Leider war der Sauna-Bereich nicht mit inklusive und müsste extra bezahlt werden.

Hotel gut, Personal ausgezeichnet! Parkplatzsituation nicht gut. Parkplätze sind für Pkw's, aber nicht für übergroße Sprinter angelegt, die fast täglich parken. Die belegen grundsätzlich 2 Parkplätze, manche sind so dreist und stellen sich quer über 3 Plätze und das Hotel unternimmt nichts. Ganz schlecht!

Der Empfang war perfekt (Amira??)und alles lief super. Fitness ist ausbaufähig aber für eine Übernachtung ausreichend. Insgesamt engagiertes Personal. Wir kommen wieder!

Parkmöglichkeiten sind eine einzige Katastrophe. Die vielen Sprinter-Lieferwagen nehmen fast immer 2 PKW-Parkplätze weg. Das muss vom Hotel unterbunden werden.

CONS: • Gym charge per day €10 - never seen it anywhere before - that shoudl be clearly mentioned in ‚facilities’ • No alternative (only vending machine) and no ability to order any food or drink e.g. coffee throughout the day - when I asked about coffee by the bar I have been told restaurant works from 5pm… - so no service • limited breakfast options; mainly unhealthy - lots of sweets and breads, no fresh vegetables or fish, no decent juices - only artificial from the machine PROS: • quiet • windows open so you get some fresh air • comfortable bed Overall : This hotel doesn’t seem customer friendly. Decent and clean, but won’t ever stay again.

Friendly staff and nice rooms Parkibg bit expensive

Klimaanlage hatte in beide Zimmer nicht funktioniert, und denn zweiten abend gab es kein Parkplatz mehr abwohl wir bei der Ankunft für 2 tage bezahlt hatten. Sonst gute Anbindung zu Autobahn und freundliche service.

17 € Parkgebühren für Hotelgäste ?

U-Bahnhof ist 7 min entfernt zu Fuß. Sonst ist Hotel von gröseren straßen umgeben. Nicht optimal.zu erreichen. Die Bar hat hohe Preise für Standard Getränke. Frühstück ergiebig und passt

Attentive, polite staff; well-maintained property with spacious, clean rooms. Hotel offers bar, restaurant, sauna and fitness room. Just know there are no shops, bars, or restaurants nearby. But if you need to be close to the Berlin airport the night before a flight, as I did, then this is the perfect place to stay. The Schönefeld S-Bahn is just a five minute walk away and will get you to the airport within 10 minutes.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft

The online check-in was very handy. The room was clean and of great quality. I didn't hear noise from outside even though it's next to a big road and close to the airport. The only thing is I didn't get any guidance for check out. So I had to wait in a long queue but found out they I was able to leave my card key somewhere on the reception table after seeing someone do it.

Sauber und schön

Stayed at this property in January and was satisfied so booked for a week beginning last week. No Air Conditioning even though it is listed as an amenity. Called the Front Desk on a Saturday and she said it is to be repaired and to open the window. Six days later still no a/c and the ventilation is so poor in the room that it's like sleeping in a park in Hawaii.

You had to become a member in a consumer club to use the WiFi, which is idiotic, it's supposed to be for everyone who stays there, without an additional requirement to become a member. There were no visible staff at arrival in the evening, had to check in on an automat. They're supposed to do that when I paid for the experience of a hotel stay. I wanted to tell the cleaning staff that we were staying in the room a bit longer and they could return later, but they only spoke Vietnamese, and were thus impossible to communicate with. There was a kettle in the room, and that's better than there being no kettle, but I'd in that case expect some tea bags or instant coffee powder in the room, which there weren't. The positive thing is that it's overall clean and fresh, and the location is great when wanting to live only a seven minute train ride from the airport. Would perhaps return when there's a need to live in that area again, but I'm not exactly thrilled about it.

No easy internet access

Arrived quite late on what had been a warm and humid day in Berlin, was really looking forward to a nice cool room, and was hopeful staff would have made sure the a/c was running for my arrival. So not pleased to find a very warm room. I immediately set it running and looked forward to a drop in the temperature. It dropped a bit but not much, I called reception and they said a/c was broken but "don't worry" as it should be fixed tomorrow. Very bad answer when I am struggling to sleep, in the end I opened the window and had to put up with all night traffic noise! Mentioned this to staff and my extreme dismay after a totally rubbish night’s sleep. I requested a free breakfast which I got (thank you) but a more appropriate thing would be a voucher for a free night (with working a/c) in the future! But why was a guest not warned in advance the a/c was not working, I would then at lese have tried to book elsewhere!

The room was wonderful and quiet. We just couldn’t get the AC to work in the room. It wouldn’t cool down.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn Gäste nach 22 Uhr anreisen ist es sehr laut wenn die Türen schließen. Das Kopfkissen war sehr schmal und klein. Schuhanzieher war nicht vorhandenen. Die Parkplatz Gebühren sollten mit angegeben werden um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden.

The Intercity hotel is located at a convenient distance from the airport - although it is still a short train ride to Schonfeld, and a short walk from the train station. The room is basic but has everything one needs. I wish though that they had coffee/tea packets, which are required by most customers.

The property itself was okay. It was clean and tidy, however the self check in machine didn't work so you had to go to the front desk anyway which rendered it pointless. The man at reception wasn't very friendly. The cleanliness was good but that's about it. The area around it hasn't got anything going on, and it's a 10 minute walk from the train station which if you're someone with mobility issues like me it's not good. I needed to cancel one of the nights I would be staying as my flight got rearranged and Expedia were unable to get in contact with the hotel at all.

This location didn't offered Uber pick up options, it was seriously understaffed, the check-in kiosks didn't work, the property looked new but felt dingy. I would not stay at this proper again and would strongly consider against any future stays at InterCity properties.

It seems you need to read the small prints to have a tea bag in the room. I checked in at 11pm and got up Sunday at 7, saw the kettle and cups, searched for the tea bag. But none? Strange, rang reception and was told I need to pay for breakfast downstairs to avail of tea. This was 'abolished' by the new Shanghai owner and anyway she could not help being only 3 months here. And also she said I was rude and hung up on me. Now, I would have said if I was alone at reception to come down and I would have provided any guest asking with some tea bags on a Sunday morning but this is obviously a choice. She was very unfriendly and could not think of a helpful solution. It was the worst experience I had in a hotel for many years. So, I am not coming back and voiced that, too but it seemed she did not care. I later got tea bags from the trolley upstairs. Simple? Well, the person neither spoke German nor English, I did not try French. He was kind and when pointing to the package of tea bags he provided me with two for next morning. I was too shy to ask for milk but did not see any anywhere. If a hotel starts saving on the tea facility is it not a bit of a desperate attempt then? I don't need the fancy tea from downstairs (that is not eco-friendly by the way with it's non compostable plastic bags) but some simple tea, any tea please on a Sunday at 7 in the morning in this rather remote location. This is another point by the way. On the map I did not see that this was at the old airport...

Paid for conjoining rooms. Upon checking in and was told they do not have any conjoining rooms. Receptionist was rude and rushed us away. Was told "we could find a new hotel if it was such a big deal." Hotel parking was not validated, it was €17 each day.

Well, I thought this place would serve my purpose, as I only needed a place to sleep in before my flight. Didn't happen, as the cleaning lady just barged in to the room at 9AM without even knocking. On the 5th floor they did the same to my friend. There is a knowledge in reception who is still in the house, USE IT! Also, never been in a hotel room that is so COLD. The heater did nothing. Breakfast was minimal and only half of coffee and juice machines were in use, so I Waited forever for my coffee.

Staff walked in to my room 2 separate times without knocking for no apparent reason. They would just immediately say “sorry” when they saw I was in there. There is no microwave in the room. No complimentary coffee, tea, water. The rooms are tiny and hot. The AC did not work properly. This hotel is located right beside the train track so prepare yourself for the loudness of that.

Isolated! There's no restaurants and shops of any kind within walking distance.

Good rate for a nice hotel close to airport. It’s only two stops on S Bahn.

Listing said that building was in subway station - and that there was a shuttle to the airport - both of which were not true. It is a short walk to the train and then a few stops to the airport.

It is a very clean hotel, close to the airport and S-bahn station (5 min walk). Very convenient for short stay or for whom who likes to be close to airport

Bien comme hôtel. Par contre il faut faire attention car Il y a 2 hôtel Intercity près de l’aéroport. Celui-ci est le plus loin.

Non e un hotel che serve il Nuovo l’aeroporto di Berlino! E stato costruito Per il vecchio ! Per i Nuovi terminal ci sono Due fermate della metro o 20 euro di Taxi! L’hotel e normale Per quanto costa!

Ist definitiv kein Airporthotel. War es vielleicht mal als T5 noch offen war. Es wird mit 8 bis 10 min zum Flughafen geworben…bitte etwas mehr Ehrlichkeit. Mit Koffern ca. 15min bis zum S Bahnhof. Der Fußweg dorthin ist furchtbar…ein Killer für die Räder der Koffer. 2 Stationen mit der S Bahn…Berlin…gefühlte Dauerdurchsage „es kommt zu Unregelmäßigkeiten“ 1Stunde bis zum Flughafen. Na ja dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Das nächste mal schaue ich genauer auf die Lage.

I walked in to the real airport hotel to check in. I found I had to take a taxi to the second intercity hotel on the other side of the airport. Not happy at 11pm having arrived on a Ryan air flight. Not clear and I will inform on social media. This hotel needs a warning to potential customers that it is a taxi ride away costing at least 25 euros! I wont be returning there.

Gesamt gesehen ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Nicht sind die übertriebenen Getränkepreise an der Hotelbar. Für ein Glas Wein werden über 10 Euro verlangt.

The rooms were nice and clean. The bed really good. But the breakfast was terrible, there was only boiles eggs, fried eggs and beans, no sussages ect. Really not very interesting breakfast.

Staff were neither friendly nor helpful. Room was booked for two people but bed had only one pillow and one small duvet on it. There was an electric kettle to boil water but no tea bags or anything like it. Upon inquiry, we were told that tea bags are available for purchase. No coffee maker in room. After checking in, we booked a taxi to get to the airport early the next morning. It arrived early but the front desk clerk did not let us know although we were the only ones in the lobby waiting for a taxi. Restaurant was quite expensive. We stayed at a better hotel downtown where the hotel restaurant was better and cheaper and the service stellar. There was a flyer in the room advertising the pizza in the restaurant and although pizza was on the menu, the server said they did not have any.

On the face of it you get what you pay for. A descent room in the middle of nowhere close to the airport. Fine, that I was expecting but there was no food to be found in the entire hotel. Breakfast was abysmal, basically just a sandwich with ham and cheese, restaurant was closed for lunch and when we went for dinner at 19 the kitchen was closed. What? Was it ever open? Yes, you could get a pre-cooked meal from the microwave. If you plan on you know, eating, stay elsewhere. If you are planning on just crashing and then flying then sure, why not.

Excellent hotel. Automated check in. Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Close to the airport by 2 train stops.

I ate there twice. First I had 2 boiled eggs so the morning guy only charged me for a childs plate, but they must have changed it . They were cold and slightly green around the yolk. The steak dinner was the worst. It wasn't cooked right and when it came back it tasted like old nasty grease and I vomited on my plate and in the bathroom. My drinks and everything came back up. Sunday night I had a tequila surprise which the same waiter that served my steak made and instead of layering it he put it in a shaker and it wasn't right. I wasn't able to eat all weekend. I ordered out for a pizza on Sunday night but my stomach was still not right so I had 3 bites and packed it in a Ziploc bag and brought it to my next place which so far is very nice 👍👍
