Positive: Very conveniently located walking distance to metro station. Very spacious apartment like stay with everything you might need if you wanted to cook. Staff nice and attentive. Water pressure and filtered water were a plus. Negative: beds were rock hard, very noisy all day and night. I am a light sleeper, but was able to sleep in middle room with ear plugs and noise machine. Tried sleeping in rooms with windows and it was impossible. Walls are paper thin it feels like. No AC, we slept fine due to temps dropping to 40 f at night, but during the day it was a little hot. No tvs in any of the bedrooms. This would help drown out noise. Overall ok for price point and location.

Great location and very nice apartment. Has everything you need to stay in or go out. Include combo washer/dryer, filtered tap water suitable for drinking, smart tv if you want a qyiet night in. Bedding and towels were very nice and good quality. Internet is very fast. Lots of great $$$$ restaurants in the area and also fantastic $ street food vendors just outside. Mexico City is a noisy place and the updated windows do their best to keep the noisy city out, but the hotel offers ear plugs as well. Overall, the property and room were great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that there were no TVs in the rooms, and the TV that was in the living room did not have local channels. I would have loved to see local news or any local channels. Also, there were no trash cans in the rooms. The only trash cans were in the bathroom and kitchen. I would also suggest that if the room is booked for more than three days, the trash should be removed and fresh towels should be replaced.

Perfect location. Walkable. Lots of grocery options. Clean and spacious rooms with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and two nice big sofas in the lobby which can be used as beds. It is little noisy on Fri/ Sat night but it did not bother us too much as most of the time we were out. Direct phone call to the property never goes through but they responded very well to email and WhatsApp

Myself, my partner, and our two year old stayed in apartment 303, a family room. Great location and it was really nice to have the extra space and a kitchen and laundry machine. they also had a water filter. I requested a crib, which was high quality. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and I got a nice massage in the 2nd floor spa. They were very responsive on Whatsapp and everyone spoke English which was helpful since our Spanish is not very good. The only issue we had was street noise - it got really loud sometimes, so bring a sound machine if you are a light sleeper or have a baby.

Great experience not only with the place but also with the staff and their great service and communication. I had an issue where I had to travel a day late and there were no issues with my family checking in and just updating them once i arrived. Great location to walk from and centrally located. Also very comfortable beds and had all the amenities even washer/dryer.

The deluxe apartment at Caliza Roma was perfect for our group of 7! Clean, spacious and well designed! Loved the open living and kitchen area so we could all be together y t. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Relatively central location which made getting around pretty easy. It can be a bit noisy particularly at night but there are earplugs available on request. Another g thing to note is that there is no air conditioning (I believe this is fairly common with).

Our stay at Caliza was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The receptionists were super friendly and went above and beyond by recommending dining options and nearby attractions. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Location of the property was excellent, a little noisy from the hussle and bustle of the city but overall good. We loved that it was walking distance from a lot of delicious eateries. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the linen and towels. Linen was stained and towels didn’t smell fresh as they should have.

This apartment was really great. It was spotlessly clean and very big, every room had its own balcony, the beds were comfortable, and there were lots of amenities. Clean and well stocked bathrooms. It was perfect for our group of 4 friends. The staff here is also so lovely. The neighborhood was perfect for a first time CDMX visit. Everything was walkable, it was safe and in the heart of the action. The only small issue was noise from the street. The building is in the middle of a few busy intersections, and there was some noise from traffic late at night and early in the morning.

The property is beautiful, clean, conveniently located and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I traveled with my family of 5 including a small child and we all loved our stay. The only thing is the noise at night and early in the morning but I personally don’t mind and it didn't stop us from sleeping well. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent experience for the staying. Since the first day arriving, the receiptionist Kayla greeted us very friendly, made us felt like arring home immediately. When we asked for the dinner place, she called another more experience girl and wrote down a list of a dozen nearby restaurants with the Vegan option we like. The second morning when we heading out, another girl is also very friendly, she not only suggested the best transportation options, but also give us her metro card, which still have 15 pesos left and told us we can share it. We purposely filled up more money and thought of return the metro card to her, but forgot to do so when checking out. Our apartment was very clean and equipped with more than what we needed kitchenware. Overall, we had very good experience and strongly recommends the property.

Let’s start with the one thing my wife mentioned: it was a little loud. For me and my kids, no issues. If you’re sensitive to this then they provide ear plugs an and we used a white noise machine, and this did the trick. As far as plusses go, there are many categories: the staff was seriously helpful. They all speak English well and had many recommendations which we took a few of them and they did not disappoint. The property itself is really cute. There is really nothing I would change about it. I just hope we get similar places for this reasonable price on future trips. There are actually much fancier places in the area, but you pay for real. So I consider this budget friendly luxury. Finally, the neighborhood is shopping, dining, culture, music, art, culture, hipster central. It reminds me of a slightly grittier west village or maybe less grittier mission district in San Francisco. They all speak English well and had many recommendations which we took a few of them and they did not disappoint. The property itself is really cute. There is really nothing I would change about it. I just hope we get similar places for this reasonable price on future trips. There are actually much fancier places in the area, but you pay for real. So I consider this budget friendly luxury. Finally, the neighborhood is shopping, dining, culture, music, art, culture, hipster central. It reminds me of a slightly grittier west village or maybe less grittier mission district in San Francisco. This was a great base for a weeklong stay in Roma Norte. Bedrooms were spacious however one of the 3 had an internal window. Staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room table was very unsteady/wobbly and one of the dining room chairs broke when .we sat on them. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable. Having did this the property worked for us and we would happily book again.

The deluxe apartment at Caliza Roma was perfect for our group of 7! Clean, spacious and well designed! Loved the open living and kitchen area so we could all be together y t. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Relatively central location which made getting around pretty easy. It can be a bit noisy particularly at night but there are earplugs available on request. Another g thing to note is that there is no air conditioning (I believe this is fairly common with).

The actual space was great and location was amazing. But we were told that someone would contact me halfway through our stay to arrange a day that housekeeping would come by and that never happened. Come to find out that when we checked in, they never assigned a housekeeper to us. Second night we were there we asked for additional sheets and/or blankets and they told us they didn’t have any. Other than that the apartment was beautiful, I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was really great. It was spotlessly clean and very big, every room had its own balcony, the beds were comfortable, and there were lots of amenities. Clean and well stocked bathrooms. It was perfect for our group of 4 friends. The staff here is also so lovely. The neighborhood was perfect for a first time CDMX visit. Everything was walkable, it was safe and in the heart of the action. The only small issue was noise from the street. The building is in the middle of a few busy intersections, and there was some noise from traffic late at night and early in the morning.

La propieda está muy bien ubicada, justo al lado de la Glorieta de Insurgentes. Puedes accesar fácilmente a la parada de Metro o de Metrobus. La propiedad está muy bien cuidada, exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Los anfitriones están siempre en la recepción y son muy amables. Hay cámaras en las áreas comunes. Great experience not only with the place but also with the staff and their great service and communication. I had an issue where I had to travel a day late and there were no issues with my family checking in and just updating them once i arrived. Great location to walk from and centrally located. Also very comfortable beds and had all the amenities even washer/dryer.

Excellent experience for the staying. Since the first day arriving, the receiptionist Kayla greeted us very friendly, made us felt like arring home immediately. When we asked for the dinner place, she called another more experience girl and wrote down a list of a dozen nearby restaurants with the Vegan option we like. The second morning when we heading out, another girl is also very friendly, she not only suggested the best transportation options, but also give us her metro card, which still have 15 pesos left and told us we can share it. We purposely filled up more money and thought of return the metro card to her, but forgot to do so when checking out. Our apartment was very clean and equipped with more than what we needed kitchenware. Overall, we had very good experience and strongly recommends the property.

We had an incredible time with our family during our stay. The place was very chic, clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful. Loved that there’s multiple convenience stores downstairs and dining puestos selling, tacos, tortas caldo de gallina as well. There’s a metro entrance directly behind the building, couldn’t be more perfect. We plan to stay here in the near future again, definitely recommend!

The property was really nice, the apartment outstanding and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, however, we had difficulty sleeping because the noise on the street. The property is located on the corner of two busy streets, and you could heard people talking at late hours of the night, and sirens and traffic that made it difficult to sleep. Everything else was great, walking distance to everything, very convenient.

It’s a good place to stay in Mexico City however at the check in process they ask you for a $250 usd deposit that I was not expecting, our apartment didn’t have electricity for half a day which ruined our plans for that day, the property offered a 20% reimbursement for that day, I still don’t see that money but hope to see it soon. Overall it was good just the manager could be more helpful when things like this happens, offer a quickest solution when something doesn’t work in the apartments

I paid over $3,000 for 5 days. Too expensive. It was a decent size and the pictures accurately depict the property. The washer/dryer machine did not work. It ruined my clothing. The place was not cleaned properly. The towels were not replaced even though there was a request made to replace them. An apology will not suffice especially considering how much I paid.
