Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Airport

As someone who often checks in late, I really enjoy the amenities. Having a little shop on site to sell drinks and snacks is very convenient. The all night gym is also great.

Lots of noise in the corridor which could be heard in the bedrooms. Need soft closing doors as sounded like doors were being slammed and disturbed us.

A very nice hotel. The hotel is positioned near the runway but you will not hear any aircraft. Worked at the night and slept during the day. Good bed. Nice and very friendly staff.

Unbelievably disappointing. There is no “free shuttle” as advertised. The shuttle only runs every few hours & is not free. When I called the hotel for support, I was met with rude, snarky responses and ZERO help. Staff intermittently texted, but, never offered any genuine support, always after the fact. They then called the phone in my room after 9PM, when I was trying to sleep, to tell me they would offer a free shuttle ride back to the airport in the morning, but, it would leave too late (id already told them this via text) I had to pay nearly €50 each way.. for a room I was in for less than 8 hours. Incredibly frustrating & a HUGE waste of hard earned money. Horrible night

The only thing I would say is the pillows were too soft I couldn’t get comfortable. Apart from that food and staff were lovely.
