The place was incredibly clean and comfortable. The host was amazing and had some of the best communication that I have experienced. The only complaint that I have is that sound travels too easily from the top unit to the bottom and could get rather obnoxious if you have noisy neighbors. Other than that amazing experience and would highly recommend.

Close enough to Fairbanks when you need city amenities, just enough off the beaten path for peace and quiet.

We had an awesome stay. We visited in February and it was warm and cozy. It was a little empty as far as the kitchen goes, usually there are more condiments and extras when we stay somewhere like this. I assume it was just off season since many people don’t visit Alaska in the winter. I was a little disappointed there wasn’t any oven pans to use and we had to buy a disposable pan to be able to use the oven. The floors were a little slippery be careful walking around in your socks in the kitchen and bathroom. The pipes make some noise every once in a while. Overall it was really nice though. It was clean, comfy, warm. Small little place to make our basecamp for the week. Loved the location was close to Fairbanks and North Pole. It is tucked in the woods a little off the highway but easy to find and easy parking with a circle driveway.

This one bedroom has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stress-free stay. The location is great, feels as if you could be in the backwoods but it is close enough to both Fairbanks and North Pole making it ideal for a quick stop on your way in from work or adventuring. Would give six stars if I could.
