towels, walking distance to awesome restaurants (we ate at The Vault and Pepper Sprout - highly recommend both) was perfect spot for a family weekend (Clarke graduation) with our adult children.Very responsive communication from hostOnly but... must be able to do stairs - part of the charm - but could be issue for some

Had everything we needed, plenty of space for the 8 of us. Convenient location for lots of fun activities. Great communication with the owner. Easy to access. We would definitely stay here again
