Edit: THIS PLACE IS A FREAKING JOKE AND COMPLETELY TRASH. THE AMAZING STAFF WILL CALL YOU AT FREAKING 7AM “JUST TO CONFIRM” WHAT YOU HAVE TOLD THEM A NIGHT BEFORE. THEY WILL ALSO WAKE YOU UP AGAIN AT 8:30AM TO ASK YOU CHECK OUT WHEN YOUR CHECK OUT TIME IS AT NOON. THIS PLACE HAS NO RESPECT FOR THEIR GUESTS, EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT AND NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE STAFF. WISHING THIS BUSINESS CLOSE DOWN ASAP, DONT STAY ON EARTH AND KEEP HURTING PEOPLE. RUBBISH!!!!! That 1 star is for the few good and helpful staff of this hotel. Otherwise, this place doesn’t even deserve a star. Yes, room was kinda clean, but small. Housekeeping didn’t even clean away my leftovers room service, I had to bring all the plates to the staff. And didn’t refill the “free bottles water” which is included. Instead, they asked me to refill my water at the water dispenser when the housekeeping already took away the empty bottles. Sound proofing is REALLY BAD. Kids are screaming at 7ish am by the pool, when the whole building is built around the pool, they don’t have sound proofing walls and doors, you can hear them clearly screaming and banging doors at late night or early morning. People who have no manners will never consider others. Therefore, please consider carefully before booking this place if you are not a deep sleeper, that is freaking annoying. (I already had my earplugs in, it was THAT freaking loud!) It was such a disappointing experience and sadly ruined my trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a sequence of service failures from start to finish. The Check-in Chaos Upon arrival, we were told our room wasn't ready. We ended up waiting for several hours in the lobby. While management claimed this was an "unusual situation," the sight of multiple guests sleeping on the lobby suggested otherwise. To make matters worse, we were never given a time estimate for our room, and the staff seemed completely indifferent—likely due to burnout—offering zero apologies or proactive information. Reservation Issues There was a bizarre moment of friction where the front desk claimed they couldn't find our Hotels.com reservation. This was clearly a stalling tactic or a system error on their end, as the hotel staff had successfully located that same reservation over the phone just 30 minutes prior when we called to arrange the airport shuttle. The Restaurant Experience With nowhere to go, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. Even this was a struggle. After 30 minutes of waiting for a simple order (2 Greek salads and a Coke), we had to follow up with the staff just to get our food. Management's Response When I finally spoke to management and requested a small gesture on the restaurant bill to compensate for the hours of waiting and the lack of a room, I was met with a flat refusal. Very new hotel. Very clean. Room was basic. Had all you need for a short time. We stayed only 1 night. Would have liked to stay longer if schedule allowed. Very good exercise room. Great swimming pool. Breakfast buffet was great. Hotel staff were wonderful. Really loved this hotel. The only drawback is that it’s a bit off the beaten path. For us that was fine. Massage places in the area offer pickup service. If you've got a car, like we had, it’s fine. Looking for a nice place to chill out, relax, and stick close to hotel, then this is the perfect place for you. If you wanna be walking distance to Main Street then this isn’t. We loved it!
