I arrived late at night. The guy on reception was really welcoming and helpful. I had a heavy case and there's no lift, but he sprinted up to the first floor with my case. The room was fairly basic but clean and tidy and has tea/coffee. The shower was good. I had to go into London before my flight. I left my cases in the room and they were ready by reception on my return. It's worth considering this hotel if you're flying from Heathrow. Yes, the taxi fare is a bit more but the hotel price is competitive and includes breakfast.

Really loved our time here. Within walking distance of Tube so easy enough to use as base and to get around. We stayed as were seeing Coldplay at Wembley, good location for this. (Uber to Wembley £36 from here) Hotel finished to a very good standard, was nicely surprised. Staff really helpful and created a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Only downside was parking. Could park on what is a busy residential street for free or pay £20 a night to use hotel car parking. That said, would definitely consider using again if coming down to London.

Overall a good stay. Good comms, quick booking and check in, quiet and close to shops and eating out. The room was ok, all we needed on this occasion was a good night sleep so scored 5 out of 5 for that. However, think it'd be good to run a few minor checks and repairs in the bathroom/toilet and update or clarify information on the website. Main issue for us was that we chose to stay at this hotel because parking and ev charging were advertised as "available" but parking turned out to be at an additional £20 fee and were told ev charging was not functioning well. We managed to park on street so didn't need to pay in the end and charged ev at a nearby retail park so all worked out fine, but a bit of unnecessary uncertainty/stress. Other than that, if you're after a short, no fuss stay it was good.

Excellent staff !! Excellent rooms !! Amazing bathroom!! Air-conditioned!!! Super clean!!! The only hitch was that parking was first come first served and the parking available was sometimes super tight or you had to park on the road. It wasn't a big issue though, I stayed with family for 4 nights had an issue with parking only once.

Immaculately clean and well presented. Unfortunately when we enterrd our room it was not made up, housekeeping had missed it. We were quickly shown t another room and all was ok. Air-conditioning was excellent snd much appreciated.

I stayed here in may and had a really good experience, it was clean and fresh and a comfortable bed. This time the room was very grubby, the people upstairs were really loud all night and kept us awake the whole night. There was also two really small half used toilet rolls in the room meaning I had to go to the women’s toilet outside of my room twice as it was very late at night. I emailed the hotel twice and told them about the noise problem from upstairs and did not get a response. I have left unrested and tired.

We recently stayed in a room for four adults on the third floor and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was spotless, spacious, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable—everyone slept really well. The staff stood out for being genuinely helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. I was impressed by the little touches in the room, like all the different power sockets and USB ports, and there was plenty of closet space for our things. Parking right out front was convenient and reasonably priced, which made things so much easier for us. The location is perfect if you want to explore London. There are some great restaurants nearby, plus both the train station and the bus stop are just a short walk away—we found it really easy to get downtown. Breakfast was fantastic each morning, and overall, we left feeling like we got more than we expected. If it were possible, I’d give them an extra star. Highly recommended!

Wonderful small boutique hotel. Very welcoming and clean , comfortable and lovely breakfast . Only downside was the pillows were a bit big and chunky so softer ones would have been nicer but otherwise a great stay and would definitely go back .

Room was hot. We complained numerous times about AC and it was never turned on. In addition toilet malfunctioned. After flushing , it continued to run. Only after making repeated inquires did they repair on our last date. Photos look nice, but bmnothing seemed to work.

rare find! Small carpark at the back and side of the hotel but lots of street parking outside and it's free. Warm friendly greeting from the guy in charge, all information given, shown to the room and more info given. The room was on the ground floor outside in a little courtyard. The room was a good size for two people as was the shower room. The bed was very comfortable BUT the pillows were way too thick and very stiff. I woke up with a stiff neck! The shower was hot and powerful. A very modern and stylish hotel that looks like it's had a major refurbishment, with handy different style plugs next to the bed. But no plug in the sink WiFi excellent and free The location is set in a quiet part of Hayes, 5 minutes walk to restaurants either end of the road. Would definitely stay again if in the area but would ask for thinner pillows!

Estávamos em 4, e precisávamos de um hotel com estacionamento e próximo ao aeroporto, foi uma ótima escolha. Só acho que deveriam explicar melhor que os banheiros ficam no corredor fora do quarto, embora sejam exclusivos, mas isto é um pouco estranho. No geral foi tudo ótimo e tivemos todo conforto que esperávamos.

Wonderful place to stay. We came in very late due to a delayed flight and the manager was there to help us. The room was great, as well as, breakfast. The manager was very helpful explaining the transportation system and places to visit. Highly recommend

The service was excellent you could tell they cared. They helped bring our bags up to our room and were courteous and responded to requests quickly. The shower was great and the room was comfy and clean.

Our stay at the Rosemay was truly wonderful. It is clean, quiet, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful. The attention to detail is extraordinary from the Orwell library when you step in, to the cafe, to the rooms. The rooms include rain shower heads, heated towel racks and heated mirrors. There is a personal outdoor seating area where we able to quietly enjoy our hot tea that was provided. The breakfast is delicious, as are all the cafe options. It is these little touches that really elevate the quality of the hotel and set it apart from the rest. Beyond this, I want to mention how personal and helpful the staff was in assisting us in navigating our trip. As an American who had never traveled abroad, I was nervous about using the public transport. Not only does the Rosemay sit directly across the street from a bus stop, but the front desk took time to personally provide the best routes to take for both bus and rail to get to our travel destinations each day. This was instrumental in making our vacation the best we ever had. In conclusion, the property itself is beautiful, it's affordable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is also very close to Heathrow airport. I can not recommend this hotel enough and look forward to going back.

I do not expect to be asked for Photo of ie passport as a UK citizen . Happy to provide a credit card but I do t carry my passport , driving license or any form of photoID. To be told you may not be able to book in because of that is wrong . Whilst the problem was eventually sorted out as a “special one off” this shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place.

I stayed here in may and had a really good experience, it was clean and fresh and a comfortable bed. This time the room was very grubby, the people upstairs were really loud all night and kept us awake the whole night. The hotel is good. The staff were excellent and breakfast excellent. The surroundings streets were awful. Not a safe area. Gangs of huddled youths everywhere. Lots of bin bags and rubbish around. I could not park my car at premises and really did not feel safe leaving it anywhere in this area. Sorry but would not return based on my comments

Rooms are like on the pictures. Everything is as described, great experience. Employees try to help where ever possible, bus station is right around the corner, 5 minute ride to Elizabeth line which gets you straight into London

Lovely boutique hotel about 5 miles to the airport. We chose this hotel because of the location and honestly that may be it's only down fall. The area is not the best and driver questioned us when we were arriving in the area. The people who run the hotel are very nice and accommodating. We had food delivered one night and the young man working opened the dining room for us so we didn't have to eat in the room. Who does this? The coffee bar downstairs is very nice too and enjoyed hearing about the transformation of the hotel from the owner. All the rooms are modern with up scaled fixtures. Very nice. There is no elevator/lift so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues.

This was a great budget-friendly spot. With just a 20 minute walk or short bus ride to the train station, it was very easy to commute in and out of the city. Staff was friendly and rooms were kept cleaned.

The room and staff were very nice and accommodating (allowed us a late checkout to sync up with our departing flight that day). The surrounding area, however, does not appear to be the best. My friend and I decided to walk the 1 mile from the train to the hotel at night hoping to stop and eat, but the area was not clean and didn’t appear to be the safest. Definitely recommend to take a taxi/ Uber/ bus.

While the location is in a residential area - and doesn't look that good at first sight, it's actually a very good hotel, with all the latest conveniences. We were impressed. And the staff were terrific, helping us to get to a bus to Heathrow.

Lovely size room with good size shower in bathroom. We book king size room. All look fairly new build and decorated. Coffee sugar and water in room with milk in fridge however no tea bags.Car park to the back of the property. We paid for Breakfast when booking, although when offered breakfast it was an alternative full english which contains chicken sausages and turkey bacon.I found that the breakfast was cold only the toast seem hot. Would of like cereal or yogurt with fruit as the breakfast seem to be expensive for what you get.

Our stay at the Rosemay was truly wonderful. It is clean, quiet, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful. The attention to detail is extraordinary from the Orwell library when you step in, to the cafe, to the rooms. The rooms include rain shower heads, heated towel racks and heated mirrors. There is a personal outdoor seating area where we able to quietly enjoy our hot tea that was provided. The breakfast is delicious, as are all the cafe options. It is these little touches that really elevate the quality of the hotel and set it apart from the rest. Beyond this, I want to mention how personal and helpful the staff was in assisting us in navigating our trip. As an American who had never traveled abroad, I was nervous about using the public transport. Not only does the Rosemay sit directly across the street from a bus stop, but the front desk took time to personally provide the best routes to take for both bus and rail to get to our travel destinations each day. This was instrumental in making our vacation the best we ever had. In conclusion, the property itself is beautiful, it's affordable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is also very close to Heathrow airport. I can not recommend this hotel enough and look forward to going back.

We loved our stay here! Room was super clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was very helpful. Our one breakfast at their cafe was tasty and reasonably priced. It was very convenient to where we wanted to be - a 15ish minute taxi ride from Heathrow in a suburban neighborhood. We liked the easy access to points west and also east into London. To get to the Underground/Tube Elizabeth line, it was a 15 minute walk to the Hayes & Harlington train station (with a Lidl on the way) and we also took the bus (#278) that was just around the corner on days we didn't feel like walking (tapping in for the bus to pay with a credit card was easy; no need in London to tap out). On the Tube one can tap in also BUT one does need to tap out!

I know I have given this hotel one star and all will become clear et the end. Inititally the service was great... I needed to bring my booking forward at the last minute. The hotel sorted that straight away. It did cost me an extra £20.00 but I can swallow that under the circumstances. Got to the hotel and was able to check in early another positive. I was taken to the room and it was clean and smart. the air conditioning was on and the room was cool. that was great considering it was 28 degrees outside. spent the afternoon in my room working. I was told the bar/cafe/restaurant closed at 4 so i went out to get food. I had an early start in the morning so went to bed early, lights off curtains closed and the air conditioning, whilst bearable during the day while i was working, suddenly sounded like the Heathrow flight path was just outside my room. I turned it off. the whirring continued for another 20 mins while the AC unit powered down. then the noise from other guests arriving went on for a couple of hours. The paper thin walls carried every word from every room. Around midnight I heard some guests arriving. I heard every bang as their cases hit walls and doors. they continued to talk in their room and then had a shower. I couldn't tell if they were next door, below or if they were using my shower, it was that loud. Anyway I need to stop here because I'm running out of my allowed characters. So a pretty mixed review but overall not great. I won't be returning.
