The pool was close and the property dirty

The bathroom fixtures, particularly, the shower head, were coming off the wall. Stained carpet. One wastebasket, No in-room coffee and the lobby coffee pot broken. Dirty pool and soap suds hot tub. Lamps in the room covered in ripped cellophane. Fridge freezing anything in it. Hard as a rock old, lumpy bed. Mold in bathroom. Chipped, stained toilet seat. Keys didn't work five times. The staff are great, but helpless. Never again will we stay there! BTW, the photos are not, at all, from this hotel. It's a dump!

All in all good stay the pool was a bit underwhelming.

Hotel room was not very cleaned, the cable on the tv was not coming in and also was not a smart tv to cast to it from smart phone. Beds were horrible uncomfortable and lady at the desk was so rude, wouldn't even let us have one more pillow for our kids since we didn't have enough. Pool was dirty with cigarette butts. Also pool and hot tub was ice cold, kept saying they were fixing it and never got to it. Another guest was there since Monday and told him the same thing but still isn't fixed. Also it said it had continental breakfast but all it had was coffee

I love it there but when we were there the jacuzzi was broken cause we wanted to go in that night but it was okay.would love to go back

Room was filthy, mold on the walls, stains on the comforter, grime in the corners. Maids kept coming around and pestering me after I told them multiple times I didn’t want my room cleaned that day. Even with how cheap the stay was it was still not worth it.

The check in was process was smooth and somewhat friendly, and the check out staff member Adriana was very friendly; and that’s the only positive thing that can be said about this property. The website description is NOTHING like what we just experienced, I took pictures of the black mold in the bathroom, the blood splattered walls, stained towels, filthy carpet, an unknown substance on the curtains, dirt crusted doors,l the cigarette burns on the sheets and the old torn pillows that were in our room, that was directly across from the “courtyard” where the the dead grass and a dried out dirty water fountain. The lobby is not accessible from the guest rooms side after 9pm to 6am, is what is posted on the door and the staff locked it before 8pm and wasn’t not happy about unlocking the door at 6:30am so I could access the, world’s smallest cup of coffee from a small pot of coffee that was only available in the mornings. I was approached by a strange man who was hanging out in the parking lot asking if I was his friend. The room above had what sounded like a domestic violence incident, and the pool was filled with trash and looked so murky like it had not been cleaned in sometime. The night staff on the second night was extremely rude, and disrespectful when I had to get my room fixed for the 2nd time that day, and slammed the lobby door in my face saying the lobby was closed and there were other people in the lobby that I believe live there. False advertising on this site.

As soon as we drove up to the entrance, there were random men in the parking lot. When I got out of the car they were making lude, disrespectful, and disgusting comments. We went it to the tiny entrance, ( which I am guessing is like that to keep out the vagrants and criminals) and signed in. If I didn’t already pay, I would have high tailed it right then. We went to see the room and it looked like the door was kicked in a few times. There was the stench of weed and cigarette smoke, and there was no way on god’s green earth was I sitting on that toilet, let alone sleeping in that bed. The whole place was nasty, dangerous and all in all a terrible “hotel”.

Much worse in person. Smells of urine on property. Room was dirty and smells of mildew looks like the only thing they clean or change is the bedding. Would never stay again.

It was so bad so so so so dirty everything blood on walls walls dirty mostly everthing dirty it was so so hot in room cooler out side . Wouldnt give us other room things on walls nasty nasty rooms

Saw numerous roaches...the internet never worked during my whole stay..light in vanity would keep shutting off ...very annoying..

Came in and you’d think they would take time to clean the room but bathtub and restroom in general was pretty much dirty. The moment you walk barefoot on the floor your feet are extra extra dirty as if they didn’t really take the time to sweep of mop. And another thing too is that shower and sink water weren’t hot. But it was alright I like how the rooms were outdoors and front desk is easy access. And that they were close to food place, grocery stores and even the gas station.

The room was filthy. The stairs smiled like pee and looked like someone was living under them. I did not see any roaches, but would not be surprised if one showed up. Do not recommend.

The floor was not vacuumed. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the bathroom counter was filthy. I wiped it with a towel and it was brown and a little black with dirt.

The room was large. Bed was comfortable. The tv needed some upgrading. I was not pleased with the lobby locking in the evening

Tv cable doesnt work most of the time, no remote in the room for the tv.

Door lock would not work. They tried 3 times with maintenance to fix it before giving us another room. Vending machines were out of order. Very noisy.

You’ll wake up 7 in the morning and thats if you got any sleep at all. Specially on the weekends.

Very old hotel with thin walls. Intruder lock was broken on door. TV was from 1999. Toilet is hobbit sized. Way too much water pressure. You can hear every room around you when they turn on a shower. Seriously, Phoenix could go a long way to fixing the water shortage by installing some pressure regulators.

Room clean and comfortable. Just old and only some of tv channels weren't fuzzy.

NOISY TRUCKS, CARS , MOTORCYCLES...COULD NOT SLEEP AT ALL!!

Spotty internet made watching the TV a bad experience

Room was fine, TV kept cutting out, the lock was missing on the door in room #242, otherwise good place to stay

The room was spacious &clean but the bathrooms need updating badly! And it was just LOUD, LOUD, LOUD

For the price we paid it wasn’t worth it. Not to mentioned we booked for 4 ppl and asked for 1 more towel because there was only 3. Receptionist told us we only get what we have in the room like how do they expect the other person to dry themselves. If you don’t mind all that then this place is for you. We requested non smoking and the room smelled nothing but cigarettes.

Our expectations were low. So… it wasn’t too bad! Biggest complaint was our room lock keycard never worked! Every. Single. Time. We had to get the front desk person to either reprogram or actually let us into the room. I thought considering the openness to the area, the pool area was relatively clean and tidy looking. Hot tub was working but not very clean. Room was mostly clean, and spacious.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff at check in did a great job - quick/efficient.

Probly not stay here again… our room smelt of drying paint, an you had to insert the room card over an over again to get it to unlock the door

The front desk attendant is so rude . I asked him a question if the they were any rooms with carpet flooring, he just looked at me and ignored completely.

I will be listing due to the sheer extent of the issues we faced here. Staff are extremely rude, socialise during their work hours and running around and laughing, leaving the reception and lobby empty of any staff with visitors’ personal belongings left out in the open for anyone to take. - filthy bedroom floor, to the point you can’t walk around barefoot or with socks as they are immediately dirty - no amenities except paper thin towels, a mini fridge and microwave but nothing to reheat food - wifi doesn’t work or is just extremely poor - we requested a late check out for 12pm and storage of our suitcases until our flight, at 11:52am we receive a call to our room that we need to leave now - no storage facility for our suitcases which meant they were left out in the lobby unattended at some points, the lady also made up a rule about only being able to store the suitcases until 3pm as apparently that’s when their lobby closes even though on the front door it clearly states the lobby is open until 6pm, we’ve stayed in many cheaper spots before and never had a limit - we asked for tickets to store our things as you would get in most other places, the woman mockingly stated no one would take our stuff despite witnessing them - extremely rude receptionists with no respect for you as a customer, our first night there was a long queue coming from the night window with people with complaints but they were too busy vaping and laughing to take care of customers

There was nothing I liked. This place is a dump. Sketchy area, old & run down hotel. Awful staff behind locked window, mandatory deposit that isn't disclosed. Rooms are sparse & gross, lock on the door was malfunctioning- I had to put a chair against it to feel safe enough to sleep. Shower/Tub was gross, holes in the pillows, no coffee maker in room, lobby is locked from 9pm to 9 am so no access to ANYTHING unless you drive off property. Screaming match in the parking lot that staff just ignored & never addressed. HORRIBLE experience. I would never bring children here. I would have felt safer & more rested if I would have stopped at a rest stop & slept in my car next to an alligator enclosure. Awful.

Requires an additional deposit, when using a third party booking site that takes care of all fees and deposits these places still try and collect an extra deposit

The staff is very helpful, parking and close to freeway is convenient

We selected this property for the price ..... clean enough for a quick in and out driving break. It's discouraging to see how expensive it is to stay in the "big name" hotel chains for just a few hours..... The area doesn't exactly spell SAFE; but there was a parking lot security guard and the staff was friendly and polite. We would go back if we planned to just pass through town quickly.

Liked it was close to the freeway

Property is dirty. A lot of drug addicts outside. Walked out and then was a lady outside high off her mind. A lot of prostitution going on as well. See a lot of women working and coming in and out of the place, they stand outside of the hotel by the Taco Bell to pick up guys and then they take them in to the room. Very unsafe spot to stay.

Homeless walking around guests cars and around rooms. Felt very unsafe.

WOULD NOT stay in THAT hotel again. The location in which it was is TERIBLE. It was surrounded by people that seemed shady. I went to a local restaurant i asked "why so many people hanging out" He replied those local "crackheads" are a nusiance.

Pretty much what I was expecting for a cheap motel room. We drove up to phoenix for a concert and then slept here one night and it was fine for that purpose. Bed and sheets were clean, staff was super nice, convenient restaurants in the same parking lot. Probably not the best area of town but I didn’t feel unsafe there at night. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. I would probably stay here again.

Location and price.

This place was horrible! We were put into the worst room in the place next to a utility room and busy lobby door. There was a car blocking the guest check-in area the entire stay. Area was unsafe and even the burger joint nearby had an armed security guard. The TV did not work and needed service. Carpet and bedding cover were dirty and there was only 1 trash can. Phone did not work, no USB ports, no coffee maker in room, no hair dryer. Had to go back twice to request the wifi password and desk staff was very rude. One small coffee pot in the lobby in the AM, no cups! I've been travelling for over 60 years and this was the WORST place I've ever seen for the price. EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED THAT HOTELS.COM has this trash on their list!

Close to restaurants and food chains

Overall, the stay wasn’t bad bed was comfortable.Floor could’ve been swept a little better outside wasn’t too bad across the street from a QT truckstop with restaurants around for convenience to walk to to get food.

The room didn't meet my expectations. First, there were couple of light fixtures were not operating. Fixtures were wobbly, loose and one missing lightbulb. Phone did not work, volume on tv kept going on and off, and picture would pause. Seen a weird scary looking bug on floor. And, last online said they had breakfast, and they didn't have that or Coffee @11:30 am. So very disappointed. Gave a two because it was quite during night. Otherwise, not sure if I'd go back there. Thank you anyways. Would be nice to be reimbursed or credited. Manny the Owner was not there to speak with. Hopefully, they fix them items.

I'll tell you I was worried about this place because the rooms were on the less expensive side. And for those that are staying in Arizona especially for Spring Training realize that usually means it's a crack motel. I was pleasantly surprised the hotel didn't need armed security. We had no problem parking even though they did not have electric gates, keeping people out. They even had a Rent-A-Car vendor right on the premises which is great because you don't have to pay all that airport tax. The room was clean came with a microwave and a little refrigerator. If you need a blow dryer you have to pick it up at the front desk. I was told no room comes with a coffee machine, but there is an IHOP within walking distance in the parking lot also, in the morning, they have coffee in the lobby, the staff was very friendly. The only reason I gave it a neutral, smiling face is because housekeeping didn't come in to pick up our trash or change out our towels and I was told they were supposed to and we had a real hard time getting the keys to work , the entry is with the credit card type key after about doing it eight or nine times and cussing at it it would finally work . was it perfect no buildings older but like I said the rooms are very clean.

This is bad. Many long term "homeless" individuals apparently being evicted, piles of junk dumped in front of the lobby. Lobby locked down in the evening forcing you to walk completely around the property to access the front. IHOP resturant across the parking lot warned of repeated recent kidnappings and to be careful in the area, which was confirmed by the Chevron in the other corner. Room was in pretty bad disrepair, cracked bath tub, very dusty. Walk ways needed pressure washing. Its obvious they are trying to bring up the quality of the place, they did have many workmen around, and they did have night security which they needed. Skip the lobby coffee and that is all they provide.
