It was exactly what I was looking for. Needed a place to stay during a long drive and I wanted it close to the highway. (You can’t get any closer) Plenty of dining options nearby and of course a Walmart to pick up any needed items. Staff were friendly, pool was open until nine and breakfast was perfect to get our day started. Had no issues sleeping even with the hotel being right off the interstate.

Nice enough room, spacious. Bed was fine. Nice pool. Road noise is obvious. There were cigarette butts everywhere on the outside stairs and landing. Breakfast was ok and the coffee was reasonably strong.

Right off the highway; if headed W on I-30, then you need to immediately get over to the right because the entrance is right when you can merge onto the frontage road. If headed E on I-30, you go around a bunch of side streets to get there. It's 2 stories, no elevator, slightly dated, but clean. You will probably hear highway traffic, but its not too bad. Rooms are cleaner and in good shape compared to many of the rooms I've stayed in. Beds are very comfortable, pillow-top. Have microwaves and decent sized fridges (not a dorm room box/cube), but not always a freezer.

For context, this was a quick stay as we were traveling to another destination. It was conveniently located off the freeway, quiet, and felt safe as the complex was well lit. Check in was easy and the clerk was courteous and helpful. Motor Inn style- room doors opened directly outside so you can pull right outside your room if you were located on the first floor. Room was dated but clean. If you like a soft bed, you found your zen place. Breakfast can be rated as a “free breakfast”; something to get you going but not much more to say. Nothing about this place is extraordinary but it served its purpose well- clean, convenient, cost effective. It is pet friendly and a relief area was accessible with complementary waste bags. If passing through, I would consider this an option again.

Staff was super nice. There is blood splattered on the wall in the bathroom and hair on floor, toilet and shower. It was late and we just needed sleep. Left early in the morning. Not very clean and smells like an ash tray

I had a nonsmoking room and it still reeked of smoke. My friend had a room next door and hers smelled worse. We got there at 10pm and waited 45 minutes to check in when there were only 2 groups ahead of us. The room felt dirty just because of how old it is, although the carpet definitely was dirty. Pretty sure there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The only positive thing I have to say is the pillows were comfortable. Overall would not recommend.

The room was clean, neat, and smelled great. The door to the room we had was outside, but once the room door was closed, it was. I didn't hear any highway noise at all. Very grateful for that after a long day of driving. The bed was comfortable and the Breakfast was excellent. Way more variety than I had expected. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and toppings, toast and jelly, and even different fruit yogurts and fresh fruit too. As well as COFFEE! I can't go without Coffee before I hit the road. Everything was clean and kept clean. I so appreciated that. Very pleasantly surprised. I will stay there again if I'm in that area again.

The only concern was there was hair all in the bathroom sink like someone shaved their beard (I hope it was a beard). Otherwise it was nice. The pool was good and the breakfast was wonderful

This properly hasn't been changed since the 70's. The bathroom tub was nasty. The tub had taken 1 hour to drain from my shower. There was leftover filth in it. There was leftover hair on the toilet and floor. There was mold all over the toilet and ceiling. The beds are hard and worn out. The couches had nasty leftovers on them. You know things can be worn out, but when you don't clean. That's just nasty.

The room felt and looked like it was a Motel 6 with signs that it is a Best Western. If i would have done my research better and looked at pictures online BEFORE booking, me and my children would not have stayed here. We felt unsafe with the room wentrances on the outside of building especially with the area appearing suspicious. The traffic from the highway was very loud and disrupted our sleep, as well as people hanging out outside of their rooms partying or talking loudly. I had to call the front desk 2x to intervene, as i did not want to confront these individuals myself for fear of the safety of my kids. Mind you, this was at the beginning of the night and again at 3am. So, suffice to say, we did not sleep and were not well rested for the rest of our 13hr drive the next day. The staff was nice and the breakfast was up to the standard of other Best Westerns we have stayed at but the property choice was poor. I would not stay here again.

The room was clean and the bedding very comfortable. The staff we encountered were friendly, efficient, and helpful. For being right on the highway, the room was quiet and we slept well. For the price, it was worth the value. Two things--the shampoo etc. seemed skimpy. Plus getting dinner was complicated as it meant with the highway. Although the clerk who checked us in said local places delivered, we tried several with no luck.

The ac unit has to have a bad thermostat. It wouldn’t come on until it said 64° and it was hot in the room. Even my wife was hot!!!

Just passing through and needed to sleep. The motel is older. It is right off the highway yet still quiet. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but it smelled like pool water and everything felt moist due to humidity. We slept fine. Did go to the breakfast, use the pool, fridge, or TV.

Friendly courteous service but the rooms need maintenance. We fixed the sink drain but outlets would not charge our phones or IPads. For some reason unknown to us the plug-in drained our iPhone 14 instead of charging and now we can’t get it to charge or turn on. I hope it’s not ruined. Have to take it in to Apple Store.

We did not stay there. Room was unoccupied. Yet i was charged for room. Per their policy they wouldn't refund my money. Be very SURE if you are unable to stay that your reservation is actually canceled. They were able to pocket $105 bucks just for having the room.

I called regarding a reservation made thru Expedia. The female that answered the phone was curt and rude because I was asking a question regarding the reservation. We could not get there because of road construction that would 2 hours to our drive. I was glad not to stay there.

From my check in to check out everything was great. The lady who checked me in was friendly and made me feel welcome. My room was clean and there were several places around to eat and shop. I was traveling on my own and felt safe in the hotel and the area. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The rooms are accessible from the outside only, like a motel, but we did have a designated parking space right next to the room, which was nice. The room was very noisy due to being right next to the freeway and poor noise cancelling windows facing that highway. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay, staff was great, and room was very clean and comfortable.

Hotel was very nice. Beds were comfy. Water pressure in the shower is great. Great Chanel selections. The TV had a strange look to the screen but I’m not sure why almost like a weird 3r look. It was a great hotel for the price. Breakfast is not very good. Everything was cold, we ended up eating breakfast out every day. Diner next door is really good.

As a single female I felt safe and comfortable including the safty of the cleanliness. The bed and pillows were wonderful and the towels were fresh, not over worn and soft. I slept like a baby. The eggs were terrible but included. I would rather see hard boiled eggs. Thank you
