Das Hotel ist an der Küste gelegen, so dass wir sowohl im Pool, als auch im Atlantik schwimmen konnten. Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten im Freien genießen, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, abends gab es unterschiedliche Musikvorführungen, was sehr schön war

Very much enjoyed my time at this hotel & would visit again without hesitation. Food, activities along with scenery were exceptional! Staff were fantastic (Mariana Silva)in particular & check-in/out was smooth.

Sehr laut, alte und teilweise schmutzige Anlage. Polstermöbel und Teppiche sehr schmutzig, Toiletten auch nach Desinfektion stanken stark nach Urin. Traumhafte Lage und meist sehr nettes Personal.Einzige Ausnahme eine junge Dame von der Rezeption und ein Zimmermädchen die als Ersatz am Wochenende ausgeholfen hat. Poollandschaft schön und sauber. Würde definitiv nicht nochmal buchen.

Front desk staff Laura and Gabriela were lovely to deal with. Food was ok but could use more variety. Popcorn at the breakfast buffet?? Drinks were good but you needed an upgrade to get certain drinks made. Room was nice and clean but no air conditioning. Parking 15eu night. Free parking next door but hard to get a spot. Overall a nice quiet hotel with a beautiful view and close to everything if u have a rental car

Loved this hotel! Stunning views from the balcony, brilliant staff, food was pretty good and served warmer than you often get in all inclusive, so that was great. Entertainment in the bar every night. Two pools and a jacuzzi. Rooms were large with comfortable seating and a large telly. Balcony is great. Just 2 draw backs, the beds are quite hard, and there are fans rather than air-conditioning, so the nights can be warm, but that is definitely a price worth paying!

Wir waren das zweite mal in einem Hotel der Pestana Gruppe und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Das Hotel haben wir bewusst ausgewählt weil es etwas außerhalb des Zentrums liegt und direkt am Stand ist. Was die Beste Entscheidung war! Wir hatten eine Junior Suite im 7ten Stock mit tollen Ausblick, das Zimmer war sehr groß und wurde täglich gereinigt. Direkt vor dem Hotel sind Steine am Strand aber keine 2 Minuten entfernt ist toller Sandstrand. In das Zentrum ist es etwas zu Gehen (fast eine Stunde wenn man gemütliche geht) aber es gibt einen kostenlosen Hotel Shuttel, den wir oft genutzt haben. Auch die Öffentlichen Busse und der Flughaben Bus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel weg. Unweit vom Hotel gibt es ein großes Einkaufszentrum und Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars usw. Essen und Trinken war vollkommen ok, wir hatten etwas Bedenken wegen der teils negativen Bewertungen aber das ist unberechtigt. Es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage und können das Hotel wirklich weiter empfehlen und würden das nächste mal wieder dieses Hotel nehmen.

Nice friendly staff. The public areas are kept spotless clean but the room cleaning is not as good as I expected. The bed was very comfortable but we asked for a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together. Food is good but a little repetitive as the menu seems very limited. On the whole a nice hotel, but starting to look a little dated.

Wir waren das zweite mal in einem Hotel der Pestana Gruppe und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Das Hotel haben wir bewusst ausgewählt weil es etwas außerhalb des Zentrums liegt und direkt am Stand ist. Was die Beste Entscheidung war! Wir hatten eine Junior Suite im 7ten Stock mit tollen Ausblick, das Zimmer war sehr groß und wurde täglich gereinigt. Direkt vor dem Hotel sind Steine am Strand aber keine 2 Minuten entfernt ist toller Sandstrand. In das Zentrum ist es etwas zu Gehen (fast eine Stunde wenn man gemütliche geht) aber es gibt einen kostenlosen Hotel Shuttel, den wir oft genutzt haben. Auch die Öffentlichen Busse und der Flughaben Bus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel weg. Unweit vom Hotel gibt es ein großes Einkaufszentrum und Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars usw. Essen und Trinken war vollkommen ok, wir hatten etwas Bedenken wegen der teils negativen Bewertungen aber das ist unberechtigt. Es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Sehr laut, alte und teilweise schmutzige Anlage. Polstermöbel und Teppiche sehr schmutzig, Toiletten auch nach Desinfektion stanken stark nach Urin. Traumhafte Lage und meist sehr nettes Personal.Einzige Ausnahme eine junge Dame von der Rezeption und ein Zimmermädchen die als Ersatz am Wochenende ausgeholfen hat. Poollandschaft schön und sauber. Würde definitiv nicht nochmal buchen.

Loved this hotel! Stunning views from the balcony, brilliant staff, food was pretty good and served warmer than you often get in all inclusive, so that was great. Entertainment in the bar every night. Two pools and a jacuzzi. Rooms were large with comfortable seating and a large telly. Balcony is great. Just 2 draw backs, the beds are quite hard, and there are fans rather than air-conditioning, so the nights can be warm, but that is definitely a price worth paying!

Nice friendly staff. The public areas are kept spotless clean but the room cleaning is not as good as I expected. The bed was very comfortable but we asked for a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together. Food is good but a little repetitive as the menu seems very limited. On the whole a nice hotel, but starting to look a little dated.
