It was a great place to stay. Not in city center but a easy taxi ride into the city. Staff was wonderful! Front desk arranged all our taxi requests. Nice parking area in front of hotel. Good buffet breakfast, a variety of foods and beverages.

Como sempre faço em minhas estadias, solicito um quarto em andar alto e longe dos elevadores por causa dos barulhos, como o hotel so tem 1 andar, meu quarto foi bem longe dos elevadores, porém não pegava internet talvez por ser muito longe, reclamamos por 3x seguidas em nossas diárias, não fomos atendidos em nenhuma das 3 reclamações, os funcionários só diziam que iriam ver e resolver, porém não foi resolvido, o café da manhã oferecido é OK, nada demais, reposição lenta dos itens oferecidos, qualquer coisa que não tenha no buffet é cobrado à parte, buffet bem simples, o conforto do quarto é ok, a cama é daquelas juntadas 2 de solteiro, fica afastando e é bem barulhenta ao se mexer, a limpeza do quarto é boa, não é muito espaçoso mas pelo custo benefício é bom. Ponto positivo é o estacionamento grátis e acesso às principais entradas e saídas da cidade e restaurantes próximos.

The location was a short distance to town but not walkable due to the right roadways. We took cabs to all of our destinations after an uphill walk to our first destination (Siena is built on top of the hill). The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting wineries to tour. The only downside was the room and bathroom size. To sit on the toilet the shower doors needed to be opened up and there was no space in the main room to sit even tho there were 2 chairs provided.

O atendimento foi excelente. A recepcionista Maddalena, em especial, foi bastante atenciosa. O hotel é uma ótima opção para quem está de carro, pois no centro da cidade não há onde estacionar. Entretanto, para os pontos turísticos, você terá que ir de carro e deixá-lo em um dos estacionamentos no centro histórico que te cobram 2 euros por hora.

Mooi hotel, aan de rand van het centrum met voldoende gratis parkeerplek. Erg behulpzaam personeel, we hadden de ebike stuk maar het personeel heeft ons super geholpen . Ontbijt: voldoende en vers maar op z’n Italiaans.

O atendimento foi excelente. A recepcionista Maddalena, em especial, foi bastante atenciosa. O hotel é uma ótima opção para quem está de carro, pois no centro da cidade não há onde estacionar.
