The location is very good & walkable for Riomaggiore. The communication with the host was timely and detailed. However, the entire experience is a HUGE hassle. You have to park in the garage and haul your luggage to the apt, and then up 3 flights of stairs - that is not communicated in the listing. When we arrived, dirty towels were left in bathroom. and the dishwasher drainer not working, my husband had to fix. Also, there is a rusty washing machine outside on the balcony but no dryer as the listing indicates. The host was very nice to apologize but the upkeep was not good and clean.

Appartement magnifique et complet avec plusieurs attentions de la propriétaire. Plusieurs commodités comme la cuisine toute équipée, une laveuse, l’air climatisée, etc. De plus, la vue du balcon est magnifique et c’est juste un peu plus loin du centre pour être tranquille.

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the ocean. It's so peaceful without cars outside, you just hear noises of people and kids walking around or dining out. The apartment was very nice with 3 terraces and a kitchen.

My husband and I recently spent four days exploring the towns of Cinque Terre. This lovely, two floor apartment, high above the town was the perfect home base for us. It was quiet, clean and had a well-equipped kitchen for home cooked breakfast before the days’ hikes began. We particularly loved the three balconies! Wonderful for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The host was lovely and responsive and even came to our aid quickly when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment!

Excellente situation au cœur du village mais au calme malgré tout . Appartement très agréable et bien équipé. Il est situé au dernier étage de l’immeuble avec un escalier bien raide. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer et le village . La climatisation est très appréciée . La communication avec la personne qui gère la location est très facile par WhatsApp. Elle envoie toutes les photos pour l’accès ,le parking et la localisation de l’appartement. Concernant le parking, il faut se garer le long de la route sinueuse qui arrive au village(il y a des navettes pour les personnes et les bagages) sinon Il y a un parking payant mais attention 35 € par jour et places très limitées (premier arrivé premier servi) Sinon possibilité de venir en train depuis la Spezia . On récupère les clés dans une boîte à clef , le code nous étant envoyé par Whatsapp. La circulation entre tous les villages est hyper facile en quelques minutes avec le train.Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. c’est magnifique !

The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year.

Good location in town. Nice roof top balconies with good view. Clean place, good amenities, kitchen, washer. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Cons - there is no elevator. Need to carry suitcases about 3 storey up. Walking up and down daily especially after a long day. Aircon is a bit weak, luckily the open windows help.

Lovely large 2 bath, 2 story apartment. Excellent location but be prepared to walk uphill and upstairs. 2 verandas give you terrible views!The bed could be firmer but also a personal preference for us. The host was the most helpful of any Vrbo we’ve ever rented! Perfect check-in instructions for an old historic village which can be confusing sometimes. Fully stocked kitchen.

Cinque Terra is amazing. The apartment was very clean & accommodating. Plenty of room. Loved having access to a washing machine to get caught up on laundry. Such a darling town! The communication from the manager was great, directions to the apartment was great. The only downside- it’s up a steep hill, & lugging suitcases was not fun. Also- 4 flights of stairs! Just be ready for that!

The property was not what it appeared online. Expensive for what it was and had to have the fridge and freezer cleaned and areas of the bedroom and upstairs shower room cleaned. The property manager did respond immediately but there was a lack of attention to detail. However she did put a bottle of bubbly into the fridge for us which was appreciated. I have stayed in riomaggiore before in an apartment looking over the bay which was immaculate and views breathtaking and less expensive. This apartment needs some attention. But the area does not disappoint.

Very nice apartment high enough to have wonderful views. The apartment is very comfortable and well stocked. Clean! The communication with the hosts was always prompt and pleasant. We really enjoyed hanging out on the terrace and taking the views.

My husband and I just stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Cinque Terre. The location is ideal for checking out all 5 towns. It’s also not too much of a walk from the train station. The suite itself is clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this suite to anyone!

Our stay here was amazing. The apartment was clean and the location was perfect. Riomaggiore is beautiful and quaint, with plenty of good food and beautiful views. Ferry to others towns was easy to get to, along with the train. Our hosts were extremely kind and helpful! I would recommend this apartment to all!!

We spent 3 wonderful days in Riomaggiore, one of the beautiful village in Cinque Terre. Apartment is very nice and the location in the village is perfect. Communication with Maurizio (the host) is very easy and he gave us lot of clear instructions and recommendations. The view from the terrace is wonderful and we spent all our dinners there. It was so nice and relaxing! The main inconvenient was the fact the apartment is very warm. Probably the Air Conditioning is not powerful enough for hot summer weather. During our stay mid of August, it was even not possible to stay in the Kitchen located in the first floor of the apartment, it was too hot. Ideas of improvement: Make the air conditioning more powerful. Also it would be good to unfreeze the fridge. Except those small issues, we spent 3 lovely days here and I would recommend this nice apartment.

We love staying in this apartment! The views were incredible. The location to all of the central places you would want to visit was also great. You did have to climb a lot of stairs, but luckily we could handle it. Because you climbed the stairs, you were rewarded with incredible views!

This was a great spot for a family of 3! The bed was comfortable and the pullout couch worked just fine for our daughter. We were there during a heat wave, so the air conditioning was a huge perk (although it doesn't reach the kitchen area upstairs). The hosts were very communicative and helpful, but check-in was with a lockbox, which was the best of both worlds – it was nice not to have coordinate our arrival time too carefully. It's a short uphill walk from the train station, but it's more than worth it for the views from the balconies, and to be a little removed from the hubbub.

Excellent apartment with balconies and a great view over Riomaggiore. On third floor so plenty of stairs but worth it for the view. Host was very helpful throughout our stay. Great location to visit all the Cinque Terre and Lucca.

Very good stay, enjoyed the terraces with seating and views of the sea. Beds comfortable, nice bathroom and shower. Cooking in the kitchen was important to us, but the upstairs where the kitchen and 1 bathroom was was completely un-useable as it was boiling hot before even turning the stove on - no flow through breeze from outside, no air conditioner, and a sad fan that barely worked. Listing should note it's a steep walk from the train/ferry and then another 4 flights of narrow stairs to the property - if my parents were traveling with us this time they would absolutely not have been able to make the trek.

Host was helpful and shared information before arriving (including pictures and videos). We were extremely disappointed that the listing didn't match what was there. The apmt had 2 plug in fans, and one wall air conditioner. Only one of the fans produced COLD air (but didn't cool the room). The second fan didn't work. The wall air conditioner, you only felt cool (not cold) air if you held your hand to the unit. We were hot and sweaty, and didn't get any "A/C relief" during our stay in July. When we woke up in the morning, outside was cooler than inside. We opened the windows one night, but there was no wind, so the apmt was still hot, hot, hot. The host tried to fix the fans and air conditioner, but was unsuccessful.

We were there during a heat wave, so the air conditioning was a huge perk (although it doesn't reach the kitchen area upstairs). The hosts were very communicative and helpful, but check-in was with a lockbox, which was the best of both worlds – it was nice not to have coordinate our arrival time too carefully. It's a short uphill walk from the train station, but it's more than worth it for the views from the balconies, and to be a little removed from the hubbub.

My husband and I recently spent four days exploring the towns of Cinque Terre. This lovely, two floor apartment, high above the town was the perfect home base for us. It was quiet, clean and had a well-equipped kitchen for home cooked breakfast before the days’ hikes began. We particularly loved the three balconies! Wonderful for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The host was lovely and responsive and even came to our aid quickly when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment!

We enjoyed our stay in Riomaggiore! Such a quaint town! The check in instructions were very thorough. We loved sitting on the two balconies and watching the sunset! Lots of stairs to work off all the gelato! Go see the castle with amazing views!

Excellent location but be prepared to walk uphill and upstairs. 2 verandas give you terrible views!The bed could be firmer but also a personal preference for us. The host was the most helpful of any Vrbo we’ve ever rented! Perfect check-in instructions for an old historic village which can be confusing sometimes. Fully stocked kitchen.

Great location, updated apartment. Easy to get between towns using the train. Nice restaurants. Make sure you are able to walk up hills and steep stairs. It is a 4 story walk-up. Difficult if you have large luggage. Parking is also tricky if you have a car.

My husband and I stayed here in July. It was our first visit to Cinque Terre. The place is great. We were there in the middle of a crazy heat wave and the a/c kept us comfortable. The host was communicative and responded when we had a couple minor issues. The apartment is conveniently located steps away from the main town center, and we were able to walk with our bags easily from the train station. I would recommend this place, we got a lot of value for our money!!!

Excellente situation au cœur du village mais au calme malgré tout . Appartement très agréable et bien équipé. Il est situé au dernier étage de l’immeuble avec un escalier bien raide. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer et le village . La climatisation est très appréciée . La communication avec la personne qui gère la location est très facile par WhatsApp. Elle envoie toutes les photos pour l’accès ,le parking et la localisation de l’appartement. Concernant le parking, il faut se garer le long de la route sinueuse qui arrive au village(il y a des navettes pour les personnes et les bagages) sinon Il y a un parking payant mais attention 35 € par jour et places très limitées (premier arrivé premier servi) Sinon possibilité de venir en train depuis la Spezia . On récupère les clés dans une boîte à clef , le code nous étant envoyé par Whatsapp. La circulation entre tous les villages est hyper facile en quelques minutes avec le train.Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. c’est magnifique !

My husband and I just stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Cinque Terre. The location is ideal for checking out all 5 towns. It’s also not too much of a walk from the train station. The suite itself is clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this suite to anyone!

Cinque Terra is amazing. The apartment was very clean & accommodating. Plenty of room. Loved having access to a washing machine to get caught up on laundry. Such a darling town! The communication from the manager was great, directions to the apartment was great. The only downside- it’s up a steep hill, & lugging suitcases was not fun. Also- 4 flights of stairs! Just be ready for that!

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the ocean. It's so peaceful without cars outside, you just hear noises of people and kids walking around or dining out. The apartment was very nice with 3 terraces and a kitchen.
