Stayed 1 night

You might be better off sleeping in a vehicle. I realize this place is literally in the middle of nowhere & I mean literally nowhere. Wife & I were on a 900 mile road trip & after 8 hours of driving we decided to stop & stay at this establishment. The clerk was nice & check in was simple. She explained were my room was located which waa the second floor near the back area of the building. We then drove to the “back” area to unload & go to our room. As I rounded the corner there was a bench by the back door where a prostitute was orally servicing three guys. She jumped & they pulled there pants up. I continued driving & parked at the front door & unloaded from there. Once in the room it was utterly disgusting. A mat in tub was covered with hair as was the wall. The beds had yellow stains on the sheets. We made the best of it & checked out early in the morning. I have lived in the Middle East desert & was able to be more hygienic than this place. I would recommend a surveillance camera on the back door & better housekeeping.

Stayed 1 night

The room had no refrigerator and no iron for your clothes. Breakfast was nothing like expected. Parking was good and safe. The cost to stay should not have been as much.

This place is undergoing renovations. Unfortunately, it smells like paint. Additionally, there was left over construction dust all over the entrance to the room, making it seem unclean. The tub, toilet, beds, they were clean. Also it’s June and hot outside, but the pool was closed. On the other hand, the staff were all friendly, I felt safe, the property is nearby everything you need. Breakfast is toast and cereal, but they do have that. I’d say this is probably your best choice in Lake Village, and I hope it gets better. This place has a lot of potential.
