Best Western Sandman Hotel

The room was spacious and staffs are kind. However, I found a cockroch in a room and there could be flooding after shower in the bathroom. Door was not locked well. not enough parking spaces.

Parking was terrible. Was told i could request a roon with a balcony upon arrival, that was a lie. The pool was one of the dirtiest ive seen. Luckily they had a pool broom and net available, so i could spend the next 30 minutes cleaning "their" pool, so my 2 kids could have some sort of pool time. One of the queen beds was sunken in the middle and around midnight, the thermostat batteries were too low to have adequate cooling in the room. Son also got locked in the bathroom for a good 5 minutes before i could get him out (faulty door lock). Should have just canceled the reservation when i checked in and saved myself the stress.

Es un hotel totalmente a lo que se vende por la web , sus alrededores tienen mucha gente d ella calle y gente drigada , dentro del hotel viven personas sin hogar , las instalaciones muy sucias y viejas , la piscina y jacuzzi súper sucio dan asco , mal olor en la habitación , la bañera sin cortina , el televisor sin servicio , en fin un motel de 59 dólares estaría mejor , fui con mis hijos y la verdad al ver eso preferí dejar el lugar aún cuando perdiera mi dinero , preferí mi seguridad

Riom was filthy floors was dirty and the towels looked dingy and the bed was put in backwards where you would hit your ankle on the metal part where the haed board connects too

Staff was very friendly and accommodated the needs of us senior citizens.
