Our stay was during a short holiday in Paris. The hotel was in a quiet, safe area of Paris, yet only a few minutes' walk from Trocedero metro station. All of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome; we particularly liked to free glass of wine offered every evening. Our room was a reasonable size (for Paris), was clean and had a comfortable mattress. There was a good selection of fresh, well-chosen quality items for breakfast; being France the bread and pastries were superb. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Absolutely magnificent stay at the Plaza Tour Eiffel. To start, the staff is not only friendly and accommodating, but they are genuinely invested in making sure your stay and visit in Paris are phenomenal. We checked in to our room to find a personalized note and a welcome gift. The staff also made excellent recommendations for dinner and even went as far as making reservations for us on two occasions. The rooms were well appointed and meticulously clean. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area; however, it is a 5 min. walk to Trocadéro and metro. The breakfast offers delicious coffee, eggs, breakfast meats, fruits & yogurt, bread and pastries, cheeses, juices, pancakes, and of course, croissants! They also offer a happy hour every afternoon with a complimentary glass of wine. Overall we had an amazing stay at Plaza Tour Eiffel and wouldn’t hesitate staying there again in the future. Excellent location and close to local amenities. Walking distance to the Eiffel tower. The room itself is however very basic. The rug is old and dirty. The ventilator in the bathroom wasn’t working. We chose the hotel because we thought you could see the effiel tower from the rooms, but apparently only very few top floor rooms have that added advantage. So overall not the best but ok.

The Good - Bottle of Champagne welcome, Front staff are good and welcoming. The breakfast was great. The not so good - Housekeeping failed to do the basic job of housekeeping. Housekeeping let dirty glasses and cups accumulate in the room. Did not replace new cups and glasses everyday.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was notably small, which was a bit disappointing. Despite Expedia's listing of a king-size bed, I found a queen-size bed instead. Additionally, the bathtub was initially blocked and required maintenance to unblock it, which was an inconvenience. However, the highlight of this hotel is its proximity to the Eiffel Tower. The location is superb, allowing easy access to one of Paris's most iconic landmarks. Overall, while the location is fantastic, the inaccuracies in the room description and the maintenance issues are worth noting for potential guests.

Es una propiedad con excelente ubicación. El personal es muy amable y profesional. El desayuno está rico y muy completo. La cama es muy confortable y garantiza un excelente descanso. Habitación con todos los servicios y muy limpia.

Whilst the property has a convenient location, the room I was attributed was extremely substandard: very noisy as on the ground floor, immediately next to a lounge area, the single mattresses (not a king size as per the description) were antiquated with the springs easily felt making sleeping very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning / heating not functional. Highly disappointing experience given the price point and certainly not worthy of a "VIP deluxe" characterisation. This was not my first stay in this hotel but it may well be the last.

The hotel was fine, rooms are quite small, even by European standard- nothing like the Expedia picture. We paid for a superior room as it indicated there was a view and balcony. There is a peek-a-boo view and the balcony is about 18-24 inches deep. I asked about having a chair on our balcony like in the picture and was told that’s a certain room - like one room in the hotel has that option. I consider that false advertising and therefore 3 stars. Expedia and the hotel should do a better job of giving customers realistic photos. :(

I wish there were coffee nespresso pods refilled for every night of the 4 nights i stayed. I only got some the first night. Also, there was no drinking water availability to residents other than the one availle at the gym. The bed was not comfortable at all, and the pillows were horrible. This should be a 3 star hotel.

Ii booked a Eiffel Tower view from room and didn't get that. It was a tiny view of Eiffel Tower from a cramped balcony. Very disappointed especially for the price we paid.

An excellent stay at a nice little property in an excellent location. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The greeting was perfect for non French speaking Americans, very fluent and went the extra mile to welcome us and our 9 yr old. We had the 6th floor room with a balcony and view of the tower. The room was small but comfy. The location is a quick walk to many of the attractions around the tower and had many restaurants and cafes within minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again.

I really did enjoyed my stay there. They were always there to help us at any time. I got really sick while there and they wanted to take me to a hospital or call a doctor to come and see me at the hotel. They were concerned about my health. My whole family enjoyed the staff and the service that they provided to us. We would all stay there again. Thanks Sharon

Absolutely magnificent stay at the Plaza Tour Eiffel. To start, the staff is not only friendly and accommodating, but they are genuinely invested in making sure your stay and visit in Paris are phenomenal. We checked in to our room to find a personalized note and a welcome gift. The staff also made excellent recommendations for dinner and even went as far as making reservations for us on two occasions. The rooms were well appointed and meticulously clean. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area; however, it is a 5 min. walk to Trocadéro and metro. The breakfast offers delicious coffee, eggs, breakfast meats, fruits & yogurt, bread and pastries, cheeses, juices, pancakes, and of course, croissants! They also offer a happy hour every afternoon with a complimentary glass of wine. Overall we had an amazing stay at Plaza Tour Eiffel and wouldn’t hesitate staying there again in the future. An excellent stay at a nice little property in an excellent location. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The greeting was perfect for non French speaking Americans, very fluent and went the extra mile to welcome us and our 9 yr old. We had the 6th floor room with a balcony and view of the tower. The room was small but comfy. The location is a quick walk to many of the attractions around the tower and had many restaurants and cafes within minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again.

Great service from the employees, who were consistently helpful and spoke sufficient English, which I appreciated. I give a mediocre rating primarily because for the price per night, I should not be nickeled and dimed for relatively common included amenities like coffee pods and bottled water (which were provided daily at every other hotel where I stayed in France). Also, the "king" bed was 2 twin beds pushed together that were made separately, which certainly isn't the same sleeping experience since the middle of the bed is useless. Nice hotel, but if you charge a high end price, I expect it to be exceptional, and it fell a bit short.

I didn’t get the room I booked but I talked to them and that was solved right way. On the day I checked in I was welcomed by a very kind and smiley receptionist. The hotel is nice, veldig good location. The bathrobe and the sleepers were a very nice touch, very soft and cozy! And the breakfast was amazing!😊 I had a lovely stay!

Our stay was during a short holiday in Paris. The hotel was in a quiet, safe area of Paris, yet only a few minutes' walk from Trocedero metro station. All of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome; we particularly liked to free glass of wine offered every evening. Our room was a reasonable size (for Paris), was clean and had a comfortable mattress. There was a good selection of fresh, well-chosen quality items for breakfast; being France the bread and pastries were superb. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

The Good - Bottle of Champagne welcome, Front staff are good and welcoming. The breakfast was great. The not so good - Housekeeping failed to do the basic job of housekeeping. Housekeeping let dirty glasses and cups accumulate in the room. Did not replace new cups and glasses everyday.

Front desk staff was very, very helpful. Late in the evening of our final day, we asked the front desk for something to take for breakfast the next morning because our taxi was scheduled to pick us up before 6am. The front desk prepared a nice bag full of yogurt, croissants & coffee. our friends at a nearby expensive hotel got nothing when they made a similar request.

I was deliberately downgraded by Reception upon my evening arrival. I had booked and prepaid a Deluxe Room high up in the building very far in advance of my stay. When I complained of the room I was shown, I was simply told “No opportunity to change room. We don’t have any others.” I ended up in an alternative, grotty, small room for disabled guests. Loud noise from the street. Impossible to open window due to a large A/C making an intractable noise, and thuds arguing on the street. Room was not cleaned - and when I mentioned this, it was plainly ignored. Staff was unkind and did not seem to like their jobs at all. Not ONE smile, or a kindly word from either of them week. I could not wait to get out, and would warn anyone: Do not go. An incredibly disappointing experience.
