La stanza era molto pulita e posso dire che il pavimento veniva lavato quotidianamente. Purtroppo non viene fornito un set di ciabatte e il kit bagno è sprovvisto di cuffia per la doccia, cotton fioc ed altri accessori che vengono forniti negli hotel 4 stelle. La colazione posso dire che fosse adeguata in quanto viene fornito con abbondanza sia cibo salato che dolce. Le uova con il bacon devono però essere espressamente richieste al personale di sala perché non sono disponibili nel buffet. Non ho gradito che venga servita a colazione acqua del rubinetto in quanto a mio avviso ha leggermente il sapore di cloro. Le alternative all’acqua è solo un succo di frutta. Nessun infuso con limone e zenzero o similari. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione: cibo di qualità servito con cure ed attenzione. Le porzioni sono assolutamente adeguate e il modo in cui è stato cucinato era di alto livello. Nel corso di 4 giorni di pernottamento l’offerta gastronomica non ha subito alcuna variazione. Il punto di forza è senz’altro il fatto che vi sia ampio parcheggio gratuito disponibile ed esistono 4 stalli per i veicoli elettrici. Il parcheggio è dotato anche di pensiline. L’hotel è dotato di numerosi ascensori e non vi sono barriere architettoniche.

Au total nous sommes restés 5 nuits. Une vue imprenable. Une terrasse cafeteria qui propose des boissons et des petits plats trés abordables. Le petit déjeuner à 20 euros est complet et copieux. Excelente sitio para para relajarse y descansar. Buenas vistas a la ciudad de Toledo. La piscina y la terraza muy agradable. Pocos camareros hablan inglés. Unos mosquitos en la habitación fue el único inconveniente. Ni rastro de las fiestas de Abalos y Koldo.

Great views across to Toledo old town. Need transport to get over to it otherwise it’s a long walk downhill and back up again. Limited menu in restaurant, some dishes very expensive. No separate bar - all drinks available in coffee shop so not ideal for having a relaxing drink. Great terrace but no service provided at this time of year. Swimming pool not open til the summer. Large, spacious rooms with large, well equipped en-suites. Comfortable place to stay but you do need to drive everywhere.

部屋から見る街の景色が昼間、夜共に本当に最高でした。忘れられない思い出になりました。 部屋はとても綺麗で旅の疲れをしっかり癒すことができました。 受付スタッフは丁寧で親切、分かりやすい説明をしてくれました。 ただ、レストランでの対応は人によりそっけなくされたり、英語があまり通じなかったりでしたが、おすすめ出来る滞在場所です。

O hotel em sí é muito bonito. Uma construção antiga, bem conservada, com uma decoração sóbria, de muito bom gosto. Tem uma terraza com vista privilegiada para a cidade de Toledo. AMEI isso!! Destaque para o quarto, muito espaçoso e confortável! O banheiro, também, muito bom, limpo e muito espaçoso. A funcionária do check in foi muito cordial e solícita, inclusive nos ajudando com as malas. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedade e produtos de qualidade. A única coisa que eu destacaria como negativa e que realmente me incomodou muito, foram os funcionários do restaurante. Tanto no jantar, quanto no café da manhã do dia seguinte, fomos recepcionados e servidos por funcionários descorteses, impacientes e grosseiros. Algo que constrangeu não só a mim, como a minha família e a outras família que estavam sentadas a nossa volta. Acredito que se não fosse por isso, a nossa estada no Parador de Toledo teria sido perfeita!

Absolutely stunning views. No AC though when we went, we were swaeting at 5 A.M. the hotel did comp our dinner bill to make up for it though. Overall great experience, totally worth the views!

Check in was business like and efficient, room clean if not a little dated. View was amazing. Food and dining was mixed, first night was fine and excellent. The second night was more chaotic, waiting 40 minutes to take the order and then receiving the main course before the starters. Staff in the end realised we were not all that impressed. Once we finished it was all fine and they gave us a complimentary drink. Overall, interesting and magical location overlooking Toledo. Short taxi ride in meant we did not need to use our car. Interesting city and plenty to see. Would recommend it as an accessible location to base your visit.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding views of Toledo. Only two downsides are our room was very cold, no heat, and the English channels were news only. The staff did provide us with a space heater that increased our comfort marginally.

This is a gorgeous hotel with almost certainly the best view in Toledo. It sits on a bluff overlooking the old city and I believe all rooms are on the city view side of the building. Room was spacious; massive by European standards. Bathroom had a combo shower/bath, toilet and bidet, two sinks, blow dryer. Room had a couch and two beds side-by-side, tv with free wifi instructions (and remote in sanitized bag), desk, mini bar refrigerator, mini safe. A hot water maker was provided with tea bags or instant coffee. Large and spacious tiled lobby is nice. Dinner restaurant was outstanding, but note first seating is not until 8:30pm (standard in Europe but late for us Americans). My only complaint is there was some noise from the bar/cafe area directly underneath my room (it came through the door which needs better sealing). In spite of this it is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in and would be my choice if I ever return.

O hotel em sí é muito bonito. Uma construção antiga, bem conservada, com uma decoração sóbria, de muito bom gosto. Tem uma terraza com vista privilegiada para a cidade de Toledo. AMEI isso!! Destaque para o quarto, muito espaçoso e confortável! O banheiro, também, muito bom, limpo e muito espaçoso. A funcionária do check in foi muito cordial e solícita, inclusive nos ajudando com as malas. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedade e produtos de qualidade. A única coisa que eu destacaria como negativa e que realmente me incomodou muito, foram os funcionários do restaurante. Tanto no jantar, quanto no café da manhã do dia seguinte, fomos recepcionados e servidos por funcionários descorteses, impacientes e grosseiros. The only disappointing note was, sadly, the dinner service, of which I had heard great things. The food was fine, but not outstanding. Service was spotty in the dining room. This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in in Europe, which includes visits to over 10 countries. The room was large, well furnished, and very comfortable. The views of Toledo were extraordinary. We parked just outside the entrance. The breakfast buffet was first rate. The desk staff arranged for taxis into the old city. The ride in and out are via a beautiful route through the river valley and well worth the 9€ fee; you do not want to drive yourself through any of the old Spanish cities. Finally, the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. This is the place to stay when visiting Toledo.

Great views across to Toledo old town. Need transport to get over to it otherwise it’s a long walk downhill and back up again. Limited menu in restaurant, some dishes very expensive. No separate bar - all drinks available in coffee shop so not ideal for having a relaxing drink. Great terrace but no service provided at this time of year. Swimming pool not open til the summer. Large, spacious rooms with large, well equipped en-suites. Comfortable place to stay but you do need to drive everywhere.

La stanza era molto pulita e posso dire che il pavimento veniva lavato quotidianamente. Purtroppo non viene fornito un set di ciabatte e il kit bagno è sprovvisto di cuffia per la doccia, cotton fioc ed altri accessori che vengono forniti negli hotel 4 stelle. La colazione posso dire che fosse adeguata in quanto viene fornito con abbondanza sia cibo salato che dolce. Le uova con il bacon devono però essere espressamente richieste al personale di sala perché non sono disponibili nel buffet. Non ho gradito che venga servita a colazione acqua del rubinetto in quanto a mio avviso ha leggermente il sapore di cloro. Le alternative all’acqua è solo un succo di frutta. Nessun infuso con limone e zenzero o similari. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione: cibo di qualità servito con cure ed attenzione. Le porzioni sono assolutamente adeguate e il modo in cui è stato cucinato era di alto livello. Nel corso di 4 giorni di pernottamento l’offerta gastronomica non ha subito alcuna variazione. Il punto di forza è senz’altro il fatto che vi sia ampio parcheggio gratuito disponibile ed esistono 4 stalli per i veicoli elettrici. Il parcheggio è dotato anche di pensiline. L’hotel è dotato di numerosi ascensori e non vi sono barriere architettoniche.

You're causing people to leave the premises to find good food. Yours should be a destination restaurant. Hire a chef!
