Todo estuvo perfecto 💯. Nunca había estado en un hotel donde todo estuviera magnifico. Siempre pensando en los beneficios del huésped. Los licores incluidos y de buena calidad. El Ramen y complementos super. Hasta huevos de codorniz pata ponerle los desayunos las amenidades. Bueno . Todo por el huésped .supero en todo

Muito bem localizado, o hotel oferece uma infinidade de amenities e a equipe é extremamente atenciosa. Fiel as fotos e tamanho do quarto - não tenho nada a reclamar - minha experiencia foi excelente!

有卡拉ok可以唱還有電動玩具可以打 還有爆米花可以吃 重點是 請服務人員幫忙打個電話他們也願意幫忙 感覺有服務的熱誠 早餐的話很簡單但是呢 可以吃到11點 而且都還有一些飲料啊免費可以使用酒精的飲料好像也有一些 房間的話 三個人入住沒有問題因為是住三人房如果帶著一個小孩也還ok 有浴缸可以泡這一點加分喔 而且是按摩浴缸喔 還有很多泡澡的東西都免費提供 這點也非常好

We needed a hotel for just one night but wished it had been for longer. The location is great in one of the main tourist areas of Osaka. Namba train station is a very short walk away and there are lots of shops and places to eat close by. The area is very lively at night but feels completely safe. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you could need and more. The reception staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in much earlier than the stated time. There is a secure baggage storage area for the day you check out. The facilities in reception are exceptional. There is free breakfast, afternoon tea and ramen of an evening. There is a free soft drinks machine as well as tea and coffee and all sorts of Sake and spirits to make your own drinks. There is a play area for kids with TV and games console. They also provide toiletries etc free of charge. All of this is provided during your stay but it is also available to you after you have checked out for the rest of that day until your departure. It may have only been for one night but this hotel made an extremely positive impression and we would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others.

My daughter fell in love with all the amenities! The staff was amazing and the all you can drink was nice! The hotel is a short walk to Dotombori and all the shops. Highly recommend!!!!
