Overall loved the place. Front desk staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Clean rooms, good services. Only minor complain is that our room upstairs had a light on the balcony which couldn’t be turned off. But staff was even kind and helpful regarding this issue. Overall a great stay!

The trailer parking is the reason i choose this hotel. It would be beneficial to know which drive to enter beforehand. If you plull into the main parking lot it can be hard to get while pulling a trailer. The bedwas comfortable and the ac was cold. The water pressure and temperature was awesome. Nice staff.

After reading the reviews I thought I had booked a cool little inn. The first floor was closed which meant lugging or luggage up stars. There was no assistance offered. The breakfast was the worst hotel food I have ever had. The hotel was not worth the price. It did not match my expectations at all. I will probably not adventure off the major brand hotels again.

Pretty clean and quiet but if you come for the pool dont waste your money it is cold as ice even if it is 90 outside. Even very motivated kids gave up. There is also a loud engine running for 5 mins every hour or so all night!

I got into town after midnight and was able to check in quickly and without any problems. The manager onsite was awesome and very friendly as well as hospitable. My suite was way larger than expected and it was already warmed up for me. My bed was amazingly comfortable with extra pillows and blankets in my room. I would highly recommend staying here if passing throughout town.

A very bare bones experience. Perhaps our expectations were too high. The room was freezing when we arrived. The toilet didn't drain properly. The sofa bed had no blanket when we arrived. The "breakfast" was so meagre that we decided to skip it altogether. I'd definitely not stay again. Perhaps this is how things were when the Pony Express was a thing in 1860.

Very friendly front desk staff. Room of spacious bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Not a big fan of laminate floors and also a guy walking around upstairs was noisier than I had hoped. Overall a good trip. We would stay there again.

Not sure about this place as I saw several unhoused people smoking on the premises... why weren't they discouraged by property manager? Made me feel uncomfortable h bot safe to leave a window or sliding glass door open while I was away or sleeping. Air conditioning was sooo noisy & kept me up all night. Also the "free breakfast" is a joke they only have enough food for maybe 30 people. Its pretty much first come first serve... then when it runs out thats it... no more food. The guy just hides in his little room. No clean plates. No more coffee. Nothing. Then front desk clerk lied to me about a late check out of 12pm. Check out is normally 11. I just needed an extra hour. She lied & said someone was checking in at Noon. They didnt. I witnessed it because Inwas still there in another family members room. I think this property is dead most times. Therefore they only staff 1 person at desk. 1 person for breakfast service. 2 maids. There is NO customer service here because they are under staffed.

A great find if staying in the area. Clean, very friendly, quiet. Not the most or least scenic location, but hidden from the freeway (and vice versa). Our room had view over empty dirt lot and trees with hawks’ nest in back. Minor quibble— the disinfectant they use has a rather harsh scent. But good value and would stay again if needed to spend the night in the area.

Our trip to Pollock Pines/Placerville area was to Apple Hill Farms(pumpkin patch)...Drove 4 hours for what i thought was pumpkins. On arrival i seen why the wife/kids (Boss Lady) wanted to go, a pumpkin patch like no other ive seen. Our Hotel Best Western stagecoach was literally no more than 3-4 miles on a stretch road. Surrounded by trees and wilderness was awesome, very relaxing and quiet...The staff was great, rooms were clean, and the outside all you see was trees. It was perfect for us. Definitely recommend it

Room was clean, updated and fine. We checked in very late after calling ahead, and it went fine. Breakfast was not worthwhile, the attendant literally brings out a bowl of 5 sausages every 10 minutes to replenish the warming server, where there is also about enough carefully placed lukewarm scrambled eggs for 2 people. 2 scoops and it's gone, and the parking lot was full so it wasn't a slow day. Pastries were cheap and hard. Automatic pancake maker was the only good thing. Really guys, don't be so comically stingy with the eggs and sausage.

Overall a good stay. We stayed for one night before heading to Tahoe and found everything to be just as expected. Staff (1 person) was clearly overwhelmed during breakfast hours but he did his best to serve the guests. Breakfast options were limited and the pancake machine wasn’t working so kids weren’t as happy but there were enough options considering it’s a “free” breakfast. We’d stay again we needed to.
