I want to start by saying that the staff were amazing and attentive and the room was great. However, a combination of the room not being fully equipped when we checked in and the ongoing works, which we only found out about after we booked, took the shine off the visit. We would happily stay here again as I think these were short-term issues.

Charming old world hotel. Room was small, but cozy. Loved the breakfast room, overlooking Sloane Square. Great breakfast service and variety. Loved and appreciated the complementary tea, coffee and scones with clotted cream and jam in the afternoon. Courteous and helpful staff. Three minute walk to underground station. Excellent dining and shopping opportunities within walking distance. Overall - safe, quiet, convenient hotel. Loved it! Would always choose to stay there again, when in London!

We absolutely loved this place. Booked it because it was adjacent to Holy Trinity Church where I was doing a workshop and performance of Elijah. The room was somewhat small, but we weren't in it all that much. Very accommodating staff. Does not have all the bells and whistles some people want (pool, gym, spa, etc.but I knew that going in. One caveat, our shower door would not close, so I took a bath and used their scented "spa" soap. Stepped into the tub, slid under the water. The grab bar was small and the tub too wide. Managed to get out, but it was dicey. They have a friction bottom on the tub and an additional suction mat, but that did not help too much. Otherwise, thumbs up.

We liked the boutique quaint feeling and breakfast was excellent. Restaurant not so good. Our key cards did not work and we had to return to checkin. The breakfast room was lovely overlooking the square. I'm sure it will be even nicer when the lobby remodel is done.

Fantastic location with great bus and tube options to get you everywhere, and great dining options across a range of price points including the fabulous pre theatre menu at the Botanist right next door. Easy walking distance to Knightsbridge, and Hyde Park. Only down side in my room was the thumping bass from the downstairs nightclub on the weekend.

Nice to have extras to make our stay more special and loved the DJ in the lobby for afternoons. Room was a bit tired with a dogdy room lock and in need of a refresh. All staff were lovely and would stay again. Be aware of road works straight outside the hotel as they were very noisy.

The room on the fourth floor overlooking Sloane Square was lovely and quiet. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast included a good variety of fresh and delicious items. Also, the attached restaurant was a welcome place for a convenient dinner after a long day walking. That restaurant also serves a very nice breakfast. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to add a dresser to store clothes during longer stays.

It's in a good location - a short walk to nice food, great shops and the tube. Our room was 2nd floor facing the road. You could hear the traffic a little but not too much, particularly with the aircon on. The room and bathroom were quite small (the bathroom was tiny!) - and expensive given it is summer - but the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and hot and the air con worked well. And plenty of good quality bathroom supplies. It was also spotlessly clean. Staff were very polite and efficient. It's a nice hotel and other than avoiding high prices across London in the summer, I'd be happy to stay here again.

Stayed here many times, and had no complaints, however I could only find a double room this time and I was very disappointed. It hadn’t been cleaned properly and a half full bottle of wine was left in the room. Neither myself or partner could fit in the shower - it was tiny!! And the room was street facing and incredibly noisy. I’ve always stayed in the Felix or club rooms and I certainly wouldn’t book this type of room again.

This hotel was wonderful! Tiny London room as expected, but comfortable, super clean, great bathroom and friendly helpful staff. It is also beyond convenient with Central and District line Underground across the street and wide choice of restaurants. Highly recommend!

The rooms are extremely small. Bathrooms had a piece falling off. My Donna cover had a blood stain from a previous guest, so I assume it had not been changed. Disappointing.

the only issue - was that the shower was so small, anyone over 150# cannot actually fit into it- even at 125# i found it extremely difficult to access and could not shampoo my hair without turning off the water - still my elbows hit the sides of the shower repeatedly- i have never seen. such a tight situation

It was good as expected. Friendly staff my shower room was tiny .. pretty tight ..a bigger person would struggle to use it. Why 2 showers : on ceiling and a handle shower in such a small space !!??

Disappointing. No reason to block up the windows from outside. Room totally claustrophobic as consequence. Bed very hard and no chair to sit on. Shower was tiny and that would be fine if it didn't have a giant shower head. If you didn't want your hair wet, impossible to use. All easy fixes. Smaller directional shower head. Unblock the window to look at view of Church windows opposite. Put in a small comfortable chair so not just the bed to sit on. This is not outwith their budget to do I am sure. It would change the feel of prisoner needing day release.

The rooms my family and I stayed in were all tiny and had the worst tiny showers ever experienced. We could not make them work or get hot water out of them. We all stopped taking showers the last three days because they were slippery and dangerous and we couldn't get any hot water.

Staff at the front desk and manager went above and beyond. They helped us recover an item left in an Uber. They were alway friendly and helpful with suggestions. The neighborhood had upscale shopping. Transportation was readily available on Sloane Square. Very walkable as well. Room was very attractive and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if in London.

Great hotel with impeccable service by the staff. Directly across the Square made it a great location but unfortunately road construction made it a bit of a hassle. Unclear as to whether breakfast was included (told at check in it was) because t at checkout had to pay 20 pounds per meal!

Wonderful location and easy access to anywhere in central London. Sadly ‘wonderful’ doesn’t describe the hotel. Check-in didn’t work - I was early so after registration a male staff member asked me to wait in the lounge on the first floor. Fine, except they were meant to bring the key to me when the room was ready. They forgot and I had to drag my luggage back down to reception to chase the key. When I explained I was told by another male member of staff ‘well, no-one told me’. No apology or even a smile. The room was very small and the shower the smallest I’d ever come across - I could barely get in it. One blessing was that it was quiet, next door to the church. A nice touch was the complimentary afternoon coffee and scones .

Our second time staying at Sloane Square Hotel. It always provides friendly service. In addition my husband left his medicine in the refrigerator in our room, and we received a call sometime later that the cleaning staff had discovered it We will definitely return here again

Stayed for a week and location of hotel was very central and close to all transport. Service was good and room was comfy and bigger than we thought. Only minor wear tear On carpet and tiles but otherwise we had a wonderful stay. Thank you xxx

It's in a good location - a short walk to nice food, great shops and the tube. Our room was 2nd floor facing the road. You could hear the traffic a little but not too much, particularly with the aircon on. The room and bathroom were quite small (the bathroom was tiny!) - and expensive given it is summer - but the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and hot and the air con worked well. And plenty of good quality bathroom supplies. It was also spotlessly clean. Staff were very polite and efficient. It's a nice hotel and other than avoiding high prices across London in the summer, I'd be happy to stay here again.

I think I would call this Inn on the square The location is excellent, and the availability of shopping and dining ideal. Walking distance to many of the sights of the city. Our room was on the bijou side [the kindest way I can describe tiny] however, all the necessary amenities were there, and as my priorities are safe, quiet and comfortable, all those boxes were ticked. The view from the window was alarming, but this could be avoided by keeping the opaque windows closed and using the much appreciated air conditioning The high traffic areas did feel a bit dingy and the carpet is in need of repair/replacement. However, in answer to the key question, would I stay there again, absolutely. Front desk staff, extremely friendly and professional.

Fantastic location with great bus and tube options to get you everywhere, and great dining options across a range of price points including the fabulous pre theatre menu at the Botanist right next door. Easy walking distance to Knightsbridge, and Hyde Park. Only down side in my room was the thumping bass from the downstairs nightclub on the weekend.

A very nice hotel in a great location. Excellent & friendly staff. The room was charming, but the air conditioning never cooled the room sufficiently (I told several people about that during our stay, but it was apparently not fixable). Also, the continental breakfast was average.... and cost 20 pounds! (with less options than you would get from a free breakfast elsewhere). All that said, the hotel was very nice overall and we would genrrally recommend it.

Great location in London on the edge of Chelsea and Belgravia. Lots to walk around and see in the area and right across from a Tube station. Our initial room was designed for disability accommodations and had no view and a bathroom with an open shower that flooded the entire room when you showered. We were able to upgrade to a much nice and more acceptable room after the first night.

The hotel enjoys a prime location directly on Sloane Square, just 100 metres from the nearest Underground station, offering easy access to the rest of the city. Despite the central setting, the rooms were remarkably quiet, with no noise disturbances. We booked three double rooms. Some overlooked the street and the square, while others faced the rear of the building. All rooms were quiet, regardless of orientation. A few rooms had windows facing a nearby church, with limited views due to proximity to a wall, and one room had partially sealed windows, which made it feel a little less pleasant. The rooms are compact but comfortable, exceptionally clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are adequately spacious. Personally, I found the shower head situated within a small bathtub slightly inconvenient, though this is a matter of personal preference. High-quality toiletries by Elemis were provided, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area is lively and charming, with numerous restaurants and cafés, including a nearby pedestrian street lined with shops and coffee houses. Overall, an excellent base for exploring London, thanks to its superb location and convenient transport links.

Great hotel with impeccable service by the staff. Directly across the Square made it a great location but unfortunately road construction made it a bit of a hassle. Unclear as to whether breakfast was included (told at check in it was) because t at checkout had to pay 20 pounds per meal!

Charming old world hotel. Room was small, but cozy. Loved the breakfast room, overlooking Sloane Square. Great breakfast service and variety. Loved and appreciated the complementary tea, coffee and scones with clotted cream and jam in the afternoon. Courteous and helpful staff. Three minute walk to underground station. Excellent dining and shopping opportunities within walking distance. Overall - safe, quiet, convenient hotel. Loved it! Would always choose to stay there again, when in London!

We liked the boutique quaint feeling and breakfast was excellent. Restaurant not so good. Our key cards did not work and we had to return to checkin. The breakfast room was lovely overlooking the square. I'm sure it will be even nicer when the lobby remodel is done.

Staff was amazing... from the Front Desk to the restaurant. Wonderful location, across the street from the Tube. Restaurant breakfast and dinner food was really good. We'll be back!

The room on the fourth floor overlooking Sloane Square was lovely and quiet. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast included a good variety of fresh and delicious items. Also, the attached restaurant was a welcome place for a convenient dinner after a long day walking. That restaurant also serves a very nice breakfast. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to add a dresser to store clothes during longer stays.

Wifi didnt work for my stay which was a big issue. Room was great, bathroom was dated and due for a refresh. Barely fit in the corner shower which was uncomfortable.

I have been coming to this hotel for over 20yrs because i love the locations. Over the years the service has dropped hugely with zero consistency due to management who is unable to understand what a good customer service means. On my last trip i checked in my room at 2:00pm and my AC was not working i was there only for 1 day so my time was valuable…after a while i asked to change room as the heat was too high in London that day…i was moved to another room who did not have a working AC either….again i calked the reception and was moved to the best room as they called it…..and still no AC working….i wasted a good 2 hours changing rooms and calking the reception each time….they wanted to move me again later on at night while the issue was surely their central AC as one staff mentioned to me…i ended up sleeping with my window open so literally not sleeping at all! I complained to the manager in writing who apologised and i asked for a complimentary night….i was offered an upgrade on my next stay Loool what an insult and careless way to treat a VIP guest. But if this the level of management that they have what else can you expect? I replied to their silly offer and they never did reply…and i spent e easily over 700 nights at their hotel!
