There was no welcome drink or welcome feel on arrival. The reception startily asked for an extra bed charge for kids, when I had booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child and never asked for an extra bed or any extra service. The room air conditioner was not working as per the temperature; my son sweated the entire night and had to sleep with a T-shirt. On ordering, the food I had asked for, cutlery for 3 pax, and they sent only for two pax, very poor service i would never go back to Hyatt Aurangabad.
