Great location. Away from the shopping plazas and Hwy 16, so very quiet. Easy patking. Delicious buffet breakfast including made to order omlette.

Location is convenience with free parking at the back. Front desk staff is nice but the lobby is a little outdated. Once to the room floor, dark and feel very old condition. Inside room looks old and kind of worn out. Bathroom looks old and a bit dirty. Breakfast serve in this hotel and food is fairly good. Overall, this is only fair condition with Best Western hotel name.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean, a little dated. Breakfast was as great with an omelette bar. Was happy with our stay. Pool table is located in the lounge where only adults are allowed

No menus for room service

We have had our annual dental conferences here for a couple of years now. The service by the staff there has always been amazing and they go out of their way to make it a great experience. The food service is fantastic and there is always some ready to help with whatever you need

An older hotel in Terrace, this Best Western provides a simple, basic stay that's just fine, but not memorable. The rooms are not large, but they are functional. The building itself, though, is quite old and therefore little things like a squeaky bathroom fan, loud HVAC blowers, and shower cutoffs that are stubborn and difficult to operate serve as reminders it's not a very new hotel. The hot water temperature tends to often fluctuate for brief moments while using the shower as well. The restaurant/lounge on site is quite nice, but has a very limited menu and limited hours. It's a missed opportunity. It could be a very vibrant part of the hotel with a bit of effort. The breakfast is quite good and includes an omelette station, although after several days of the same sausages I would have really appreciated some bacon. Good Wi-Fi and USB charging in the rooms was a plus. I was there for 11 days, and so the fact that the hotel did not actually have a guest laundry service, but rather only had coin-operated self-serve machines was a big disappointment. I am in Terrace several times a year on business, and I generally stay elsewhere, but it was a busy week and this was all that was available. I knew what I was getting when I booked and so I was not overly disappointed, just underwhelmed.

The empty vodka bottles lying around outside my door were a bit irritating but aside from that, my stay was pleasant enough and the restaurant in the evening was very good (and the server was excellent) and the breakfast also very good (again, the omelette chef is excellent) Thank you

The dining room and weight room are not open

A the time of this stay it was very quiet. No loud noise or doors slamming in the night. Room was clean. The water temperature fluctuated in the shower from cold to scalding. The gym needs to be updated.

It was fine, but no restaurant or bar facilities open on Sundays. Which was sad. The room, although was wonderful, and I’m sure on any other day of the week. The restaurant bars are open at least that’s what the clerk told me.

Clean clean

For a small town this hotel was amazing. It was spotless. The staff all polite and helpful. I will definitely be returning to stay again

Very clean and very quiet. Also good breakfast.

First of all, the service was great and those who ate the free breakfast said it was excellent and there was a lot to choose from. The room we had wasn’t dirty but the curtains were stained badly and the walls need washing. I’m not sure what happens during the night but there certainly seemed to be a lot of action under annd anround our room (210) many different babies crying loudly for very long periods of time. Lots of loud talking/yelling , pipes banging, water rushing, people banging on walls and ceilings. Very concerning especially when the place seems so quiet. My husband went to the floor below and seen buckets to catch leaks in the hallway. The ceilings are drooping and peeling. I’m surprised they haven’t caved in, in certain areas. Overall, this place needs to be inspected. All this for $275/night!! Which is too bad because the service was really great.

Older hotel but clean and great breakfast

An old hotel that had a facelift but still looks tatty and a bit dirty and gives off low key skid vibes. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Felt rundown and cleanliness was not on point at all. The phone was so grungy and looked lije ut gadnt been cleaned ever. My bed spread had a stain on it and i cant be sure it was clean (it was white so this was really obvious). And one of the shelves hadnt been dusted in a while. Just ew. Breakfast was excellent and the lady running that was fantastic. Front desk people were okay.

the property seemed run down with minimal upkeep. My room started leaking from the ceiling and had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. I also have not received a final invoice for my stay.

Heat wave and the facility said they were in the process of replacing the AC. Rooms were way too hot! Couldn’t sleep

We booked the jetted tub room and when we went to use it, it wouldnt plug. Wasted $280 and when i called the desk they said they couldnt give us any money back.

The room was too hot, the ac did not work and too much street noise. In addition the bed was uncomfortable. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was great! The water on the other hand .. when taking a shower it was hot /cold... never stayed the same and no water pressure

The EXTREME noise from the roof sounded like a diesel truck at high rpm. I booked with expedia(the last time ever) so I got a lousy room on the 5th floor under the noisy motor. At midnite I couldn't stand it/or sleep so I came down to reception and got another room on the 2nd floor.

The shower was clogged. We were standing in water in the water kept going very hot very cold..

Small rooms. Very noisy. Could hear when neighboring rooms were showering or taking a bath. Also train noise. Good breakfast. Nice to see a full breakfast.

The hotel staff are very professional & friendly. The hotel room was nice. They had a great breakfast that was included in the price. The staff in breakfast area was very engaged, they came to ask how my stay was, how my food was. Over all I will return to Best Western because of the great service from all departments

This historic little hotel in Terrace has its quirks, but the staff are amazing. So kind and attentive. During my week long stay, they didn't hesitate to put me on a higher floor with a nicer view since it was going to be a home-away-from-home for a full week. The complimentary breakfast became a lovely start to my days; someone to make you a bespoke omelette or scrambled eggs with sides and lots of homey touches with fruit yogurts and your choice of breads and spreads with good coffee freshly brewed. Just the right mix of self-serve with someone making you a hot meal if you liked to feel like homey luxury - on the house! The hotel manager always checked-in with me after breakfast to make sure my stay was going well. Clean and well-maintained, courteous staff and management who always solve your problem and greet you with a smile. Highly recommend!

The hotel is pretty close to everything. You can walk to close by restaurants with ease. I enjoy staying here. The breakfast is a nice feature.

The room was clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast buffet is a great value add. The breakfast had everything from build your own omelette, sausage, potatoes, waffles to your standard continental breakfast items. Best vale in terrace and likely nicest rooms. Can’t go wrong.

The staff were great Restaurant for breakfast opened at 6:30. There was a lady making omelets to order. Once cooked, she brought it to my table.
