Sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeit

Peggiore struttura in cui sono stato, non capisco come Expedia possa averli nel suo sistema.ci hanno dato un appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore. La struttura era pessima e con pezzi mancanti in cucina. Il bagno non era ben pulito ma la cosa peggiore è stata che ci avevano detto che ci avevano riservato il parcheggio e invece non avevano posto. Stessa cosa è successa alla coppia prima di noi e pensate che a Stoccarda il parcheggio esterno costa 5,5 euro l'ora! Finché attendevamo per sapere se potevamo parcheggiare dentro e lasciargli le chiavi è scesa una cliente lamentandosi che la camera non era pulita e c'erano gli asciugamani sporchi. Ultima cosa, la wifi non funzionante. State lontani da questa struttura!

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr viele Dinge sind defekt. Dusche Wasser läuft nicht ab, Vorhang ist aus den Schienen raus, Rollo am Fenster defekt. Der Hotel Parkplatz ist mit 20€ pro Tag sehr teuer.

A lovely hotel. Lack of AC was a problem one night, but once we got the fans positioned it wasn’t bad. Great location. Breakfast was amazing and with the cost. Parking was easy and always found a spot. The hotel is in a great location.

Chambres spacieuses, rénovées, propres. Sanitaires impeccables. Points forts : hôtel possédant un parking et tres bien situé. A 10mn à pied du centre.

L'emplacement de l'hotel est ideal car au centre et proche de tout à pied. parking pratique 20euros en sus, nous avons ete logés dans un grand appartement independant correct et confortable au 2 etage sans ascenseur(en panne) pas de clim (en panne) mais 3 ventilateurs plus que necessaire pour la chaleur de la nuit. Petit bemol (cela ne nous a oas vraiment dérangé mais il faut etre informé qu'une boite de nuit est accolée à limmeuble f Donc un bruit trés sourd a peine perceptible durant la nuit.. Pour une nuit c'est correct.

Nicely situated on the edge of Stuttgart’s main shopping and hospitality district. The receptionist was polite and helpful. Secure parking to the rear of the hotel. Our room on the top (5th) floor had a small balcony with views of the city. Room was clean with all the necessary facilities. Bathroom was a bit tired and is due for some care and repair. Lovely breakfast in the ground floor dining room

Für Business Trips nicht geeignet. Amex kreditkarten werden nicht akzeptiert. Fahrstuhl war defekt und trotzdem wird ein Zimmer im 5.OG zugeordnet.

Das Hotel ist in den 80er Jahren stehengeblieben, Badezimmer völlig veraltet. Lift geht nur in Zwischenstockwerken d.h man muss den Koffer einen halben Stock tragen. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

Stairs. So. Many. Stairs. I had fairly heavy luggage so this was irritating. Once checked in, you have to go down a few stairs to get to the lift. The lift stops between floors (a mezzanine) so there are more stairs to go up or down, depending, to get to your room! The room looked flimsy but it's a place to sleep in and it fulfilled that minimal function.

The room was very dirty and very dated, it had plasters from previous guests on the walls, marks that look like poo on the walls, black mould in the bathroom. Floor were unsafe and uneven by the entrance of the door way into the room. No lift access so hard to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. Staff were okay by saying good morning every time we entered the reception but poor welcoming when checking in and no explanation of where the room is etc. the hotel and the bedroom smelt of cigarettes even when the windows were closed and we were not near the reception entrance to be able to smell it. Beds were very uncomfortable!

Als wir um 14:30 Uhr ankamen gab man uns den Schlüssel zum Appartement. Als wir hineinkamen war noch nichts gereinigt. Alle Überbleibsel der Vorgänger waren noch dort. Leere Flaschen, benutztes Bettzeug, dreckiges Bad…

Sauberkeit ist dort kein Thema. Schimmel in der Dusche, Haare im Bett und im Bad auf dem Boden. Kaputter Rolladen, schmutziger Stuhl, defekte Duscharmatur, verkohlte Tischplatte. Und Personal, was im Treppenhaus und an der Rezeption nicht "guten Tag" sagen kann. Für einen Besuch in Stuttgart nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Zimmer ist eine Zumutung. Tisch war dreckig von irgendeiner Flüssigkeit. Das selbe auf der Kofferablage. Sockelleisten im ganzen Zimmer fallen gefühlt fast ab. In jeder Ecke sind Spinnenweben. Türklinke hat geklebt, so dass mein Freund sie nicht anfassen wollte. Duschkopf voll mit Rotschimmel.. habe mich geekelt überhaupt zu duschen. Toilettensitz lose. Gardinen eklig. Wäre ich als Frau alleine dort gewesen, hätte ich sofort wieder ausgecheckt. Wohl fühlen kann man sich in dem Hotel nicht.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich ab gewohnt. Von den Betten über die Räume bis hin zu dem Kaffeegeschirr. Alles uralt und schmuddelig. Es riecht in allen Räumen nach kaltem Rauch. Circa im Frühstücksraum. Dieses Hotel kann auf keinen Fall empfohlen werden.

Das Zimmer hatte Schimmel an den Fenster, die Betten schmutzig und voller roten Flecken!! Personal war demontiert! Für den Preis kann man -zig bessere Hotels finden!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean & warm and bathroom is super spacious. Bed is comfy BUT… a double room advertised as a queen is not two singles pushed together with a 2 inch gap caused by the bed bases! I read the bathroom ventilation was noisy and it really is… until about 11pm. We faced the carpark and there was constant noise from there too. For the price we paid, it was all ok but we wanted to rebook and it is 1.35 times more expensive on the app for the next night. Over a hundred bucks, I’d say go elsewhere!

Das Zimmer war Sauber. Alles hat funktioniert (Rolladen, Lichte, Dusche, WC, TV) Bei den Türe und Wende sieht man schon, dass sie bald eine Renovierung brauchen.

Where to start… we booked the family room which is not located in the hotel. It’s around the corner above a night club. The bathroom was newly renovated and the only thing besides the linens that were clean. The plugs aren’t secure and when I plugged in my charger, it sparked and killed my charger. The tv doesn’t work and the wifi wasn’t useful.

Everything was fine despite the fact that I’d paid for a double bed and was put in a room with two single beds and was told to just push them together.

Thin walls & extremely loud ventilation. You can hear even the ventilation from the rooms near by. You also hear music & feel vibration from a club that's in the same street. If you want to have a quiet night/sleep at least a little bit, choose a different hotel.

We stayed here for a quick couple nights, as I was doing work in the area. For the price, this is a great hotel!! It is within walking distance to all the cool restaurants and attractions in Stuttgart. There is a police substation/parking area nearby, so feels super safe. My girlf. loved the comfy beds and shower (and balcony too :) ONLY complaint is the internet can come and go

NO AC. Hotel was old and dingy. Nothing was nice about this hotel.

Las habitaciones tiene un aspecto antiguo aunque hay elementos modernizados. Baño antiguo y lo peor es que no tienen Aire acondicionado. Durante nuestra estancia hacía mucho calor y la opción de los ventiladores era muy ruidosa. Estábamos de paso y solo la usamos una noche para dormir, llegamos tarde y salimos temprano. Muy buena comunicación con el centro, apenas 7 minutos caminando.

Property was okay, not amazing. It’s a bit rough. No A/C makes for some hot nights if the temperature is above 20 Celsius. Staff were nice and helpful. Location wise is excellent with S-bahn and U-bahn trains with 2 minute walk. Lots of bars and restaurants close by too

Le WiFi fonctionnait à peine dans ma chambre, ce qui était très gênant. De plus, c’était très bruyant : il y avait constamment du passage juste sous la fenêtre de ma chambre, ce qui ne mettait pas à l’aise. Le pire reste le petit-déjeuner : il était inclus, mais personne ne me l’a dit. On m’a même laissé croire qu’il coûtait 16 €, ce qui est trop pour une étudiante. J’ai donc dû aller manger ailleurs. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, surtout pour les jeunes ou les voyageurs avec un budget limité. ---- Ich bin Französin und reise durch mehrere große Städte in Deutschland. Leider war mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Astoria bisher der schlechteste. Das WLAN hat in meinem Zimmer kaum funktioniert – sehr unpraktisch. Außerdem war es sehr laut: Direkt unter dem Fenster meines Zimmers war ständig viel los, was kein angenehmes Gefühl vermittelt hat. Am enttäuschendsten war das Frühstück: Es war offenbar inklusive, aber niemand hat mir das gesagt. Stattdessen dachte ich, es koste 16 €, was für eine Studentin zu teuer ist. Ich musste also woanders frühstücken. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen – besonders nicht für junge Leute oder Reisende mit kleinem Budget.

Nice room, 24 hour check in desk very helpful

I booked for one night through Expedia and paid. I called the front desk 2 hours before arriving if I can check in immediately and the answer was yes. When I arrived front desk told me that they are booked out and I need to go to another hotel 2km away. Then finally I got the room key. That was not a pleasant experience after i paid for the room, and verified that I can move in being told 11pm in the night that I need to go to another hotel.

24時間対応というフロントにチェックイン時に人が誰もいない（10分ぐらい待たされた）。カーテンが壊れている、帰宅したら寒い日にも関わらず部屋の窓が開けっぱなしになっていたなど、あまり良い印象は受けなかった。

Nice stay, friendly staff

La atención fue excelente! Nos trataron de ayudar en todo, aún y con la diferencia de idioma, incluso después de hacer el check in nos permitieron guardar el equipaje hasta la noche. La ubicación es muy buena porque a la vuelta está la estación del metro, a una parada de la estación central, incluso se puede ir caminando por la calle principal que está a 10 minutos, me pareció un lugar muy seguro. El desayuno se paga adicionalmente pero vale la pena porque es basto y rico. La habitación es básica y estaba un poco manchada de las paredes, pero limpia, moderna y práctica. El baño bastante amplio. Lo recomiendo si buscas algo práctico y céntrico.

Es gibt von mir leider nur 1 Stern, da ich das überteuerte Hotel (ca.190€)im Zentrum gebucht habe. Wegen einem Wasserschaden wurde mir ein anderes Hotel angeboten, was ca. 25min entfernt vom Standort war. Das Hotel war nicht in der Lage ein Taxi zu übernehmen oder einen Nachlass zu geben. Es kam nur ein Anruf und ohne Bye zu sagen wurde einfach aufgelegt. Das andere Hotel war 650m entfernt aber die waren netter. Als ich nach dem Preis schaute gab es ab 46€ . Sowas ist absolut no go. Wünsche jedem einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel wer sich ein Tag in Stuttgart gönnt.🙂

Nice room, very close to main square and amenities

The construction 🚧 is just behind the window. Woke me up at 8AM while I wanted to have a day off. However I understand that this is out of the hotel control.

Pictures look too good than what you see when you get there. I wasn't expecting a 5* hotel, I travel quite often and seen hotel of all types. I booked a non-smoking room and it seemed there was a ventilation issue and somehow smoke and cigarette smell was coming into my room from the bathroom, probably from another smoking room upstairs. I was only there for 2 nights, but if I had stayed longer I would have asked for an room change. After some hours the bathroom smell awful and even the towels smell like cigarettes. Additionally, and although my room had the "no smoking sticker" on the mirror, there were several cigarette marks on the curtains. So definitely that had been a smoking room... The whole hotel is now in front of a construction area, so there were construction noises from early morning. Not to say that if you are so unlucky as me and get noisy and drunk people in the room door you won't be able to sleep. The walls are like paper. I think it's something the hotels should tell people in advance. Something as a small message when you are booking the room telling you that the hotel is in a construction street and there might be noise. The hotel rooms are old, but it's quite clean and nice. The rooms and mainly the bathrooms could be upgraded. I still don't understand how you can offer a queen size bed and have no sheets to cover the full bed... I woke up in the middle of the night and I was literally sleeping on the mattress. Therefore, I would not go back.

My stay was amazing. Location was great. Nice room and breakfast was great. I definitely would recommend staying here for the christmas market. I had a good time n Stuttgart.

The room was comfortable enough; we had booked for a family of three - two adults and a teenager so were very amused to find a cot made up in the room on arrival as well as a sofa bed and the normal double. No facilities to make our own drinks and only a vending machine downstairs was a negative. Very centrally located, easy to get to the HBF, cafes and main square. Our weekend stay was over a hot summer weekend and necessitated sleeping with the windows wide open. Unfortunately, on the Saturday night it was so noisy with people going home from the bars etc that we didn’t sleep well at all. I think it was finally quiet at 6am. Not the hotel’s fault at all but something to be mindful of if a good night’s sleep is what is required.

Everything was ok, very good breakfast

The price was good. Nothing bad to say about it but would be would be bumped up a star for a refresh of the shower walls and light fixtures needing to be resecured. Was clean. Lobby and common areas seemed nice. I'm aware of breakfast buffet being available and a coffee machine in the lobby but a kettle and coffee making facilities in the room would be nice.

Personal waren alle sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft war gut. Vor dem Hotel ist eine unansehnliche Baustelle, das Bad würde eine Renovierung vertragen und am meisten enttäuscht hat das das Frühstück nicht inklusive war sondern separat 12,50 € gekostet hätte

Waren über das woe dort. Hatten keknerlei Probleme im Hotel. Das Frühstück war besser als erwartet und alle sehr freundlich

La chambre était confortable et propre. Le petit-déjeuner était très frugal.
