The hotel was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was nice nothing special, but it had all the basics and we enjoyed it every morning. We stayed during a period of extreme heat (30-40°C), and unfortunately the rooms became very hot both during the day and at night. The hotel only had fans instead of air conditioning, which made it difficult to stay comfortable in those temperatures. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend the hotel, but it may not be the best choice during a heat wave due to the lack of air conditioning.

In general the area did not feel safe. Many homeless and alcoholics. Extremely hot and humid room. No fan or air condition in the room. Could not open windows due to extreme traffic noise. No fridge in the room either. Main elevator was really slow. Breakfast was nice.

Nice clean and comfortable room with a great shower and fantastic breakfast. Very nice staff. It was not the best location for what we wanted to do, but it was still good to move around Kassel. It was a €12 Euro ride from Wilhemshöhoe Bahnhof, which is not bad. Great if you want to spend a night in Kassel.
