The hosts were very kind and the property was clean - and there were two very cute dogs on the property. However please be aware there are inaccuracies with the listing - Hotels.com stated I would get a hotel room with private bathroom but it was more a room in a B&B house with shared bathroom per floor.

Stayed May 27th - June 2nd 2025 ....I liked that it was peaceful, welcoming, warm, relaxing and the ambience was everything. The hosts were friendly, intelligent and every guest I met was nice, even though we spoke different languages. I genuinely did not want to leave and will definitely be back. The host put a lot of thought into preparing breakfast every morning and has the best dogs I've ever come across. I am from Trinidad and Tobago and we tend to scrutinize everything outside our country. I found no fault and everyday when I was dressed to go out, the Chale and its surroundings was part of a photo shoot 😊

Beautiful guest home. I was trying to get away from the noisy city but failed to know that an airport was close by. The planes were extremely loud. I had a friend come over for a few hours in the morning since I couldn’t sleep and one of the hosts charged me for an extra person. Now after looking at the rules I don’t see anything about a penalty even though he said there is. I was too tired at this point to argue and he seemed very upset. He was ready to take payment with a credit card terminal and was quick to charge me…I didn’t want to argue and so had paid it at the time but would like to see the fine print. Nice home though..shampoo needs to be restocked as it was watered down. Felt judgey and not welcome..they accept cash though if you’re looking to extend stay I’m happy I didn’t do that…no recommendations on food in the area.

O local é simplesmente incrível. Podemos começar falando da estrutura, que é cheia de detalhes e muito organizada. O quarto é ótimo, com o banheiro bem espaçoso e chuveiro excelente. Mas, além disso têm-se um atendimento primoroso dos anfitriões - Kempes e Javito, além da Ágata e Ametista. É um local de muita paz e energia boa. Café da manhã excelente. E bem próximo ao Aeroporto de Congonhas. Obrigado a todos vocês, pelos cuidados com nossa hospedagem!
