Stayed on Mother’s Day 5/12 with my family, the bed is very soft, clean and large. The room we got was large with a separate sitting area. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, where there’s nothing to do but eateries and gas stations. The swimming pool was not working. Nice tv but the YouTube option kept freezing on us. I asked the front desk rep for a charger she said there were chargers in the room none of them worked. The breakfast was ok but for the $178 i paid I expected more. Apples, cereal, bagel, etc. best thing was the sausage McMuffin. The hotel area is dark and a bit shady I could hear a guy screaming at the top of his lungs outside our window at 3am. The various times I spoke with the front desk rep she never smiled once she was unwelcoming & only added to my disappointment of the hotel

That elevator is from 1964 and feels like it hasn’t been service since. However the cleaning crew did an excellent job everyday. front desk staff was inattentive and more interested in their phones. Breakfast as mediocre. Entire area is under construction but lots of food options around.

- Before our arrival (around 7 pm) we called to make sure we could check in. After driving 6 hours from LA, we were told by the front desk agent (Destiny) said that “the system was down, we couldn’t check in so we have to cancel the reservation” l asked if we had to cancel through Expedia or the hotel and she said “oh if you booked through Expedia I can check you in” so it was an unnecessary cause for concern. - When we arrived, there was a homeless person standing out front of the hotel and told by Destiny they had been there since 1. This person had one of the luggage carts and had their belongings sprawled out all over the ground. We immediately felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Destiny told us to lock our vehicle. - Room smelled musty and had a dirty coffee table - 3 towels were given to a room that can sleep 4 - Tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles, had to go buy our own - AC was insanely loud - Beds very hard and creaky, so much so that we heard our next door neighbors having sex which was incredibly uncomfortable for our young kid to hear - Fitness Center was out of order - Went to retrieve quarters from the front desk and Destiny was in the back room with the door shut and the when she finally came out to help us, it smelled of marijuana. She has a terrible attitude. - We would have moved hotels but there was nothing close by. We will never stay here again - breakfast was inedible I would like a call from management.

Was a little pricy for the area. There was mold on the wall by the shower. Bathtub felt like it waa cracking abd the seal was pealing off. Door to pool was broken. In order to use the pool you had to go around the enire building. We didn't have coffee in our room and the women at the front desk seemed irritated to get some for me. The refrigerator froze my drinks

Stayed here plenty of times and this time was the last and final time! Found a cockroach in my bathroom (small brown ones) talked with the front desk (destiny) was told no manager would be there till Monday with an attitude! Bunch of tweakers walking around hotel and behind the fence. Workers are always snotty and this place has definitely gone downhill. No proud in this establishment!

Woke up to an ant infestation. Hotel assured me they would clean the room and solve the problem. It only got worse and ended up all over the bed. My son was in. They told me they had my room type, but it wasn’t clean yet. Then later told me they would have to downsize my room refused to give me any sort of refund and told me they were gonna give me some type of credit and never did, entire staff all acted like they could not escalate to their management . I was told I would receive a call from management and I never did And then they lied to Hotels.com and said that the room needed a deep cleaning, which was not the case. We only slept in the room.

Hotel was clean and nice. U was unable to watch Netflix using my personal account as the TV kept stopping every minute or so. My sister had the same problem in her room and moved rooms, but the problem was the same there too. The area I parked my car had a tree that dropped sap all over it. It would have been nice to have a sign warning me.

Great location as not many dog friendly hotels in area. Very very clean. Downfall was WiFi and television WiFi did not work 80% of time when there for 3 days. Otherwise very nice hotel, staff, and easy location from highways.

Room was clean, comfortable, but they could use more eco friendly products in the restroom. Internet was horrible, I had to keep hitting the play button over and over because the internet works pause. Front desk was not friendly at all, upon check in the girl came out of office like she was being dragged, she didn’t even smile or make eye contact, very cold. Upon check out, the person seen me walking towards the desk and she gets up and turns her back to me. I had to say good morning for her to turn around, so rude! Besides the rudeness and the horrible internet, I would say it was an ok stay

The service here was terrible. When checking in, my room key did not work. I returned to the front desk and waited 15 minutes for a new key. I returned to my room, but the new key did not work, so I went back to the front desk. The staff told me to wait as she answered the phone and took another 15 minutes. I received another new key, and it did not work. I then returned to the front desk and waited for 15 minutes before they moved me to a new room. In total, it took me over an hour to check into my room. I also noticed the elevator has buttons that no longer work and has an operating permit that has expired 7 months ago.

Best Western is a hotel chain that I trust with consistently good quality and service. While the Best Western Plus Delta Inn and Suites provided the cleanliness and comfort that I have been enjoying, the hospitality was definitely lacking. Both the evening and nighttime/early morning clerks were unfriendly and borderline rude. Even though we were the only guests at the check in counter, both acted as if they were really inconvenienced by our presence.

Stayed there for a wedding. We arrived at 2:30 to try to check in and get ready and they refused to let anyone check in before 3:00 and at 3:00, they were still waiting for a list of the rooms before they could check anyone in. I have never encountered a hotel that would not let anyone check in slightly early.

To start with, the person at the front desk that checked us in was as warm, friendly and welcoming as a cold wet rag. No greeting. No smile. No conversation. Wednesday and Thursday nights SUN RUN was parked in the closest 2 parking spaces. ( No handicap placards were displayed) When brought to the attention of the person at the front desk she responded with "Oh" On Saturday, we put our privacy notice on the inside of our door so we could get clean towels. When that didn\'t happen, we spoke once again to the person at the front desk. She immediately told my husband that out privacy notice was on the door and WE would need to bring them our towels...When I brought them to her I told her that her cleaning people must not be able to read. She told me "Yes they can" She took the towels and went through a door. A minute or so later another woman stood in the door way and stated" My people can read" I\'m assuming that was Sandra, the manager. She never left that doorway. She never made any attempt to apologize or have any type of conversation She just stated several times that her staff could read. Then she closed the door and walked away. A minute or so later, the other desk person emerged with a stack of towels that she placed on the counter. I said "Thank You" There was no response. Never have I had such poor service at your hotel. It is the most convenient for us to stay at but for the price, I guess we\'ll stay in Brentwood where the staff is trained

Good hotel to stay for a night or 2. We stay here whenever we are in the area. Breakfast is always the same though. If you want fast food, there’s Mc Donald’s right beside it, carls Jr across the street and a Wendy’s close by also. Very close to the 4 frwy entrance.

The overall hotel was decent since there is hardley any other choices in the area. The Hot tub was not working and the staff did not notify the guests or bother to put an out of order sign up even though it was days that it was cold. There are homeless who camp out behind the parking lot, so it is kinda sketchy and the bumbs get loud at night. There is a Starbucks, Mcdonalds and AMPM next door in walking distance so that is nice. We just need more choices in the area.

Nice & clean. Not in a great neighborhood but it didn't seem to be an issue. Right next to the freeway. Could be a little noisey on the backside of the hotel if you're trying to sleep in but it wasn't too loud. It is well kept for the area. Breakfast was decent. Coffee was good and strong. Staff was all friendly!

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times already and I'll continue to stay here for future visits. The hotel is a perfect location for shopping and dining.and there's a Starbucks and Dutch Bros within walking distance! That's a win for me!

The hotel itself on the inside was fine. Friendly staff, quiet room, comfortable. I’m told they serve hot breakfast but I did not partake. The downside is there are homeless camps nearby. They didn’t bother me or anybody that I saw.

I liked the variety of breakfast choices that they offered. I also like the convenience is all the restaurant that were in the area. Very nice and clean hotel. What I did not like was there was a population of homeless kids in the area, that made it a little uncomfortable. But now days you see that every where. Over all I would be happy to stay here again if ever in the area again.
